Please remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, I saw that you are using the Jetpack mobile theme module which is not working good with our theme. Disable this functionality and check the results.

Unfortunately there is no option to do that, all you can change is in Theme panel> Mobile theme.
If you want to change the layout you need to have some good skills in developing in order to change the plugin files.

Because you are using a plugin (I think is this plugin Social Media Follow Buttons Bar ) and you have mobile theme activate, you get tow editors in pages, one of desktop pages and at the bottom you get Mobile editor for mobile, this plugin set in each one the social media, and the social sharing appear twice, if you deactivate the mobile theme plugin, will appear just once.

For sharing, I thing you are using a plugin, not the one from our theme, and you set in it the wrong id for YouTube

In order to change the link on sharing to social media, please go in Settings Social media Follow Buttons and change the link that you set on youtube

You need to check the theme’s core files because the theme does not have any such an option for this and also, we cannot provide additional customizations at the moment, sorry! As a hint, you should use the files from the mobile folder through the theme’s packet if you want to affect the mobile theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/nteeVikMH2. Also, if you are not aware of the steps, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!
