So I updated to new Theme, new child theme and all plugins.
1. This issue came up: https://nimb.ws/XU0N3A on post and page, It works when I deactivate tagdiv composer. The problem lies in post, page. It also works on classic builder and when I install Gutenberg plugin By Gutenberg Team but not in default like it used to.
2. Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet. I see this error even I have updated all files from the zip I download. I double checked and all file are there. https://nimb.ws/NG8Ted
3. Wp Editor error, https://nimb.ws/rx73wR can’t save nor can I switch. This problem was there before update.

Since updating to the latest version of your theme, I can’t seem to edit or delete elements in Tagdiv composer. Is there anything else I need to update or install?

Hi,

I’m in the process of moving my website. I wanted to change to this theme so I have installed it and am having a few issues with WP Bakery. I have read all the forums and guides and I understand that the two editors do conflict.

I have built my site using WP Bakery with another theme so I though when installing this it would display the same. I’m having a few issues getting it to look the same and I need to use WP Bakery because I need the ability to add Accordians, Tabs, Maps, Videos etc, which aren’t in tagDiv.

See the two links below for the difference between my current site and the new site I’m builidng using this theme:

It looks similar but a few of the elements are working correctly. A few issues I need help with:

1. Do I have to only use the 3 column styles mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ and what happens if other columns are used?

2. On long pages I cannot edit for long without the page giving me the error ‘Connection Lost’. I’ve read into a few of the forums and this is said to be due to a plugin conflict. I used this plugin and all the others installed fine and once installing the new theme I get this error. I uninstalled the tagDiv Composer plugin and this error stopped. It also takes an extremely long time to load.

3. Is there a way to make the background elements full width. Like on the original site? WP Bakery says its full width but it doesn’t show.

Is there anyway I can get those pages working fine with your theme using WP Bakery. I want to stay with your theme for the ability to use tagDiv on the header, menu and footer. I would like to stay but I need to be able to fix the issues I’m having.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

i’m not sure if this is the same issue that everybody else has but i have just installed your (very good) theme and this works perfect so far BUT the instagram widgets are not working.
I keep getting an error message: Instagram data error: Instagram data is not set, plese check the ID

Is this known or is there something that i need to do for this to make it work?

I am trying to install AMP plugin on my website https://www.factsreelafrica.com/.

After trying to activate the plugin I get the below error:
“AMP plugin unable to initialize.
The following PHP extension is missing: dom. Please contact your host to finish installation.”

We downloaded dom packages but still get the same error.

Could you please tell us which dom PHP extension we need to install. We are using Debian 9/10.

I installed amp + the mobile theme on my site, but its not showing. I didnt add much content to it so the home is not working, but other sections should show and they dont.

I have recently installed the newspaper theme and created a new header from the blank cloud-template.
But I cant find a way to reduce the height of the header. How can i do it?
The boxes for the pictures/logos seems to big.

I just installed latest version of Newspaper on my website and I have disabled comment and auther meta data in Post Settings but on home page it is showing the comment and author details.

How do I make them off. On previous installations of theme, this was not happening.

Hello! I currently have Newspaper 7.0.1 installed on my WordPress and need to update it to the latest version. How can I go about doing this without breaking the site? I know jumping from 7.0.1 to 9.7 is likely not going to work. I’m willing to install incremental versions and work up to 9.7, but I can’t find older versions to download.

Hi guys, need some clarification as to what’s going with AMP on my site:

1. AMP is enabled please take a look at the screenshot – https://imgur.com/a/8UJ2ayu (mobile theme is installed)
2. When I check to see how the page is displayed with amp enabled I go to here https://allontario.ca/air-traveller-protection-new-2019-regulations/?amp (on desktop)and it shows an amp version.
3. When I go to Google AMP checker https://search.google.com/test/amp and paste this url https://allontario.ca/air-traveller-protection-new-2019-regulations I get this:

4. When I click on See the AMP link version results I get this:

Same results are displayed when I test other pages.

Looks like AMP is not working, please let me know how to fix it.
