There’s no needed to renamed anything. You should simply download the latest theme version from Theme Forest and install it via FTP to your server. Before doing this you should make a full backup to avoid losing all of your data. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

I’ve also experienced the same problem, but the problem only occurs in the article pages.
Make sure you have installed all the plugins needed by NewsMag.
If you ever change the theme from NewsPaper to Newsmag, then in the page editor of your article, go to the bottom, in the Post Settings > General > Post Template, you choose the right “style”.
After that try to update. I hope it works.
Maybe you have to try again install tagDiv Composer from your Newsmag > Theme Panel > Plugins.

The ticker at the top uses a shortcode from this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/ and you can place it in a column text element for tag div composer.

Do you have the Yoast SEO plugin installed? You should install it and follow this tutorial to enable Facebook Open Graph (OG)tags https://kb.yoast.com/kb/getting-open-graph-for-your-articles/. Once you are done, use the Facebook debugger https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ to scrape your URLs afresh.
I’ve recently tested the page speed and optimization of the website, because the traffic is stagnating since ive installed your theme. Something is really wrong and i dont know what to do to fix it.

For those who have the same problem. The problem comes from the plugin TAGDIV COMPOSER AND NEWSLETTER. So, I took the old plugin in the first download folder (2 months ago) and I replaced by FTP the new plugin by the old ones. Everything works again. I lost my CSS and my widget because it’s been 5 hours that I’m trying to repair, I uninstall everything and reinstall and lost my day because no one answers us on the forum. I can send old plugin files if anybody wants it.

I am desperate and I need your support.
I am the admin of a news portal.
I use Newsmag 4 with the Visual Composer.
I have disabled the caching plugins(that I installed using the tagdiv instructions),
and set the cloudflare free cdn in Pause mode.
When I new post is published, only in desktop pcs appears normally. On the mobile devices are displayed only previous
posts. When I clean everything on my mobile I see the new post.
Please advise.
I installed the social counter following all the instructions, I emptied the cache, etc. And only tw and youtube work.
On facebook it marks 0 follower and I have 2538
What could be the problem?

I just got notice of an Update available for ‘Newsmag – News Magazine Newspaper‘ I downloaded it and tried to install the Newsmag.zip file but it Failed twice. I’m wondering if the file needs to be renamed or something? Also I see a folder called patch_4.0_4.3 how would this get installed? There is no documentation on how to update the THEME. Any ideas or suggestions would be GREAT! THANKS JP

Today I’ve installed the SEO by Yoast plugin in order to customize properly the titles and descriptions of the posts in my website. However, the typical SEO by Yoast’s box that usually appears behind the post’s editor box isn’t there, I don’t understand why since it’s not an update of the plugin. I know this because I have it installed in other websites.
Is there any incompatibility with the theme? I think there isn’t for what I’ve read on the documentation, so I dont know if somebody from your team would have a look into my website and check what’s going on.

I installed the latest version today, and there is simply no photo being displayed.
