First please make sure that you have set a sidebar, also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

On the 10th of December 2019, I updated by Theme to Newspaper 8 to X Everything seems well before that update.
Just after the update, i began encountering 500 internal server errors (with wordpress telling me there has been a critical error on my website- gussesting I debugg). This happens eachtime i preview my post.
After checking through my plugins (disabling and then activating them to find the cause), i observed TagDiv Composer when deactivated sees the problem solved. However disabling TagDiv Composer defaces the entire website. I also observe it a is must plugin.
Dear Plugin Author, kindly help me resolve this issue.

I did as you suggested and I still don’t have the EMPTY COLUMN area as shown in your link.
This seems like a pretty basic thing that should be there.
We are on version 10.1 of Newspaper.
This is getting a bit ridiculous. I can’t even add a new page using tagDiv Composer.
Hi, I am experimenting w a few things; tried and removed some blocks, but when i try to remove a couple of columns that are empty, just showing the blue rectangle, I get the subject line message. I cannot drag them off; why is that, in some other situations i was able to do so, but not this. How do i get composer to remove these empty columns as suggested by … itself? thx, your help would be greatly appreciated.

I can hide elements using tag div composer.
But how I can hide widgets on mobile.

again thanks for response but i uploaded an image that illustrates this more clearly. So the Top section was doine in the composer and it’s a little limited because i also need to insert a link that comes as a custom field. The post title works fine as it is a module in the builder. I took Single_post_Template_5 from the cloud library and i need to insert my banner snipped in the source code of that specific template so i can use the get_post_title() and get_post_meta() functions to display or incorporate the fields that i need. Where could i find that source file?

Having an issue with some CSS from tagdiv composer. The widget overflow coding is hiding my users notifications within my peepso plugin. From what I understand, I need to change the coding to this:

Hi,
After you click on add page and you click to edit with tagDiv Composer it should look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/QWVRAjf.png and you should be able to set the elements in column text, also the page will have the header and footer page set to see how it will look.
If for you is not displaying like this, then please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.

If you want a better design and more control over it, you can use the responsive version.

You can change the logo place by changing the header style -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/7UncbXL.png or for more control you can use a cloud header from tagdiv Cloud Library and you can edit it using tagDiv Composer.

Unfortunately for the moment there is no such an option in our theme to can set for each category/page from menu the hover color that you want.

A newspaper theme comes with an option to disable Google fonts. You can easily disable them from theme panel. Refer: https://prnt.sc/q8lo45
About the theme icons, I have not found any solution so far.
You can reduce the loading time of those scripts by adding the following code in head section.

So I think what you are saying is I have to remake the pages, in this case our about page. Ok, so I have been trying that.
I go to Pages from admin and click Add new and then click TAGDIV COMPOSER to create my new about page. So far so good? Correct?
If that is correct I can’t seem to add a Column text element to anywhere except for the header which I don’t want. I like the header.
How do I get an area to enter my actual text below the header?
To further clarify. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like when I do the above.
I am unable to add any element between header and footer.

I just installed the latest version of “Newspaper” version 10.1, on top of WordPress 5.3.
I am trying to update the home page, but for some reason I cannot delete a empty row, or a element.
I followed the documentation and tutorial under https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
But the delete element simply does not work.
IN the documentation they say that:
1- Drag it to the bottom right of the screen in the “Drag here to DELETE” box, or select the row and press the delete button on your keyboard, but in my case the “Drag here to Delete” box does not appear.
2- You can also use the right-click menu, where you have access to different commands including the delete option. IN my case I can see the delete function, but it is light-greyed out, so I cannot select this.
3- Deleting an element is similar to removing a row. Merely drag the element to the bottom right of the screen or just hit the delete icon found on the top right of the block element. but here again no success, I simply cannot delete an element.
I can clear the element so it appear blank, but I cannot delete the element.
Any suggestion?
