You would need to have the tagDiv Standard Pack installed to see them no?
TagDiv composer is installed and activated but it doesn’t appear at the page bar in WP dashboard
Installed plugins are not being updated automatically after the theme update. How can I fix this problem?
Thank you very much. The problem is solved.
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cahce plugin exists)
Thanks!
Hello,
Please deactivate the tagDiv Composer plugin, delete and re-install it again from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc
Also, if the problem persists the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Thank you!
Hello,
If you have installed a Pro Prebuilt Website, then these settings are for Standard Prebuilt Websites, create without Cloud Templates.
These changes apply for example only when you use the standard header/footer templates (and other standard templates) from Theme Panel (not a cloud template) => https://www.screencast.com/t/4gApdblBu8 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/m1vrJsvHM
You need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer to make changes.
This is a video about how to Upload a Logo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Also, for the favicon, please make sure you have the image in the media library and the link is correct.
Thank you!
Hello guys,
My site is broken since update to 10.4.: https://www.londressecret.com/
The layout is completely broken.
I updated WordPress, Plugins, Theme to latest versions.
I have also reinstalled all TagDiv Plugins.
Standard Pack as well as Cloud Library are activated.
What can I do?
Best,
Roman
Greetings!
Hoping you can help me solve an error.
I’m building a site with Newspaper v10.4.
The suggested plugins are installed and active:
Composer
Cloud Library
Social Counter
Newsletter
Mobile Theme
Official AMP for WP
Standard Pack
and Revolution Slider.
When I’m signed in to my WP account, the site works and displays as expected.
But when you visit the site without being logged in, you get this error message:
Warning: require_once(/home/customer/www/mcweather.com/public_html/wp-content/Newspaper/tagdiv-deploy-mode.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/mcweather.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/functions.php on line 11
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/customer/www/mcweather.com/public_html/wp-content/Newspaper/tagdiv-deploy-mode.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php73/pear’) in /home/customer/www/mcweather.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/functions.php on line 11
What should I do to resolve the error?
Thanks!
Hello !
This issue is because you need to install and activate the TagDiv Standard pack plugin. From what version have you updated ? Also please note that using Newspaper 10.3+ there is no more needed the Speed Booster plugin.
Thank you !
Hello!
I checked your page and it is showing like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/b9AvKFK4qB
It seems you have a plugin which run on your page. Check into your plugins and find out which one is interfering into the page.
Also, we recommend using WP Super Cache plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
Hello!
Please reinstall TagDiv Composer plugin, also make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let us know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello!
If you don’t have the plugins up to date, any solution will not work for you that’s why I suggest to give it a try and check because if you had an old version to your updates, then the theme update is not updating your plugins automatically.
Also, you should reinstall the TagDiv Composer again and delete your cache(even from your browser).
We understand that your website means work, time, etc that’s why we recommend all the time a full backup before update.
If you tried all these solutions which was really helpful for a lot of clients, then there could be a plugin conflict.
Please give it a try and let us know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello !
Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.
Let us know the results.
Thank you !
Hello,
If you use default templates and your settings are missing, then make sure you have Standard Pack installed and active https://www.screencast.com/t/UcJIBsPkztO
Thank you!
Hello,
First, make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
After, please make sure you import the database correctly, also, you can try to deactivate, delete and reinstall all tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persists.
Thank you!
How do i access index page? I have installed and activated tagdiv composer but i dont know where to find it to edit home page.
Hello,
For this error, you can check our guide from here at point 5 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ also, you can try to deactivate, delete and reinstall tagDiv Cloud Library from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc and clear all cache and try again to edit.
Thank you!
Hello!
Check the settings by accessing Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Mobile ads and delete the multiple ads from the fields.
If there are not multiple ads, then you need to check for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Hello,
If you have installed a Pro prebuilt Website, you can hide the post date and author name from the block with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/wEdPdPyp2ChA , edit the page and select the block you want to edit and in the tab called “Layout” you can hide the date and author => https://www.screencast.com/t/fjrVaQm5IX
but if you have a Standard Prebuilt Website, then the change needs to be done in Theme Panel -> Block Settings -> Meta Info on modules/blocks => https://www.screencast.com/t/wgXXWKpGu
Thank you!

Hello!
It seems that you don’t have some TagDiv plugins installed.
Please make sure all that your WordPress and plugins are up to date.
Also, try to clean your cache after that(from your browser too).
If the problem is still there, then please check for a plugin conflict.
Let us know about your results!

Hello, Vlad
The issue is here :
/var/www/vhosts/museal.net.gr/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/css-analyze/css-analyze.php : line# 507
I’ve commented the section and there’s no error. No extra plugin installed.
I’ve also imnported default layout [only design] to check if it makes any difference, but no.

Hello,
@Sodiac, Please do a test on a subdomain and use only tagDiv plugins, and if you have a child theme, please use the main theme, and see if the problem with the Catagory template persists.
Also, for this error, you can check our guide from here at point 5 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ and you can try to deactivate, delete and reinstall tagDiv Cloud Library from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc
@owar77, Please deactivate, delete all the tagDiv plugins and reinstall them from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc
Thank you!
Hello!
Please note that if you use a cloud template, you need to do these settings in TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” because if you set up just in theme panel, then they won’t display.
If you use a default template and did the settings in theme panel, then it should display well.
Also, try to reinstall the TagDiv Composer plugin, update your WordPress and TagDiv plugins and it should work just fine.
Thank you!
