I recently tried read through your documentation on how to install the slider revolution plugin. it seems you may have to update the doc as there were a few stages that wasn’t similar to my screen. For example, to import the slider, I did not have a import slider, there was however a manual import option so I selected that. Then it asked me when I completed the installation I need to select the settings symbol, and select a category to extract posts. However, there was no settings options for me?? Therefore I am unsure if its even set up right? then it said to unlock the plugin I need to register my purchase code, which I assumed was my newspaper purchase code so I put that in and it told me it was invalid? For something that is supposed to be so simple, it has proven very difficult instead.
Hi, i try do edit the default sidebar in the single post template with the editor … everything is running, changing picture etc … without problem – but: if i ad a url to a picture and save it, it won’t work. everything other seems to be saved – but not the url … the pictute link still to the default website as programmed … but not to the new, and if i close the editor and reopen … the url is gone and the field empty – what do i wrong?
i work with a fresh wordpress installation only installed the newspaper pro theme

Whenever I install the tagDiv plugin as required by the theme, I get an error saying “500 – internal server error”. But if I uninstall it, there would be no error.

hi, i just bought the news papers theme,and started to make a blog, but i have some problem , i dont see anywhere where i can connect the facebook account.
in newspaper / them panel / socialnetwork , i have the possibility to connect with instagram, or youtube api, and the possibility to enter just an url for each network and that’s it.
and after for example in post settings / sharing / social network: at social network the list is empty, only “naver” is available.
do i have to install plugin ?

I installed and activated AMP (WordPress and Mobile Theme both). After that i set all the parameters in theme panel.
After that pages are not opening in mobile. While it is working well in PC.
Please tell me how to fix it or where am i wrong in this procedure.

I’m new to WordPress and TagDiv. I’ve been looking for the actual code to use in the TagDiv task-manager for implementing SVG images for logos in the header. I’ve installed the SVG support plug in and have the SVG files in my media library. I can even use an image block to show the SVG logo in the header. But the actual Logo block just shows ………. after I upload the SVG file.
I’m looking for the code you input into the SVG css window in the header section. Any info would be appreciated!

Just starting out and installed the full demo Newspaper theme on the site and came across this error message in the header, it’s not easy to spot on the black colour?

In the panel there are two options: header and footer; but there is no option to insert “immediately” after opening the body.

Hello, I noticed that my plugin AMP that is included in Newspaper theme was installed but won’t let me activate. Just thinks for a few seconds, reloads page and I scroll down to notice it still says activate.
I installed the plugin and installed again and same issue. Any ideas?

Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

When the mobile version or amp is displaying on desktop is a cache problem, we recommend to use WP Super Cache with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate them and make a test.

Hi, we installed Newspaper on palazzobricherasio.com but when plugins tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Composer are activated, the website goes offline because our server reaches in a few seconds 100% of CPU and RAM usage.
If we deactivate one of the 2 plugins, the website works but we only see the code of the builder.
We followed your requirements, added the define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ ); in wp-config and the values in .htaccess.
Could you please check what is the error and how we can solve it?

There has been a critical error on your website. When I am check what error in website using cpanel they show error in tag composer website is not working when again install then again website not work plz help me

Can install all the plugins but when i try to activate Standard Pack shows me this error.
Solution is restore a backup.

Please make sure that the theme plugins are installed and activate as in our guide from here -> https://i.imgur.com/TiBLYo6.png -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ also if you are using WPBakery it will be indicate to not use the tagDiv Cloud library, using both can appear problems, also tagDiv Composer must be enable, this is the theme builder now, after you activate it the website layout should look normal again -> https://i.imgur.com/NL941SR.png

I was using the Slider of the Newspaper X World News theme. However, upon a bug, the slider broke down and I tried deleting it again. But I couldn’t reactivate it. Do I need to reinstall it to uninstall the theme and go back to its old settings. Otherwise what settings do I need to make to reactivate the slider.
Im getting this error when I try to use TD Composer:
“Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”

That step is for the users that use a cache plugin like this one: -> WP Super Cache if you are not using cache plugins or Cloudflare (CDN) then you skip that step.

unfortunately, I am not able to install the newsletter plugin by TagDiv. I have installed all the other plugins (except of Revolution Slider and Visual Composer). If I go on Newspaper -> Plugins I cannot see the newsletter plugin anymore!? See screenshot attached: https://imgur.com/a/rflcQVb
