Hi,
I would like to change in the mobile theme and at the top of it show the lasted modified date posts. How can I change it? In the configuration panel I only have the option of Last Articles.
Thanks a lot,
Alex
When putting in a mobile menu on my mobile theme, I select my other menu (not the default one) and it a) doesn’t respect that setting after a save and b) when I move to another component and click back on the mobile menu I just added, the setting is gone (back to -Select Menu-). I tried clearing the cache to see if it as just a issue in the editor and that makes no difference.
I am on 10.4.
Hello,
When i visit articles in mobile theme, social share icons doesn’t appear.
![]()
Also, i have one more question. I would like to change font colour of “codes”. It looks faint. You will understand better when you look at the image.

Thanks
Hi team – got an issue with Mobile Theme. We have it installed and working perfectly for Homepage, Categories and Posts. However we are having issues on Pages.
We have some pages like this one: https://www.deeperblue.com/beginners-guide-scuba-diving/ that on desktop work perfectly. When we have mobile theme installed it just shows a page with a header, title and footer with no content. We tried creating a mobile version of the page in TD Composer and crafted one specifically as a mobile template – but that doesn’t show properly: https://www.deeperblue.com/the-beginners-guide-to-scuba-diving-mobile/
How do we get the right content to display on mobile with Mobile Theme installed?
Thanks,
Stephan
Figured out I had to disable the Mobile theme plugin to use a custom mobile template.
I have imported the template but when I load the site from mobile it still loads from the default mobile theme instead from the imported template. At “Mobile page” says “Homepage Mobile – Lifestyle PRO” yet it loads the default. What am I missing?
A manual update instead of using the wordpress automatic updater seemed to work well for me: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
But I still have issues with the theme caching my web-responsive page instead of my mobile page on mobile devices. I have to manually clear the cache every 90 minutes. Could you please send me the cookie for the mobile page so that my web host can exclude the mobile pages from the cache? (theseoulite.com)
I was so happy when I discovered your NewsMag theme, but now I am not so sure as it looks very difficult to customize.
But I keep trying. I wanted to start a brand new blog with it. My site only has 1 post. My idea was to install and start posting, but I am stuck on many aspects, and one is mobile menu/search background image. I uploaded but it looks all blurry and not like in the demos.
What size should the image be?
Thank you!
My blog is: teamusings.com
Dear Tagdiv,
I’ve been able to solve most of my cache issues, but I am still having problems with the mobile tagdiv composer version of my site: theseoulite.com. If I manually clear the cache, everything is fine on mobile for 1 hour. Then, mobile devices load the web-responsive version which is too big and cluttered.
My webhost company handles my cache. They said they need a specific cookie from the theme developer that is set with the mobile version. They can exclude the mobile version from caching with this cookie. Could you please let me know where I can find this cookie so that I can exclude the mobile version from caching?
Thanks in advance,
Sean
Thank you for your post.
I apologize for the multiple posts.
I disabled all my plugins individually when I did it and the issue only went away when disabling TagDiv Composer. With the caching issue, I did contact my Hosting Provider and did some checking on my end, and it appears there are no issues.
I tried reinstalling the plugin with no luck either.
I use DreamHost/DreamPress and with the cache, they do not support using a different caching plugin other than the one below.
Here’s a list of my plugins:
WPS Hide Login
WP to Twitter, WP Tweets PRO
tagDiv Standard Pack
tagDiv Newsletter
tagDiv Mobile Theme
tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Cloud Library
Site Kit by Google
Rank Math SEO
PublishPress Capabilities
Publish to Apple News
Proxy Cache Purge *Cache plugin*
Open Graph and Twitter Card Tags
OneSignal Push Notifications
Jetpack by WordPress.com
Feedzy RSS Feeds Lite
Edit Author Slug
Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA
Contact Form 7
CoBlocks

Advanced Editor Tools (previously TinyMCE Advanced)
Advanced Database Cleaner PRO

Hello @mathew!
Please make sure you have AMP & Mobile Theme plugin installed in order to have the settings in theme panel.
Thank you!
Hello @achmadsya!
From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit from AMP.
Check our documentation about this plugin here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hello, I would like to inform you that the newspaper theme is heavy when it comes to doing page load tests, it always recommends CSS problems, tagdiv composer and other components of the theme, I have used the new css parser and it does not make changes, in the mobile version the same or worse for example in (pagespeed insight mark 13 and desktop 58) in (gtmetrix) one (E), performance 32%, structure 92%, largest content 4.4s, total blocking 456ms and cumulative layout 0.67
how can i improve this.
Hello!
This situation appear when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
I disable Varnish cache and breeze cache plugin and install WP Super Cache which is recommended by Newspaper theme. Moreover, after disabling both varnish and breeze my website is working fine in the mobile version with Wp Super cache.
When I check the caching status of fmblogs.com. It shows the following errors.
1. We were unable find a caching service active for this domain. This may occur if you use a proxy service (such as CloudFlare or Sucuri) or if you’re in the middle of a DNS move.
2. Your domain does not report an “Age” header, making it impossible to determine if the page is actually serving from cache.
3. This type of caching plugin does not work well with server side caching. (Active)
Please kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. Image link https://ibb.co/LgcrxLz

No, that is not the Facebook Like button that comes with the Newspaper theme, but a button generated by an extra plugin.
I removed the one that comes with the theme because I got really annoyed by it getting cut off.
If you look at the website on your mobile phone, you can still see the one generated by the theme, and there too, it gets cut off.
Almost all of our readers come to our website through Facebook. I need the button to work and look good, and I am not happy that I have to install another plugin just because the tagdiv one does not display like it should. I really think there is either a bug in the code. It is impossible to bypass the code generated by Facebook. No matter what I try.
Please look at the article mentioned above on your mobile phone to see what I mean. Or narrow your screen to the size of a mobile phone, that should work too.
Hi, I am using mobile Google ad manager ad codes on Amp settings in the theme panel, but these ads are not working. But some ads are working on the regular desktop version. Is there anything that I am missing in settings?
I had a little bit of bugs after the 10.4 updates, like the amp button not showing in dash console.
I deactivated and reinstalled amp plugin and mobile page amp of tag div.
The amp settings are Available under the mobile theme panel, but missing from dash console which is okay all controls still there.
I was having a hard time getting my speed up on Gt metrics for the site,
Here is what worked….PHP memory limit increase and the following,
Reducing the length of the Home page,
I have it hosted n a litespeed server.
It did not work well with the litespeed cache word press plugin, But speed improved on using a cdn.
There is no cache installed on site other than from server side which is Memcached and redis enabled.
Now the site has a Gt metrics score of 92 and Grade A.
Hope this helps others

Hello,
I just checked your website and it looks like that => https://www.screencast.com/t/zQFy7wFeE on mobile you don’t have that image anymore.
That code is set in the theme files and can be rewritten using this code, select the port view on the phone, select the content zone and set the margin-left and right to -20 and set this code in width
calc(100% + 40px)
=> https://www.screencast.com/t/Ek89ppzTGldT You can use this method for both (mobile responsive version or mobile page)
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello tagdiv team, I am having a similar issue with the header when AMP plugin is on but Mobile Theme plugin is deactivated.
THe description is really not helpful for non-developer but abit aware on how blogging works. This should be updated with definition on each terminologies. Which one should I select if I want only amp mode displayed (not mobile theme, or responsive dekstop theme) when people google my site from their smartphone?
“Mobile – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on small screen devices (no AMP)
Mobile+Amp – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on both mobiles and AMP
AMP – Uses the responsive version of the theme on small screen devices and Mobile Theme only on AMP.”
Hi,
My website using default mobile theme redirect google desktop results to mobile theme, which is very big bug and I need to fix it as soon as I can.
For example below google redirection link, whenever I’m using desktop, redirect desktop visitors to mobile page
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwj4-N2N0t3vAhWpl4sKHYWtCREQFjACegQIBRAD&url=https%3A%2F%2F911electronic.com%2Fbest-professional-pcb-design-software-altium-vs-eagle%2F&usg=AOvVaw3e-B8CC0Np_sVFDwqH8r0o
Please advise, what can I do.
And no, this is no plugins.
As admin with caches saved I have proper results but as new visitor I have mobile page on desktop.
Page url for example: https://911electronic.com/best-professional-pcb-design-software-altium-vs-eagle/
The same issue happening for every other subpage even homepage.
To reproduce:
1. Turn private mode in browser
2. Just pust URL for my website for example: https://911electronic.com/best-professional-pcb-design-software-altium-vs-eagle/
3. Enter…
4. We can see that desktop have mobile theme instead of desktop layout.

Hello,
You can hidden the URL, with custom code css
.comment-respond .td-form-url
{
display:none;
}
