Please notice that the TD Composer works but it seems that on your homepage that plugin does not work. This is an error on your homepage and you should create it another one from scratch. Maybe your homepage has been created with another page builder and that’s why you cannot edit it with our composer, sorry! Please create another one.

Hi,

There were some issues between the theme and the WordPress update a few updates ago. These were fixed a while ago in version 8.2. It is recommended to always update theme and WordPress, not just one.

Please try and update the theme to the latest version available

The FTP method is the most recommended. Then check if the issue is still happening. a thing to note is that after updating the tagDiv composer will be automatically activated. This can cause issues with specific Visual composer elements,

If it is, go through all these steps. Deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, clear all caching and CDN files if used. Switch to the main theme in case you use a child theme. Temporarily remove custom code added in theme panel or theme files, do not enter any code in theme files. While going thorough these steps, keep checking if the issue is still present.

You can install any demo you want and modify it as you want. If you like the cars demo install it

It can be installed with content (will include homepage and dummy data which ca be replaced with your own) or just settings and design (you will have to build a homepage)

Once installed (with content) simply edit the homepage with the composer and remove/modify/add elements as you wish

There would be differences between the circle and round styles, a round shape is not necessarily an perfect circle.

2. The tagDiv composer has many row layouts

There is a 4 column layout as well. Simply make sure the multi-purpose plugin is active. This will add row layouts and multi-purpose elements in the composer. In coming updates there will be a considerable amount of features added to the tagDiv composer.

The latest articles cannot be edited with the composer, it is not a composer element. This section is added when the required page template is selected

When you use an element from our Td Composer, notice that on the bottom of the editor, you have a button with allows you to Save the shortcode. After this element has been configured by you and save it, this one will appear in the list of elements from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gEpPIM4VWP -> https://www.screencast.com/t/KjvlJ1R5 and you can use that personalized item yourself.

The testimonial element is present in the tagDiv composer, multi-purpose section

Make sure the multi-purpose plugin provided in the theme package is installed and active. Only then you can use multi-purpose elements in the tagDiv composer.

So you are using Visual composer for your pages. Note that if you updated from older theme versions to the latest version, then the tagDiv composer will be activated by default. This composer was introduced in version 8

When both Visual composer and tagDiv composer are active there could be issues. Please go to the plugins section and deactivate the tagDiv composer. Then the Visual composer stretch row option should work properly.

Please also try to edit a new page. It could be a piece of code on your page that affects the composer. Test it on a new page without other code added to it.

You could try to deactivate and delete the composer, then install it again. Additionally check the theme system status

If needed ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources. Also as a quick test try deactivating all plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Test to see if the options appear. Let us know the results.

The update should be released next week, if all goes well. There will be AMP support, the tagDiv composer will receive a considerable amount of new options and settings. There will be other features as well.

Please keep in mind that we focus our attention on our page builder which is TD Composer and this plugin will be improved with some features which have to be exclusively for this builder. Notice that further, you can use the Visual Composer but there will be no major improvements, sorry!
