Also, this is what the homepage normally looks like: https://gyazo.com/a12dbba33059820f9031af92b4979fee
The mobile theme is named Homepage Mobile – Magazine PRO, and still the actual URL looks nothing like the normal home page nor the mobile version of the home page.
I have a mobile theme that I have edited and should be displaying in the mobile version. However, when I go to check it on my phone, it only shows “Latest articles” and has nothing from what the mobile version should actually look like.

To be honest, the solution I would like is to know how to set my mobile version as the template for mobile devices, instead of what it is right now. I don’t know if I have to go to the WordPress website and change it from there, or if it’s in the Newspaper theme settings; I’ve looked at both for quite a while and tried getting it to work, but it hasn’t. Though I showed only the homepage, this also happens to all the posts.
Another thing that I notice is that the mobile version links to another URL that isn’t the homepage, and that link also does not work.
My question is: how do I get the mobile template that I edited for the home page, and implement it into the mobile version for my home page without creating a new URL? In other words, if my website was google.com and my current mobile theme links to google.com/mobile-version, how do I get my mobile theme to be on google.com?
When Opening Home — Front Page (PRO-Prebuilt Websites) get the following Error message:
Errors at columns elements: 5(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Like, I tried one to three pro prebuild websites and still can’t edit the homepage
My Newspaper Theme is Version: Version: 10.4
WP version: 5.7.2

Hello,
If I understood correctly, you made a mobile page for the homepage, so please make sure you set it => https://www.screencast.com/t/bYroSq7x8T9, also, the header and footer are taken from the standard ones. All you have to do is edit the mobile page, and in Manager (Website Manager) you need to import or the easy way is to convert the existent footer like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY (03:11 – Mobile Templates & Pages)
If you don’t mean this please give me more details, screenshots.
Thank you!
When I try to edit my homepage it says my site isn’t sending any data.

And also, when viewing a single post, when I scroll down near the footer it automatically loads more full posts. It’s really annoying. How do I stop that from happening. I’m using the Gossip theme.
And just wondering if I should be able to use tagdiv composer on my phone?
The theme looks great and I’m pleased, but I hope I can fix these few issues.
Thanks in advance!
Hi,
Some of my categories are not showing the content as they suppose to do. For example, the category page: “https://www.lifeinbelfast.es/category/tramites/” properly renders the styles and content, but the category page: “https://www.lifeinbelfast.es/category/ciudades/” doesn´t render the header styles and doesn’t load any posts.
The majority of the category pages have this problem and I was not able to determine why. I checked on the theme panel and they inherit the same templates and looking at them in tagdiv composer they also have the same blocks, etc.
Also, my 404 pages behave the same, the template: “https://www.lifeinbelfast.es/tdb_templates/404-template-default-pro/” works ok, but if I write a non existing page e.g. “https://www.lifeinbelfast.es/sdfhsdhds” it shows the same problem I deescribed.
I also cleared the cache, disable the plugins, etc. but the problem persists.
The rest of the blog posts, pages, HomePage, etc. work fine. Please, can you have a look at this?
Thanks,
Gonzalo
Please remove the things that slow down my homepage.
Please help me improve the speed of my homepage.
Hi – I am having the same problem as well. For some reason, my header categories will not populate with subcategories (the same applies to the sticky menu) on the live site but the admin shows no problem.
The weird thing is that it is happening ONLY on the homepage. Once I move to a category or article, the glitch no longer happens.
Could you recommend anything to be done?
Best,
Ari
I sent it again.Do you remember what you want to check? “Reduce unused css” is causing my homepage to slow down very much, which has a significant negative impact on s.e.o. Please check it out.
Hey, we use the mobile theme plugin our webste: https://www.revive.nl/
What is the best way to create extra ad spots/places for ads on the mobile theme. We want extra spots on the homepage and under the articles see screencast video: https://www.screencast.com/t/ux2spgIc
Hello!
It seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates (that default style) for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
If you want to use a mobile page, then you need to assign it to your homepage in order to be displayed. For more information about this mobile version please take a look in this article: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Thank you!
Hi
When I go to the mobile homepage of my website, it shows what appears to be a default AMP homepage with my most recent posts, rather than the home – mobile page I’ve set up. How do I update my AMP homepage?
Thanks,
Paul
Hello!
Our subtitle option is looking like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/0pTS5NBWPm7M
The element used there is called “Single Post Subtitle”.
Please note that this element can be used only on posts and not on homepage.
Thank you!
At this point, it is not a priority to build a new cloud template, so I changed subpage of UEFA Euro 2020 (https://www.bet3.gr/category/euro-2020/) back to default template. I noticed, however, that the issue of image position exists on every cloud template of Newspaper theme: Mobile theme, Homepage, 404 Error page, Inner pages etc, when I use content block shortcodes. Is there a generic CSS code to set the image position right on Blocks or do I have to discriminate which Blocks I use to write CSS on them?
Hello. There is a 404 Error on DevTools of Google Chrome browser on bet3.GR Homepage (https://www.bet3.gr/), that referres to pattern.png, despite the fact that the URL of the subsequent image is active on WordPress media library: https://www.bet3.gr/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/pattern.png. It seems that this particular file cannot be found. I assume that this is a problem of tagDiv Composer, as this Pattern PNG file was uploaded to WordPress within the installation of the Newspaper theme. I guess that it have been falsely placed as a divider between elements in homepage, but I cannot locate it and I need your assistance.
Hello!
When you access your homepage you should see it near the button “Edit with Tagdiv Composer” if you use a cloud template.
Take a look at the video guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnkVapqhIHc
Documentation here: https://tagdiv.com/whats-new-in-the-newspaper-theme-10-4-update/
Thank you!
Hi,
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
I hope this information helps you!
Thank you!
How can we remove the timestamp that shows up on a featured video.
Please see our homepage http://www.nspirement.com the article is in the most popular section (highlighted in yellow)
Why Chinese Woman Wear Jade Bracelets.
If you look at the thumbnail pic it shows the timestamp, we would like to disable the timestamp from showing.
Not just the homepage, for articles that I’ve written, the header and footer on some pages work fine, but some doesnt
Hi Bettina
It appears that the fix hasn’t worked and the non-mobile theme desktop version is once again appearing on the homepage only.
I sent a reply email to the team to see if they can again take a look into this for me but I have heard nothing back from them.
I’m contemplating removing the theme, which I don’t want to do, because the homepage of my site is looking pretty awful.
I just can’t understand why the rest of the site is displaying the mobile theme fine but the homepage won’t?
Regards
Sarah
Hi my website is http://www.scholarsinsider.com. The layout, header and footer of the desktop version of the homepage is different from the layout, header and footer of the mobile version of the homepage. Please advise.
Hi. For some reason, although I had setup the mobile home page to “Homepage Mobile – Magazine PRO” the page returns some minimal default layout.
Please advise. Many thanks.

Hi,
I’ve just launched and am having two major issues.
1) When I go to post an article on Facebook, via phone or desktop, it only comes up with the link to the website. No metadata, image, or description. When I clear the cache it might work but then it’ll stop working after a while. Something is messing around with it constantly. Twitter seems to work fine.
I’m also using Yoast SEO.
2) I have a few changes I made to the mobile homepage, mainly just the top articles structure, however it seems to be reverting back to desktop settings after a while.
Thanks! I’ve emailed with these issues but still have not had any response.
Hello,
To have a scroll bar use these blocks (Big Grid Flex 2, Big Grid Flex 5, Big Grid Flex 6, Big Grid Flex 9, Big Grid Flex 10) => https://www.screencast.com/t/C8aSXXrJt
The block is on the homepage, but you can add it where you want.
Thank you!
