I’m sorry that you are facing issues using Newspaper Theme. The page loading speed for both mobile and desktop depends on many factors and you can’t compare an empty theme like Twenty Twenty with a fully functional, features loaded theme like Newspaper that helps you create a website in a few hours.
We are building a long term collaboration with our customers. You can see on our demos what page loading speed score can a website loaded with content can have. However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view.
Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
We can’t not provide a solution for you here, right now as we do not know what are the conditions on your website. You can make the following tests:
1. Activate tagdiv Composer and Standard Pack, install a standard demo and check the page loading speed, then disable the Standard Pack and activate the cloud template and install a pro demo. You’ll see that the speed will improve significantly. Also, you should consider creating the mobile optimized pages for each of your pages to improve the speed on the small screen devices.
2. Test your website in a page speed test la GTMetrix or Google Pagespeed Insights and check the loading time on the ads, fonts and tracking scripts – if there is something there that slows your website down, take action.

If you use a default template, then you need to go in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Footer -> Sub footer settings -> FOOTER COPYRIGHT TEXT, and there you can write this code:

Replace those words with your link between ” ” and the text url with your text.
But, if you use a cloud template/PRO, then you can edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on copyright zone and replace there your link like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/DdexkKtY7hzG

If you will edit the page with TagDiv Composer, select Website Manager and choose mobile menu, check this: https://www.screencast.com/t/RHIf9iWQUg ; There you can select which menu you want to be on mobile.
Note that if you have Mobile theme plugin activated, then you can not change the menu of it. In this case, you need to uninstall the plugin and try again.

I think you selected the view option and there the tagDiv Composer does not appear. The footer templates do not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend. Please check this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
The footer template can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer. => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF

If you have a Standard Prebuilt Website you can add the copyright to the footer in Theme Panel -> Footer -> Footer info content => https://www.screencast.com/t/1mUchAid or in sub footer settings => https://www.screencast.com/t/Rrn6KKxt or if you a Pro Prebuilt Website you can edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/UeBGkaYuundl, go to the footer and selected the element you want to edit => https://www.screencast.com/t/3vhZ5v4k and change the description.

Make sure you have the last Theme version 10.3.9.1(if you have a theme version older, than NewsPaper 10.3.9 and you have the latest WP version 5.6, tagDiv Composer not work).

You can not modify them by TagDiv Composer because you have not a mobile header/footer created for the mobile page.
Please create a header/footer for the mobile page, or you can convert the header/footer from desktop like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/dDe4WoCd ; then after convert you can modify them with TagDiv Composer.

To adjust the row width you can do that with tagDiv Composer on pages and cloud templates.

For this, you need to make sure that you don’t have set a background color/image in Theme Panel because this makes your website boxed. Make sure this option is disabled => https://www.screencast.com/t/ejiNPCBF.
If you have a standard header and footer you can stretch them from Theme Panel -> Template Settings -> force full width => https://www.screencast.com/t/3rtHCPYNnZlu

Unfortunately, you can not modify this template with TagDiv Composer because its uses a default template.

Also, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

After this you can see you are on mobile viewport, so you can change the logo by clicking your logo and you will see on the left side these settings which is only for mobile: https://www.screencast.com/t/lJ2lLXI63n9
Set here the logo and it should display for mobile version also.

The “Article bottom ad” will be set only on posts, for pages usually is use an ad box with tagdiv Composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-custom-ad-spots/
If you use adsense ads, then you can use those sizes https://i.imgur.com/FQbjzZI.png and google will try to deliver the size that you set there.
