So the problem is that the theme cannot be activated in the WordPress themes panel. Please check the theme requirements guide carefully

Insufficient resources can cause various problems.
Also make sure you are installing the theme properly

The thumbs created by the theme are defined here – https://www.screencast.com/t/EqSt5MZl
You could use one of those thumbnails instead of the default one. Note that this may cause design issues with the related articles section, so it may require additional CSS.
Best to test in a local install and see what is needed according to the modifications you will make.

We installed Jetpack yesterday and suddenly we are getting this issue/message in wordpress CMS

When we deactivate the tagdiv amp plugin, the message goes away. But once we activate it, it comes back again.

I have the Newspaper theme installed on my news-based WordPress and I have two questions regarding it:
1. I noticed that if the featured image of an article is not in a 4:3 ratio, the image does not fit properly as the thumbnail block. Is there a way to make it so that all feature images “scale to fill” automatically?
2. Is it possible to enable the “lightbox” for article images by default, without having to turn it on manually for each article?

I have changed Language of the Whole Website to Lithuanian, also choosen Lithuanian translation in NEWSPAPER offered languages. I got a form of all titles to edit, but I can not find where to change Widget(I think it’s widgets) titles as “Popular reviews”, “Best deals”, “NEWSLETTER”, “CATEGORIES”. Hello… As for desktop social is working fine… But when user browse article from mobile and click on facebook social share it takes user to web browser for sharing. I want if facebook app is installed it should open facebook for sharing.
Please help me how we can do this.
And as for social sharing I want it should show mobile device bottom bar is it possible.

After installing the theme, when I try to activate it, I get a message that it has been activated, but then it drops back to the old theme.
I never get to the point of the manual activation screen, and the Newspaper theme never appears under the dashboard. So the screenshots posted in some other threads do not apply
I have disabled all plugins but the problem persists.

I tried Super Progressive Web Apps available on WordPress directory and for me, it worked well. As the PWA is not at all supported on all the browsers and Add to Homescreen behaviour works differently upon all the browsers, it will be a little bit challenging task to request users to install it.
Just wondering if there is a way to get the patch files to go from 9.1 to 9.2.2 of Newspaper?
Unfortunately, my particular installation requires me to modify one or two core files that can’t be addressed in a child theme. And since my download from Themeforest only has the latest patch 9.21->9.2.2 then it’s quite laborious to look through all the changes in Diff.
Not sure if anyone can help me with this.
I run a martial arts website and when I post my latest articles on twitter they have displayed fine but all of the sudden I get a little side card with no images, sometimes it doesn’t even show an image at all just a highlighted link. (check images)
I’ve changed my settings in Yoast SEO to show summary below large image and even installed the JM Twitter cards plugin, makes no difference.
It’s really annoying.

Anyway, please understands that Google uses some weird algorithms that determine the speed of the site and is not always reliable, sorry!

In most cases 500 errors are caused by low WP-memory. As plugins are installed the memory will eventually get exhausted, most hosting providers are limiting it to 40M by default.
We recommend a value of 256M which would be decent for most websites. Check what is the value of the WP-memory in the theme system status panel. If needed increase it, or ask the hosting provider to increase it for you if possible

Is possible that you set something in page content with tagDiv Composer that provide that problem.
Please make a test create a new page and sat some blocks there and some content in mobile editor and see if this is still happen.
Also you can make a test to see if you do not have anthers plugins that create this conflict, you can deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and check again.
