So there are problems with the lazyload despite clearing all caches including browser cache? I see it is disabled at the moment on your website.
Does the issue with the composer happen only for the homepage? What if you try it on a new page?
If you create or import a cloud post template it should appear in the general post template as well as in the single post edit screen

We could take a look if you can provide admin login at contact@tagdiv.com as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. Mention in the email how we can recreate the problems exactly.

Hi,
Most important, please be sure to check the updated theme requirements guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Increase all the parameters if it’s the case.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it to a value of double you already have if possible.

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you.
Could be something with the htaccess file, rules/code entered in it. You could try as well to empty the htaccess file and re-save the permalinks in WordPress settings. Then check again.
If that doesn’t work we could take a look at this issue. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel or FTP if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Hi,
Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make some tests activate only the theme plugins, clear all cache and try again, if the problem persist please change the theme with a default theme and see if the problem persist.
If the problem is still there please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel or FTP if possible. Please include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
In most cases the issue is caused by one of the cases below.
Could be caused by insufficient resources
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
In this case the hosting provider should be able to increase them.
Or it could be a security setting, module or firewall, as in this case where the theme panel was not saving any settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-options-2/
Also if you use Wordfence try to set it on learning more
– https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/
If you already checked or tried these, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel or FTP if possible. Please include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
AMP seems to work in the localhost with same exact code. Is the AMP plugin needs any ftp access? Because we use sftp. Also we are running on a dedicated ubuntu server and integrated with cloudflare.
Hi,

Hi,
Update the theme to the latest version of it. Install it via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.
Let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
Hi,
Please check the permissions on your upload folder as suggested. More information here
– https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/
The second step is to make modifications to these parameters if needed, according to the guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hosting providers can do this for you, most do.
Also check what PHP version are you using (should be higher than 5.6), check in the theme system status panel for example. There was a similar case before when using an older PHP version caused problems when installing a demo.
The last step if you have made all the above mentioned changes and the result is the same, is to contact us at the mentioned email address and provide all the necessary information (admin login, FTP access or cPanel if possible).
Also paste a link to this topic so we can identify you.
Thanks
Hi,
That update method is not so reliable, it can fail at times. Better use the other update methods, either by WordPress or by FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
The FTP method is the most recommended and reliable update method. The guide presents the steps for each of them however. Please try to update by a different method if possible.
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience, we reply in all topics as soon as possible, following the support hours displayed in the banner at the top of the forum.
So installing the latest version of the theme is breaking the website. I would suggest that you start by checking that all the theme requirements are met
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
The WP memory is recommended to be set to 256M, this is enough for most websites. Insufficient memory can cause many problems. If needed contact the hosting provider and they should be able to increase/activate all the necessary parameters, not just the memory.
The error in the screenshot you provided mentions the social counter plugin. If you cannot login as admin in the website, please disable all the plugins by FTP
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
That should allow you to access the website backend. Then access the theme plugins
panel and reinstall the theme plugins
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8Zr1931EtQ5R
Leave other plugins inactive to see if the problem is fixed. Let us know the results.
Thanks
Hi!
I finally wanted to update my version: 7.6.1 of the theme as you recommended. I first updated the WordPress version and then I followed the instructions and tried both approaches: via backend and via ftp. In both cases it did not work out. Error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1048576 bytes) in /home/.sites/564/site1126821/web/wp-includes/class.wp-dependencies.php on line 209
I checked my server settings – there should be no problem there. I bought your theme a second time and used a later version. There I had no problems updating it.
I had to manually remove the theme on the server and then go back to a backup. I also got several alerts during the process about problems with the mobile theme. My guess is that it is the theme making troubles. Can you recommend how I may proceed.
Visual Composer
Another big problem is that the Visual Composer is not working anymore – it’s simply not on my sites since I updated to the latest Word Press Version. Any idea how I could fix that? Just deleting the Plugin and installing it manually from the latest version of the theme?
Thanks a lot!
Regards, Peter
Hi,
So the problem appears when placing a block 6 or maybe you mean a big grid 6? We could take a look at this, please provide admin login and cPanel or FTP at contact@tagdiv.com and we will create a test page to see this happening.
Mention in the email which element or elements are you referring to exactly and how we can recreate the problem. Also please include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks

FTP is the recommended way to update the theme https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/. It is for your own good you know.
Hi,
I was wondering if you can randomly rotate posts in a block? For example in my first block (http://uhs.cd5.myftpupload.com/) I have picked 7 specific posts and I wondered if they could reorder themselves when the page is refreshed or someone clicks the HOME page again. Please let me know if this is possible and how.
Thanks,
Dave
I uploaded via FTP (FileZilla). It showed beautifully among my installed themes. But, when I tried to activate. I got this:
This page isn’t working newsfrigate.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
Hi,
Maybe you are uploading the whole theme package. When you download the theme from themeforest you can choose either the full package which contains more than just the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/
Or just the theme itself which can be installed.
If that is not the case maybe check the max-upload size parameter to be according to the requirements guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
These theme install guides would be helpful
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Also you could try and install the theme by FTP, that should cause no problems.
Thanks

When I try to navigate my website via a mobile phone, the navigation page (screenshot A) doesn’t seem to respond. Only the ‘HOME’ link and Facebook icon (f) are working. None of the other links will work.
When I press the little square box (9 little black boxes) in upper left-hand corner,(screenshot B), it takes me to the mobile menu okay, but only one link will work. Can you tell me what I need to do in order to correct this?
WEBSITE: 928.d70.myftpupload.com (view in mobile phone, so you’ll be able to access the menu bar.)
Hi I updated the theme as always via FTP overwriting the files. I do not know what the error may be.
Hi,
i just updated by FTP and suddenly the landing page is totally messed up — https://www.teilzeithelden.de/.
Furthermore it seems to me as if the tagDiv Pagebuilder isn’t working anymore, at least the button is missing in the top bar as well as above the page in the backend
