The tagdiv Composer plugin is a bigger one with a lot of functions and settings. Our developers tried to improve it more and more and optimize it as much as they could in every update.
There are a lot of factors which can make your site slow. Make sure you use only some templates and fewer functionalities and options.
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin or not, if you are using the PRO demo or a standard one.

And it’s ok, but I need to change order of icons on the mobile version, without changing the order on the desktop site. When I change on mobile, the circle on desktop is wrong. How I can do this?
Its very obvious that all requirements are at place and server is properly configured with mentioned PHP plugins too. I can see all green in the system status.
As said earlier, the issue is specifically for the Travel guide demo version. Or else I would have got error in other demo formats too, which isnt the case.

I did as guided by you. There is no change. As said earlier, I am able to install few other demo websites but specifically facing issue while installing “Travel Guide” demo.

From what I can see, you use a cloud demo. So, you should access the homepage on your frontend and create a mobile page from here: https://prnt.sc/zRRCL6C3lm5l
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin.

Hi, I am unable to install prebuilt demo as shown on https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_travel/ however didnt find any issue in installing the “Default Pro Demo”. There is something wrong with the the design name “Travel Guide”. I am unable to install it. During the process a popup occurs saying
“tagDiv Importer detects that your server is not properly configured.
Don’t worry, the importer will continue to install the demo after you click the OK button.
Steps to verify:
– Please go to the SYSTEM STATUS tab and check if all parameters are green- Verify the permissions on your upload folder
– Contact our support via email contact@tagdiv.com (please provide your product license key)”

Indeed, for the moment the list menu element does not have the option for dropdown, this should be added in the coming theme update. Right now the list menu can be only like on this demo https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_chained_news_pro/

You are probably uploading the whole theme package. You have to upload only the theme zip file, not the whole package which contains other items

So, if I understood correctly, you had a demo installed and now you want to install another one without content to keep your content, is that right?
If so, the problem arises that when a demo is installed and then another demo is installed, even if it has no content, everything that came with the previous demo is deleted, this includes the page, posts, categories, templates – https://i.imgur.com/zqEWEHN.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
Now what I can suggest is to stop installing that demo, but to search the cloud for the templates for it and set them as global – https://i.imgur.com/wGJSbGs.png

If you install a new City Pro demo (design only), then it will let your content be as it was before the old demo, City News. If the content was from the old demo, then it will be removed automatically. You are responsible for adding the content.

I am creating THREE subdomains of the same site and using three different themes, because each sub-domain will look different. Am I required to purchase the license two more times? Please can someone contact me. To clarify, I am building one site and there will be two sub-domains. I recently updated my Newspaper theme to version 12.2 and it does not show me the option to modify the mobile version in any way. The theme panel does not show the mobile version, and I cannot create any mobile pages. The big problem is that in when I check my site on a phone it shows the theme’s demo logo instead of mine.

Good day sir/Ma, pls i have issues with mobile menu on mobile devices. I want to set different mobile menu on a single page
demo at https://hiideemedia.com I have 3 menus. One at top right, another floating at top right, and the last at bottom left.
I want to assign different menus for them. But they only share the same menu even after changing the menu. Pls how can I solve this.
Also the search at the bottom is not at center to the menu and social icons. How can I solve that too??
