Hi,
Unfortunately there is a problem with the new option add in theme panel for disable the schema article, this interfere with preview draft, in order to fix this problem you’ll need to make some changes in theme file or deactivate the schema articles from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/0E3IucACC You will have to check that in order to deactivate the schema, this issue will be fixed in the next update.
The file are wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php -> https://i.imgur.com/EMWC74l.png add “|| is_preview()” -> https://i.imgur.com/78beFgC.png

or you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look and make the proper changes for you. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Unfortunately I do not quite understand, maybe you are referring to a banner or ad -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/
A background image/color from header menu can be change/remove using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/4Ruk8Uk.jpg
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details and some screenshots.
Thank you!
Hi,
If I’m right you try to change the settings from the standard footer style, but I think that you have set a footer page -> https://i.imgur.com/O2ammiT.png if yes, then the settings you made will not apply on footer page, you’ll need to edit it using tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hi,
1. Yes you can use a demo to start building your website, there will be no problems.
2. When you make an update the settings made in theme panel or on cloud templates using tagDiv Composer will not be lost, the will be keep in database, but if you overwirite the demo content and you’ll change it then you’ll lost the content.
Installing demos -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
3. After you activate the theme -> https://i.imgur.com/g5staSb.png
4. You can save the theme panel setting using the import/export option from theme panel, the settings made with tagDiv Composer on cloud templates will be save on these.
5. I don’t quite understand, if you are referring to demos, each one have there one settings, therefore, when you import the demo you’ll import all the settings and templates, if you already have one install and you choose to install another one, the first one will be remove and the choose one it will be install.
Thank you!
Hi,
You’ll need to edit the single post template using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uvzUEKB.jpg after that click on the post content after that click on row -> https://i.imgur.com/WrH53pt.png -> https://i.imgur.com/YERhdlq.jpg

Hi,
Please check if you have set a static page on your homepage, only this can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the latest articles/posts (blog) is not editable with tagDiv Composer.
Also the blocks and flex blocks can be filter from this section -> https://i.imgur.com/pj7W6J5.png
Thank you!
Hi,
If I understand correctly you want to replace the comment count with post view, unfortunately this can be achieve only with custom work and this is not covered by support policy -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/ all I can do is to guide you to the flex files -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes/td_flex_block_1.php
Thank you!
Hello !
Please provide a link to your website in order to inspect.
If you’re using flex blocks you will be able to achieve that by editing the block using tagDiv Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/446Yhmqm

Hi,
If these -> https://i.imgur.com/2go67j1.png are/will be posts then you can achieve what you need using only our theme, all you need to do is to make the posts with these titles and content afferent after that you can use tagDiv Composer and use a flex block, set on it pagination and ajax filter, also you can hide the featured image and excerpt.
Thank you!
Hi,
This option -> https://i.imgur.com/rMvNSYn.png from theme panel will disable the post date from inside the posts, the date will still show on blocks, if you want to disable the date from blocks too you’ll need to use this option -> https://i.imgur.com/kFvwQy7.png also in pages and cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud Library you can set the banners, or elements using tagDiv Composer, on standard templates you’ll need to make sidebars and add widgets in them -> https://i.imgur.com/H1zoVNv.png
Also in order top add elements in sidebar for “Latest articles” you’ll need to check the page at bottom in homepage latest articles, please check our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
Hope this will help!
Thank you!
Hi,
So if I understand correctly you do not want to have in posts the related articles -> https://i.imgur.com/pPwbOoO.png if you disable this option in theme panel ->https://i.imgur.com/s9iQAa1.png and the block is still display, that means that you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, on the cloud templates the settings from theme panel will not apply, you’ll need to edit them using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/E9gc3td.png click on the element you want to remove and press delete or use the right click -> https://i.imgur.com/cuUYnG9.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Is look that you have set on sticky menu the min-height: 100vh; -> https://i.imgur.com/j1JFjgL.png if the settings is remove the posts will work -> https://i.imgur.com/Fv9Ym85.png
Is possible to have set on row and sticky menu, you’ll need to use tagDiv Composer to edit the header template and check the full height option -> https://i.imgur.com/FrqIL6f.png
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
If I understand correctly you are using cloud templates, if yes, then you can edit all the templates that you get from tagDiv Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer, for example you can remove the h1 in header template from logo like this -> https://i.imgur.com/uo5dJks.png

I have been working with my web hosting company and I am experiencing similar issues. Google PSI indicates that I need to “remove unused CSS” and my web host provider said the following CSS were the issue. This is causing an extra 1.5 seconds load time:
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/assets/css/td_legacy_main.css?ver=5a862b9d7c39671de80dd6dee389818b
/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/style.css?ver=9.8
/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/assets/css/tdb_less_front.css?ver=489325fca4f12cbec6ded350cf173551
Appreciate your help.
Thanks!

Hi,
In most cases the TD Composer is not working when is a plugin conflict or is a code set in the page that breaks the TD Composer -> functions.
Please check this article about when tagDiv Composer is not working -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
For the second problem, I can not find the -> https://www.dropbox.com/s/m3kxgx7zdlrpa5c/Screen1.jpg?dl=0 in your website -> http://www.biggolfblog.com/ please provide me a link to these blocks, in this way I will be able to provide you and working answer.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can save the block with the design you made using the right click -> https://i.imgur.com/hvI36Kq.png -> https://i.imgur.com/i2SIqg7.png after that you’ll find the element in composer elements -> https://i.imgur.com/CrySPD5.png
After that drag and drop the element where you want, in pages and cloud templates.
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that you are using a PRO demo or cloud templates, that is why the theme panel settings are not apply. Using cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you’ll need to edit the cloud template using tagDiv Composer and set on the elements the color and style you want
Hope this will help you!
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello Vlad
As you guys suggested, I have imported a pro single post template, duplicated it for secondary language. Translated the necessary texts in td composer but the translations still don’t apply.

Hi,
You can do this by using tagDiv Composer, set a block or flex block and filter it after the subcategories you need ( in your case the child category) -> https://i.imgur.com/yUd4i95.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
This is the sticky menu from mobile version, first you’ll need to check if you are using a cloud template for header, it will look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/fVaXHAg.png if not you’ll need to make these settings -> https://www.screencast.com/t/H1lVAbuWj -> https://www.screencast.com/t/vzqdtC9Q3nR -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wwEqEISNJ -> https://www.screencast.com/t/CRoHjDzZm
If you have a cloud header, then you need to edit the header template and tagDiv Composer, check the sticky menu, scroll until you see the sticky menu and click on logo -> https://www.screencast.com/t/o6Z8zoJoWbFY (desktop version) and -> https://i.imgur.com/8XJUFaj.png mobile version.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
I have updated the theme.
I am encountering an error when using the tagdiv composer on the homepage.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/grstu77o8796zvv/screen.jpg?dl=0
This is preventing me from updating the homepage. Can you advise how I should correct?
Also how do I change the font style/size of the related articles, and also below images in the sidebar.

Thanks,
Jason.
