How do I add/use form short code in a row/column?
I attempted to add my Ninja Forms short code into a Row using a inline test element but it just displayed it as text on the published page. There is no readily available documentation for TagDiv Composer so here I am asking. I have very little experience with visual editors and none with TagDiv or Visual Composer. I thought that maybe Visual Composer documentation might help, but it is not searchable and I don’t have time to go through all that.
How do I add standard text in a Row/Column?
I see an inline text element, but no text element.
What is the Column Text element? When I attempt to set it up it looks like a Column header text.
There is not documentation on TagDiv Composer that is readily available so here I am asking what is probably basic questions.
Where is the TagDiv Composer Documentation?
In posts as well, there are many post templates available

Import a template and it will open in the tagDiv composer, add any element you want in it and apply it on posts

Hi,
@tzabula Cloud templates don’t have loop files like the default post templates. I believe that plugin provides shortcodes as well. Edit the templates you want in the composer, place text elements and enter the shortcodes in them. Place the text elements where you want the ratings to appear. For example below the post content

Thanks
Hi,
With the tagDiv composer you can hide elements per viewport. So for example you set two images in a page by an element of your choice
– http://prntscr.com/k0suh5
You can for example hide one of them for desktop and the other one for mobile. That way you can display different images

I believe this what you want to do.
Thanks
Receiving invalid data notice when trying to add image to the element Single Image in Tag Composer. Please advise so I can update my site!
Dear Support
I can’t login to wordpress wp-admin when the composer is enabled. Do you know how I can stop it from causing login issues?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards
Jaydee
Hello mscgluk,
Regarding this topic, please notice there is no problem regarding on this code. Please keep in mind that we use the wpeditor.php to bring the TinyMCE editor from WordPress when you use the TD Composer in front-end editor. For achieving this functionality, we need to access the core file which opens this editor from WordPress and this file is wp-load.php. To access this file we have to create the right path which access this file from WordPress and which is different depending on the user. The $_GET[‘wp_path’] is used to create the file path and there is no suspicious code because of that link is sent by us.
Thanks for your understanding!
I will make home page (only page on theme) in DIVcomposer, maybe that is making problems.
I am very satisfied with theme, but after update problems are appear.
Can you corect this issue?
I will also read topic above and try to make working site.
Thanks!
Hi,
That is possible with the tagDiv composer and cloud library plugin. You can design a post template for example, in any way you want
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Add any elements you want in the post template and apply it to your posts. Templates can be created for many pages (categories, tags etc)

Hello,
The implementation is already added. Please check the styles tab for each block element in particular in the tagdiv composer. – https://www.screencast.com/t/PvcV8Evn
Thank you!
Hi,
You can display the ticker in any page built with the composer. If you also mean post pages, category pages, tag pages etc then you can create your own templates with the tagDiv composer and cloud library plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
For example in a category page, import a predefined category template for a category template and place the ticker where you want it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FQiFds917k
Then set that template for the categories you want.
Thanks
Hi,
The composer should update automatically, we constantly try to improve this process. However sometimes this still fails for some users and leaves the composer deactivated. After the theme update check if the composer is updated, if it is not update it manually. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
I’ve updated to Newspaper 8.8. My pages were created using Visual Composer – I am trying to recreate my Homepage with TagDiv composer. But I’m having a problem adding the sidebar on the right.
When making the new Homepage:
I add the Big Grid Slide for the top of the page.
I add the Block 11 for articles
I then trying adding the Layout that has the wide lines and the narrow lines (2/3 + 1/3) but then the Big Grid Slide disappears and I get this error message ‘Big Grid Slide must be in a ROW / 3 COLUMNS.’ When I switch the layout back to the wide lines (1/1) the Big Grid Slide reappears.
I’ve tried making the page in different ways but i just keep getting stuck. Can you help please?
Hi,
First of all, if you use WPBakery page builder, deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin (it will be activated automatically after the theme is updated).
Update WPBakery as well, from the theme plugins folder. I tested the element you mention and it is working properly for me (WPBakery version 5.5.1)

Hi,
@dimartinoa25 Replied via email!
For the other users who have issues using tagdiv composer and/or cannot access wp editor using a column text, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we can take a closer look. Please make a full backup before.
I could not find any issue on @dimartinoa25 site, so I cannot provide any suggestions here on forum without seeing the problem and errors that you may have in console.
So please contact us via email and provide more details about your issue or paste a link to this topic.
Thanks!
Hi
This must be very easy to do but I am not able to figure it out, please help.
I am trying to create an empty page with composer and want to reduce width as in this image https://d.pr/free/i/X2p9pl
I am using pagebuilder + empty page template for creating the new page.
Thanks a lot
Hi,
That is on our list and it will be taken care of. The option to edit pages with the composer will be present in the admin bar and pages screen for editors. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
Actually the latest version is 8.8.2 released yesterday. In older versions more row layouts were available only if the multi-purpose plugin was also active along the tagDiv composer. Now the row layouts are available by default, the multi-purpose plugin is included in the tagDiv composer

Hi,
For most users the automatic update of the tagDiv composer and social counter plugin works, we will try to make more improvements to this process however. If for some reason it fails, these plugins will have to be updated manually like the rest of the theme plugins. That can be done in the Newspaper plugins panel.
About the ad, I could take a look. Provide a link to your website where the problem is present.
Thanks
Same here – but just realised upgrading disabled the tagDiv Composer! Re-enable that plugin and you should be OK.
