I have uploaded the mobile plugin. However, when I am in wp-admin and I attempt to edit my mobile page and I look at the top page area that has: Edit with TagDiv Composer Mobile Page No mobile page.
How do I get it to display: mobile_home instead of the present: No mobile page ?
Hello,
I have two questions, please answer them,
1) I want to actually achieve Automatic Pagination on Blocks like after 5 seconnds the post should refresh on the homepage. Like the user should not bother to click on next or prev to refresh the post.
2)Currently on Td- composer only we can show categories on pages, can we show tags in place of categories labels. I want to actually have tags on front block in place of category
Please answer them asap. It would be your great help
Thank you in advance
Hi,
I would like to modify the megamenu, but when I go into the TagDivComposer and hover over the megamenu it does not get activated.
Thanks
Dear Anamaria
Is it possible to use tagdiv composer on posts?
Regards
Hi Anamaria,
I’ve trying to customize my website but I can´t go ahead. I’ve changed all setting but It doenst at all. Some page the changes are not saved and others it doesnt make any changes.
I’m using the tagdiv composer and I’m clicking on button of Title background color and Title text color. Nothing happens.
Can you help me, please?
Thank you.
My site: www2.chinaworker.info
I use TagDiv composer.
I made a mega-menu. I can change the hover text colour on the titles of articles
But I cannot change the hover text colour of subcategory menu on left hand side
Image: https://ibb.co/sJ2m49M (I want to change it to red)
I also tried to add this code into live CSS editor. But it still doesnt work
.td_mega_menu_sub_cats .cur-sub-cat {
color: red;
}
.td-mega-span h3 a:hover {
color: red!important;
}
Hi, I am getting the same error even though the system status looks fine.
https://ibb.co/WKH0yqG
Error is same:
https://ibb.co/8DDGdq0
What to do now? Every time I go to home page or post page and click the “Edit with TagDiv Composer” this above error shows up.
To follow up on my observation : It’s just very weird, I created a new empty home page. Change in my settings with the new page. When I consult it I have the same error. While the old home page I can see and consult it without problem and even edit it in Td composer. When not assigned as the main page. ???
Thanks.
I have an another question. If I build in the TD Composer a sidebar element in Single Post PAge, lets say a box, and I customize it, can I save it to import easily to other pages (Category, Search, etc.)?
Hi,
To have the mobile editor, then edit the page, not a post => https://www.screencast.com/t/G3W7eshU and if you have the mobile theme plugin activated you see the mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/b9lamP5akpMd
To disable the post views you need to go in Theme Panel -> Post Settings -> Post and Custom Post Types (for mobile theme plugin and Standard Prebuilt Website) => https://www.screencast.com/t/D4noFpxFc or if you have a Pro Prebuilt Website, edit the post with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/ucEba48s you can remove the post views with right-click => https://www.screencast.com/t/A6zn74Q9EY4 (for mobile responsive or mobile page).
For reviews, you can check this article => https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
Hope this helps you better!
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use a cloud/PRO template, then you can edit easily with TagDiv Composer, check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
If you have a cloud template and you can not edit the page with TagDiv Composer, then please provide more information about that, a screenshot and your website link in order to help you.
Thank you!
Hello,
Seems you have installed the Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Also, if you create a mobile page, please check if is set correctly => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
You can check this video about the Newspaper theme version on mobile and how to edit them -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
Edit the page with TagDiv Composer and check if there is no white background or some elements above them.
If the problem is not solved after that, then send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin, so we can investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you. Let us know and we will gladly assist you.
Thank you!

Also, with our theme, you can use for mobile the responsive version of the theme, the mobile theme plugin or the mobile page editor (this can be edit with tagDiv Composer).

Hello!
TagDiv Composer is a plugin, so you need to install it, check our guide from here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Please note that you need to have a cloud/PRO template in order to be able to edit that page with this plugin.
Thank you!
Hello!
I think that line it is a part of the header. My suggestion is to access a page which you can modify with TagDiv Composer and try to delete it.
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello,
If you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin active then you need to comment this line => https://www.screencast.com/t/NRBxqmUp4I from this path
wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/header.php
but if you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin disabled then to comment the line go in
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/header.php => https://www.screencast.com/t/OWhnxwfS
Thank you!
From where can I get tagDiv Composer.
Hello,
I’m not sure I fully understand your issue. If you are using a PRO demo then all your customization is done through tagDiv Composer. The theme panel does not work on Cloud library templates and PRO Demos.
You can take a look at our youtube tutorials for more info: https://www.youtube.com/user/tagdiv
Also, if this is not what you mean, please provide more information about what settings not apply, or what settings do you want to do and some screenshots.
Thank you!
Hello !
In order to adjust page width you have to select every row of your page using the tagDiv Composer and then set the stretch mode you want like here : https://www.screencast.com/t/BkWwdHh6
In order to make the post page full width you will have to add a single post template and then edit it. Check more about how to have single post template here: https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/ And for the header you can do it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/xf56tQN0.
These are the ways you can increase your page width from theme options. Anything above this will require custom code which is not covered by the support team.
Please make sure that there are NO background images / color. Not even white. All your background color have to be set on clear.
Thank you !
Hello !
That you should be able to change by using tagDiv Composer on the elements as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/793PRP63rE this will apply to your other elements too.
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
Hello,
Please uncomment this code from this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/includes/td_config_mob.php => https://prnt.sc/10pp433 after that it should work properly.
Thank you!
That’s not possible, because this border appear under categories and have no Composer option.
What to do?

You’re wrong here. If that’s possible, I’d not be asking. When in Composer, I cannot add an header logo in sticky menu. What to do?
Hello,
You can add the logo in the header menu sticky, edit with tagDiv Composer and you add the logo where you want when the logo is sticky => https://www.screencast.com/t/gmXf0Cst1 and adjust the image width and height.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
