It will be impossible to use the tagDiv Composer when all of your pages are created by an external plugin. If you are building a page from 0 without using your plugins you will be able to edit it using the tagDiv Composer ( I have created a TagDiv Test page and you can check to see ). We cannot provide support for untested plugins. In order to use the tagDiv Composer your pages must be created using wordpress functions not external plugins.

Most of the post templates are located in the composer plugin at the moment

In coming updates we will try to add the possibility to customize them same as before, in a child theme. At the moment it is not possible to modify them except directly.

I’m sorry for missunderstanding your issue !

If you are using the tagdiv newsletter than you can edit it using the tagDiv Composer, go to Style tab and at the bottom you have fonts for every text in the element.

Hi,

It could happen, depending on the row layout used and blocks used. For example predefined blocks (1->25) should be used only with these row layouts – http://prntscr.com/odyypj

Placing them in a different trow layout may cause them to not display properly in the final result (even if they look fine when placing them in the composer).

Flex blocks can be used in all the row layouts, this is one of their advantages.

The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme plugins and child theme ( if you are using ), clear all cache and try again.

Checking your website, I saw that you are using the Fashion demo which has a special design for the homepage. If you will edit your homepage with TD Composer you will see that at the first element from the page is a homepage Post which takes a post with Featured image and display it in that format. Hi,

Please note that each of our blocks uses a module. In the case of Block 13, is used the module 14 which has a certain style. So, if you want to use the Flex Block, it is needed to customize it from the panel settings in TD Composer. As an example, I have created one for you which looks similar to Block 13. You will need to add the code from here -> https://pastebin.com/jbQEE1FJ and paste it inside a new page, in the code editor. So when attempting to edit with the composer, there is a problem. There is something you could try, enter this code in the htaccess file

</IfModule>

Then check if the composer works correctly. If the problem remains, we could take a closer look. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel if possible. We may need to deactivate your plugins for testing, or you can try this before sending us the email and mention it. Include a link to this topic in the email.

The easyiest way for you to have ads on some posts and to hide on other posts you will have to do the following:

1. Create 2 single post templates from the Cloud library. In one add custom ad boxes for your ads. Find out here how to install single post template: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

After you have created your 2 templates. You can use the one with adboxes for the posts you want to have ads in and the one who doesn’t have adboxes in posts you do not want posts in.

In the theme package there are 2 page builders, the tagDiv composer and the WPBakery builder. Quite a while back the theme provided only WPBakery, but we developed the tagDiv composer as our own builder. Now the composer is considered the main builder of the theme, and it has to be active at all times. It is also the only composer that can be used with the cloud library plugin

We recommend to use the tagDiv composer, but you can activate and use WPBakery as well if needed. Just remember to not edit pages built with the composer, with WPBakery, or the other way around.
