When I use the featured image on my homepage I got a problem with the largest contentful paint on the mobile version. It is always too high, so I want to deactivate or better to remove the featured image on the mobile version. Where I can find the code to do that?

If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then youâll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).

In tagDiv Cloud Library, you can get only sections/blocks, homepages/pages, here is no template for pages, only for posts, only the templates will be display in cloud templates, the homepages/pages will be add in pages -> https://i.imgur.com/Mh19olR.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/ueo3AE2.png

For me the plugin is working without problems, I’ve set the shortcodes -> https://i.imgur.com/PVsRcqR.png in homepage using tagDiv Composer builder and I set the shortcode in a column text in text area -> https://i.imgur.com/0qcjnEz.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Z0Zc4fE.png also I set the shortcode inside a post and is working -> https://i.imgur.com/j7jeD0I.png
Please make a test and try only with theme plugins and that shortcode and let me know how is look for you.

Can you not just make a “Page” rather than a “Post”…. Then it’s not on the homepage, and only seem by people at the specific URL of said “Page”.

If this is not the problem please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

1. Usually this is a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
2. If you want to display shortcodes on pages/homepage or cloud templates then you can use tagDiv Composer and set in a column text in text area -> https://imgur.com/CSPcls9

How to change background colour of homepage?
This is a snippet from my home page:

Excerpt length is currently set to 50 words (the short column in the screenshot is 54 words)
This has happened on a few different occasions, in other locations as well.
Excerpts were working on the homepage earlier, until I mass disabled and selectively enabled plugins, to help document and log issues for separate issues to a 3rd party plugin vender.
No caching in is present wordpress, and varnish is disabled on the server until until after I’ve done testing and modding setup.
I’ve killed off posts and recreated with no change.
As a test, I’ve also attempted utilizing a 3rd party plugin WPKUBE – Advanced Excerpt where is excerpt length is set to 10 words. Any other options offered by the plugin are not being recognized (ie custom “read more” link).
Hi, I use the newspaper theme that shows my latest Instagram posts at the bottom of the homepage. Somehow the connection with Instagram does not work anymore. I had posted a question about that here but nothing helped, Now I want to get rid of this section – but even after I deleted the connection in the theme panel it still shows up.

Hi all,
I’m new to newspaper and I like this theme a lot.
My website was working completely till 16:00 hours.
Whats happening now. After each category page the is the homepage attached, so after you see a page with postings from the same category, the page go further with the homepage.
I must have done something wrong but can not see what. Please help.

Hi. Trying to import homepage templates and some don’t work. Everything seems to work at first, I even get to click ‘Done’ and there’s a ‘Success’ notification in the top right of the page, but there’s no content on the page — only a loading circle.

Google has implemented in Chrome a new feature that prooves the scrolling performance. When testing the my homepage on Google Page Speed Insights I got the information that I have missing passive listeners to improve scrolling performance. What should I do? It is marked as a serious mistake that affects the page speed in a negative way.

I want to exclude some post from showing on homepage, if possible I want to exclude the particular category ‘nepal post’. is there any way to do it like if we use the ID of the category which we want to exclude in the parameter?

When I first go onto my homepage https://onemoretrack.net , the page doesn’t load using newspaper’s optimised mobile theme, though my content does work. To temporally fix it I edit the page by turning amp on/off and then it works again in mobile theme, but after a certain while it reverts back.
Ive tried clearing the cache, changing the amp and leaving it both ways, changing the mobile theme settings for apm. Same problem still persists.
Any ideas?
