Hi,
For the cloud templates you need to identify the cloud templates type (header, footer, single …) that you edited and copy the content from them -> https://i.imgur.com/RHdIFNh.png (one by one) from staging -> https://i.imgur.com/Wo4yp58.png and pasty it in the same cloud template type (header, footer, category..) in your live website.
Also if you edited pages on staging, then you need to do the same with them to get the changes on live website.
Also if you added new images, make sure that you add theme on the live website.
I hope this will help you!
Newspaper version: 11.5.1
I have templates set for my main site language. How I can copy them to other languages I have for my website?
I don’t see templates in Pages section, only ‘footer mobile’ (don’t know why).
If I change the language, Cloud templates pave shows me no templates and I have the only one option – download from cloud, but I dont need to download, I want to translate mine.

Hi MauricioLuque,
I see that you are using the Newspaper theme and not the Newsmag theme, so this can be easily done by setting a duplicate of header and footer cloud templates on 404 cloud template (you need to set them as individual and without the ad box element, like this -> https://i.imgur.com/AUooONd.png -> https://i.imgur.com/XvadC7Q.png)
I hope this will help you!
Hello,
The options from the Theme Panel are for the standard template, but you have a Pro Prebuilt website and this uses cloud templates, which can be edited with tagDiv Composer ->https://www.screencast.com/t/UeBGkaYuundl, go to the footer and select the element you want to edit => https://www.screencast.com/t/3vhZ5v4k and change the description.
The same steps are for all templates -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
Our theme is a frontend theme for most of the elements and changes, you’ll need to use the tagDiv Composer to edit the pages and templates for posts/categories, etc => https://i.imgur.com/I3OUYxr.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/mMrEufY.jpg from the frontend, no in the code -> https://www.screencast.com/t/LDdokrHPl
Also, this is a video on how to change the logo -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
To display the feed from Instagram then you need to connect with your Instagram personal account for Instagram from the footer or from the element from tagDiv Composer for feed you can use the Instagram business https://i.imgur.com/5XaTr2p.jpg -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/
Thank you!
Using cloud templates, don’t use the mobile theme plugins so all mobile pages are created per Mobile Templates created with tagDiv composer. Recently I changed themes and updated footer, header, homepage, author and various other pages. The category page was updated with the same theme, each was imported, didn’t not “switch themes” and went to create a mobile template, selected “copy content” saved, edited and for some reason the Category Mobile is the only one that won’t load, it loads the Page Templates Mobile Responsive Page, not the separate mobile page that I created, verified in cloud templates that the Page Template is set and the Mobile Template I created is set. I proceeded to disable all plugins, no change, I deactivate the td cloud library plugins and enabled them, no change. I rename the mobile, deleted the mobile and recreated still no change. I checked the Newspaper themes settings to make sure no category was set, all of them set to inherit. It is like somehow the Category Template is hard-coded to load its own mobile page, not the mobile page that was created from it. The last thing I am thinking of doing is importing the Category Template page again and selected it as the default and testing. Any thoughts on what could be going on? Clear cache and all that jazz.
Here is the mobile theme: https://voiceofdenton.com/tdb_templates/cat-mobile-v2/
This is the Category theme: https://voiceofdenton.com/tdb_templates/category-template-chained-news-pro/
Here is a screenshot of the cloud template settings: https://snipboard.io/iIyNBU.jpg
Appreciate any insight?
Hello,
That demo is created using standard templates, before using cloud templates, that is why you can’t edit them with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/h7TukUo.png and the footer is a footer page -> https://i.imgur.com/nuz4Cvh.png that’s why you were able to import it.
For all the changes if you want to have that header, you need to do them in Theme Panel.
Thank you!
Now we’ve backed theme updates out to version 11.4.3. It seems to be running without the footer now. Our hosting provider WPMU has given us the following stacktrace for your review:

Hello,
I imported the Spa Heaven demo content and the templates for the footer and the header are not imported as a result footer and header can’t be edited through tagdiv. Although i was able to find to import the footer template through the tagdiv manager, i am not able to find the header template that includes the image, menu etc from the corresponding header section. The steps i tried are the following:
Edit with tagdiv–> manager–>header–> import header –> search for spa heaven
but no results.
Can you please advise so i can proceed with the customization?
Thanks
Hello,
For this, you should use cloud templates. You can have different ads in every post/article/header/footer if you use a different template for each. If you want the same design, you can duplicate the templates.
Check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/different-logo-in-categorypage/;
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the tagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Check also our video tutorials here: https://www.youtube.com/c/tagdivThemes/videos and more theme documentation on the left side: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/
Thank you
Hello!
You can install and assign a cloud header and footer template. But, you should make it global from the Cloud Templates.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and let me know the results!
Check this guide also: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
The standard footer template can’t be edited.
Please import from tagDiv Cloud Libary this footer -> https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/single/footer/Footers/972 and after you can edit it with tagDiv Composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/ please check the guide.
Thank you!
Is it not possible to set a global page width? Or is it done by individually changing the width to all the template blocks. (header, footer, page etc. etc)
or is this done with custom css .tdc-row?
i want 1440
also global font. I see we can at a global font. but all blocks are set to a “default” font. Is there no way to simply change the default font? Or do we need to set a global font and then go to every single place you want this font to be used and change it in the templates?
I searched through your document and in the forum and it never yielded any results.
thank you
The header and foot templates set in Cloud templates do not apply on the mobile
I have set up a header and footer template in Cloud templates.
And I took the mobile page from the cloud template.
However, the previously set header and footer settings do not apply to mobile pages.
Hi,
how can I add different headers to different categories? I already assigned different templates. But when I edit the header in the template the changes appear everywhere.
Thank you!
We cannot figure out how to translate the Cloud Templates. This is what we read on the documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wpml/ but this is what we see on the actual theme https://snipboard.io/ecQ5sW.jpg. Most probably the documentation is about an older version of the theme. How is it possible to translate the footer template?
Hello!
Please edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, access Website Manager and check if the header and footer are there and it is not selected “No footer”. Check in the Dashboard -> Cloud Templates and see if you have the footer template. If not, then please install a footer template from the Cloud Library or build it from scratch by uploading a blank template.
For the category page, you can add a flex block with filter Category: Current category -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ The posts from that category will display.
Let the offset field empty with no space, no value and see the results: https://www.screencast.com/t/peVbVmUDE. For more information about offset feature, please check this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/.
Check this topic to see the difference: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/location-of-specific-blocks-to-edit/
We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there or adjust them to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.
Note: If you want to use version 1 or 2, then you need to deactivate the Mobile theme plugin and see the results.
From what I can see, you use the Mobile theme plugin and there are only some settings in the theme panel -> Mobile theme for customization.
Some texts can be translated from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Translations -> Translations: https://prnt.sc/zSmXIgSMCyCj
That logo you’ve set up in the theme panel, you can change it and delete it from there.
Social media icons can be disabled/enabled by filling the fields Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Social Networks with the unique URL.
You can delete the join / SIGNUP from here: https://prnt.sc/O96Ni2YaFjJ1
Unfortunately, you can not add other elements there.
Thank you!
Hi,
There are a few footers that are coming with pre-build content, this can not be edited, what you can do is to change to a footer template that has empty columns and go in widgets and set in each footer the content that you want to have.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m glad that you found the options for the footer and how to use them.
Thank you!
Hi gono, the CSS Analyzer can be used on pages and cloud templates. On pages it can be removed the extra css and on cloud templates it can be only generate the critical css.
As an alternative it can be used the autoptimize plugin .
Thank you!

Dear Support team,
I have set the header and footer for the mobile templates for all, single post, category post, archive post, it looks fine on the desktop when I am setting up the mobile pages, but when I load on my mobile it shows the header and footer from theme options not the one I set using cloud library
Website: https://quews.co.uk/
Please have a look header and footer for pages are fine but not okay for the category and single post. Please advice the solution thanks.
Hi,
I see that you already manage to edit the cloud footer -> https://i.imgur.com/p6Lj0qG.png

Hi Support Team,
through the last days I modified my website http://www.motivationsheld.de with your powerful cloud templates. I like it a lot but there is one last problem:
Please have a look at this post:
https://www.motivationsheld.de/intrinsische-motivation-foerdern-intrinsisch-motiviert/
This is exactly how I want all of my posts (and 99% of them are). The “width” of all rows are stretched in ONE LINE with header and footer. This is perfect! I want each post in the same modification!
Note: I used the “Single Post Template 40 – Fast News” to make this modification.
My problem: Please have a look at those two posts:
1.) https://www.motivationsheld.de/selbstmotivation-lernen-9-tipps-gegen-fehlende-motivation-im-leben/
2.) https://www.motivationsheld.de/extrinsische-motivation-extrinsisch-motiviert/
You will see, that the “CONTENT WIDTH” of those two posts is streched in full.
In fact: In the template (Single Post Template 40 – Fast News) I have set all rows to “stretch row and content” (row stretch). And in the TagDiv Composer all rows are really stretched in full … BUT: In the front-end the width of 99% of the posts are only stretched as far as header and footer (excepting those two mentioned posts).
Question: Why? What did I wrong?
Many Thanks,
Oliver
Hello!
Make sure you have the footer from homepage set as global on every page/template.
You need the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates. Although, we recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Documentation here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
Check also our video tutorials here: https://www.youtube.com/c/tagdivThemes/videos
For cloud templates, you can add the sidebar from tagdiv Composer. Steps:
1. Add 1 row
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.
Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can change the logo and the elements there.
Thank you!
Hi JKLFab,
Normally this problem should not occur anymore especially if a footer cloud template is used and Instagram is set with Composer.
This problem can only occur if you use standard footer (unfortunately, no implementations are made for the old templates, those in the standard pack).
If you do you use a cloud footer, then please let us to inspect the situation.
Thank you!
