I installed a mobile menu plugin that works but I do not want to use or pay for another plugin. Why doesn’t the TagDiv one work. It allows me to add multiple menu to the nav bar so why doesn’t it display them correctly on mobile. Desktop works, just not in mobile mode.

Why are there no options for creating a news slider when you’re creating a 1 column layout for mobile?
Please advise, as I only see this option available when you install the “Mobile Newspaper Theme Plugin”. Is there another way to create this type of scroller?

We have a license for TagDiv’s Newspaper 12 WordPress Theme, We have purchased one license from themeforest.net
We will not be using this Newspaper 12 theme for next few months due to a change in our project and therefore we want to release the domain associated with the license and make sure that the license remain available for our future use when we will have requirement.
I believe you have a licensing management server/website where we can directly assign/unassign license against our domain where the wordpress theme is being used. Can you please share the same? or else let us know how can we reset the license key and keep it for future reference? We do not have the existing wordpress access where the theme was installed and activated. therefore it has to be released from your end.

First of all, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Make sure that all the requirements are set as here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that the plugins are up to date too. Check if you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active in Newspaper -> Plugins(for default templates).

I bought newspaper theme, installed it and registered. But when I checked into pre built websites tab, I got this following error;
“An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key”
I tried resetting key. The key is valid to register but still getting problem. So I’m stuck there and cannot customized the theme yet. Can you please help?

I just bought newspaper 12 theme, installed fresh WP and imported theme with all plugins. Everything went well. But now, when I want to create new page and Im missing the “TAGDIV COMPOSER” button showed here in step 2!
I don’t know what am I doing wrong, but it is just not there.

Many years ago I bought Newspaper Theme. I installed it and everything worked fine.
Suddenly I got a message that my website was not working properly.
I checked it and saw the message “your licence is unassign”.
I wrote to TagDiv but they cannot do anything in this matter.
It is very strange but it is possible that any website could be unassign like mine in any time.
I do not know what to do. I do not want to buy any other licence because I have only one licence that works in only one domain.
Any idea how I can fix it?
I am not sure what the situation is as I installed the theme as it said to, and the demo content. I didn’t modify code or anything with it. So I am confused as to what is going on.

I did a very soft launch of a website today, starting off with demo content that I then stripped out so I had a layout ready to roll. Unfortunately, from moment one of installing with the demo content, it seems my site loads very slow page to page. I thought once it went live it might be fine, however, it is still quite slow.
I am on BlueHost, and using the stock configs of theirs and the theme. Any clue as to what is going on or what I need to change?

hello everyone, the social counter widget doesn’t work as it should http://www.salentodiscovery.it , facebook followers always remain at zero, from the control panel the facebook account is correctly connected and shows the right count, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the tagdivcomposer and the social counter as proposed on other posts but nothing still doesn’t work. Normally the button becomes available after you make some changes in the widgets if it is not working, the first thing that you should check is the plugins, to be sure that you do not have a plugin conflict.

Yes, you can update the theme directly. You can try to do the update on a staging website to not affect the live website.
Also, please try to update the theme without extra plugins activated during the installation, as this may interfere with the installation process.
Also, after the update please make the tagDiv plugins are installed, like tagDiv Standard Pack, tagDiv Composer.

I made the suggested changes and it didn’t work as I expected. The search only returned results for blog posts and the PROPERTIES theme.
I need this search to be extended to the post types: tdcpt_doctors, tdcpt_proporties and tdcpt_directories
the global search works with the use of normal themes, but when I use the prebuilt default, but when I install the prebuilt websites doctor, properties or directories the search is restricted to the prebuilt, how do I search for all even with the prebuilt doctors installed ?
