Hello Anamaria.
Thank you very much for your attention and attempted solution.
Disabled and deleted the mobile theme plugin and AMP.
I did all the steps in the recommended video.
On the platform / edition, the website appears correctly, mobile, but when I open it in the mobile browser the website does not open as shown in tagDiv Composer.

Hi,
Usually, we recommend to our clients to use WPML translate plugin, this can translate the menus/pages/posts/cloud templates.
If you are using another plugin for translation is very possible to interpret wrong the theme menus, also the mobile theme plugin has a different implementation than the theme.
Thank you!
Hello, @mecanicaonline
I checked your website and now is displayed correctly on desktop https://www.screencast.com/t/Zx4INeNsXPu
Please ask your host if a cache plugin is enabled.
Also, if you don’t want to use the mobile theme plugin, you can disable it.

Hello,
Please make sure you have Mobile Theme and AMP plugin installed and active.
For more information, you can check our documentation:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Also, please provide more information, screenshots and your website link in order to help you.
Thank you!
Hi WayOne,
The theme is not tested with Brave Browser, but I installed on my pc and for me your website seems to work correctly -> https://i.imgur.com/XbVUN2k.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/vVapAaS.jpg
Also I see that you have the mobile theme plugin enable and that the mobile version is display on desktop, do you want to use the mobile theme plugin ? If yes, then you cache plugin must have support for mobile version like WP Super Cache -> https://i.imgur.com/yi88o58.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ or disable the mobile theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hi Calin – we are using the mobile theme and amp. This seems very specific to pages where we have selected in the Gutenberg editor to disable mobile theme (so it shows responsive version not mobile plugin version). Feels like this option is causing the amp plugin to render incorrectly.
Is there any way I can update content on pages using Gutenberg (like an article?) when using cloud templates on website?
I was wondering if I can create a template for all pages (excluding homepage ofcourse) just like I do with Cloud Templates to category/single and all other template types?
The reason I ask is that I need to create some pages with content and I don`t want to make them from 0 with everything and then create a mobile page for every page created.
I need to be able to put some text in gutenberg as pages and the theme to generate, based on template, the desktop and mobile layout (same for every page as it does on category, single, 404, etc.)
I hope I was able to explain correct 🙂
Thank you!
Hi there,
I am facing an issue and the issue is When i am using Mobile theme with amp the menus are not translating hindi it remains english on both versions of the website.
My site is in two language primary lag is English and other lang is Hindi, but on the hindi version site also showing the menus in english menus.
Please help
Hi Ekta_19, the mobile theme plugin has less options, but since for pages you need to add a new content in mobile editor, you can set what you want to display in pages, but you need to use only the mobile editor -> https://i.imgur.com/eXk2bOd.png
Also about the mobile page, if that problem is persisting, it can be form some code or extra plugin that you are using. If you want we can inspect that situation, just let us know!
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are using the single template 8 (a standard post template), then you can use only the mobile theme for mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Or you can choose a single post template from cloud and for mobile you can make a mobile template that can be edited using tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked your website and it seems that now is look good.
Now, a problem that I saw is that you are using the mobile theme plugin and sometimes the mobile version is also displaying on desktop. This problem is from the cache plugin that do not recognize when it is use the Newsmag theme and when is use the mobile theme, therefore is deliver the wrong cache. We recommend the WP Super Cache plugin.
If there are other problems, please let me know!
Thank you!
Hello. There is no problem in the web view of my newspaper theme, but when I want to view it on my mobile phone, I cannot see the page I designed, why?
Hi, I just checked your website and it seems that now on desktop you have the mobile theme version https://i.imgur.com/w7QK6n9.png this is because of the cache plugin that do not have support for mobile theme version.
If we want we can take a look, for this make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com include wp-admin and the link of this topic.
Thank you!
Hi stephanwhelan, so you are using the mobile theme with amp as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ and the mobile page is made using only mobile editor and you still have this problem. If is so, I can make two suggestions: 1. please disable and delete all tagDiv plugin and reinstall theme from > newspaper > plugins and 2. make a test only with the theme plugins.
If the problem still persist, we can take a look at this problem on email.
let me know the results!
Hi,
I just checked your website and you are using the mobile theme plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/LmMthQA.png
Please allow me to inform you about all mobile versions that our theme can have.
1. Responsive version, this is by default when you install the theme and you do not use mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
2. Mobile page/template this allows you to create with tagDiv Composer and cloud a different layout and set different elements for mobile and iPad/tablet and it will overwrite the responsive version.
3. Mobile theme plugin, this is a light theme version for mobile that will overwrite the mobile page and responsive version if enabled.
So when you have a mobile page/template this will be used instead of a responsive version, but if you also have the mobile theme enabled, this one will override both of them.
How to combine them? Yes, this can be possible, for example the mobile page/template will apply only on that page or cloud template that is assigned. But what to do if you want to use a mobile theme plugin too? If you use mobile theme, in Gutenberg editor it is an option to disable the mobile theme in current post/page, if you use the option, then it will be use the mobile page/template (if is assigned) or the responsive version.
So in your case you can disable the mobile theme on the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/NX57q4t.png or if you do not want it at all, disable the plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/Grlz5Ee.png.
Here is also a video that explains all those -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Hope this will help you!
Hi Photoboy, I see that you have a very good score on desktop -> https://i.imgur.com/iHuc5ml.png on mobile I see that you need some more improvements, for most of users the mobile page template is making the difference, if you want you can make a test with it, also on it will be also apply the critical css from tagDiv Analyzer too.
I hope this will help you!
Hi, I’m using the Plugin “Header and Footer” to insert a html-code at the end of every blogpost. Pages are excluded and it works fine with the Newspaper-theme.
Unfortunatly when using a mobile-Page the html-Code is inserted (see here: https://ibb.co/BjtZjgk). On the Desktop-Version of the same Page there is no Problem. Have you got an idea how to change that?
Thanks
Hi,
We seem to have an issue with our headers and AMP. As you can see on these example pages on the site the header isn’t showing properly style-wise.
https://www.deeperblue.com/freediving/?amp
https://www.deeperblue.com/beginners-guide-freediving/?amp
However other pages seem to work perfectly:
https://www.deeperblue.com/about-us/?amp
The only difference from our side between the two types of pages is the top ones have the flag set in Gutenberg to use responsive page rather than mobile theme ( as per previous thread here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-and-pages/ ). However, these seem to break the AMP version of the page.
Any guidance?
Hello, @lawtrend
I made a test and seems your mobile is friendly => https://www.screencast.com/t/Mhu7vgJvJGzE -> https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly?id=wTs2evDGhFyxOw5NQc2Z2g
but if the problem persists, you can use mobile page or mobile theme plugin.

Thank you!
Hi pmdcloud, the amp version is a simple one, and if you are using the amp plugin without mobile theme plugin, then you do not have any option to edit it (this is simple to make the amp version faster), in case that you are using the amp with mobile theme plugin, then you can use the options from mobile theme plugin and tagDiv Standard pack to choose whet to display and what to remove -> https://i.imgur.com/1XDVGye.png, also for mobile and amp page you need to set a new content in mobile editor, this need to me bade only with the elements from mobile editor (therefore please do not copy and paste the desktop content in mobile editor -> https://i.imgur.com/68rJGZh.png).
I hope this will help you!
Hi jayaaditya,
The mobile and amp version is different because you are using the mobile theme plugin layout, also you are using the amp redirect for mobiles -> https://i.imgur.com/NBRvZgu.png
First, I want to make sure that I was able to inform you of all details about the mobile versions that our theme can have.
The amp plugin has for the moment support only with mobile theme plugin.
Hello,
The Mobile Theme is a light version for mobile that will provide a better speed, but the page content is made without builders (tagdiv composer) in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/tza7Da7E7DfJ and this content will be displayed on mobile theme. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
