Hello deanysus,
I suggest you make a new fresh install to another subdomain for testing via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. The mobile mode of the theme was fully tested and should works as expected if the theme has been correctly installed.
Thanks for your understanding!
Thanks,
1) we were having issues here as it gave us HTTP 500 error the page cannot be reached at this time. So went back to WP-bakery.
2) Re-installed tag-div social counter with the file you gave, Still same problem, it shows zero. Please check http://www.gadgetbridge.com.
3) Thanks categories we found and is working well. However, we wanted for the main home page, it is showing numbered pagination. Is there a way to get a load more button instead of the numbered pagination on the home page?
4) I quite like the mobile theme, but when We are using the mobile site function, it works for few minutes and then reverts to the old mobile version of the website. Please open in your mobile browser and you shall see. We tried clearing cache it comes to the new one, but after a little while goes back to the old version.
5) we managed to rectify and works now, we were talking about the sub-footer with the links to pages like about us etc. Had to fill in the details again in it for the mobile version. Many thanks.
6) New Issues, the footer is showing two footer widgets rows. The lower one is enabled by us, but the top one where editors picks, recent posts and popular categories are, that come on its own. How do we disable it?
Thanks do let us know.
Hi,
Maybe you use the mobile theme plugin, this will not display any page builder elements
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you don’t use the mobile theme , then the grid will display like it does here (test on mobile)
Note that the mobile plugin is optional, it is meant to be used if you want to present to your users a simpler version of the website, with no page builder content. You will have to create 2 versions of a page, one for desktop and one for mobile.
Thanks
Hi there,
After updating the theme the mobile header has again gone back to black color. Also now the Background of the Menu after clicking the Hamburger has also disappeared. Earlier there used to be a gradient sort of colour. Kindly help.
Thanks,
Prasenjit.

Hi,
I cannot change the default color of the craft ideas theme which is yellow-orange. I would like to change it a different color. I have tried to do this using CSS and !important but I it won’t change.
Any help much appreciated
Shane
Hi,
We will reply as soon as possible, please check the support hours and also note that there was no support on Monday (banner shown at top of forum).
Also please do not reply in your own topic after the initial post if possible, unless absolutely necessary. This will only renew the topic and delay the response, we answer from oldest to newest which is fair.
1. The tagDiv composer is the main page builder now, but you can not install it if you use WPBakery page builder. If you decide to use it, all the pages have to be recreated with it
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
2. The Twitter in the social counter had an issue, we provided an updated social counter plugin which should fix the Twitter count
– https://www.filedropper.com/showdownload.php/td-social-counter_1
3. There is infinite loading as block pagiantion
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
Or for category pages, either in general or per/category
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7uXKzRXs3m
4. The mobile top grid will display featured posts
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Then a latest articles section will be shown. The mobile theme does not provide many settings or customization, it is meant to be kept as simple as possible.
5. You can display a page in the footer if you wish. This will be displayed on desktop only, if you use the mobile theme plugin. The mobile theme will not display it. Note that the mobile theme is optional, you can simply not use it. Then the same content from desktop will be shown.
We try to implement at least basic SEO in the theme code, settings for SEO do not exist in the theme however. You can use our recommended plugin, Yoast SEO plugin

Hello ashubais,
I have inspected your website but it seems that your mobile theme works as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/kyjSPNDVtmK
Thanks for the message!
Hello therealshaunproulx,
I suggest you make a new clean install to another subdomain for testing via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If you have some additional customizations which can break the theme layout you should disable all of them and check the results. By default, the theme works fine and the menu mobile returns good results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello AlexSoyer,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme plugin and the content of your page has been created with TD Composer. Notice that plugin does not recognize any shortcode of page builder and that’s why you do not bring the content of the page on mobile devices. You should create it only with HTML code which will have to be added in Mobile Editor. If you do not like this theme behavior, you should simply disable the mobile plugin and then, the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mode. For more information about this plugin, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Maty2012,
Please notice that the Sidebar has not been designed to appear on small devices from design reasons. So, I have inspected your website on mobile and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme plugin which has own style for mobile mode than the desktop. If you want your mobile style to look similar to the desktop you should disable the Mobile Theme plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive layout. Also, notice that the sidebar will come down, under the content.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello marijnvdgruiter,
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at your mobile menu and some useful screenshots.
Thanks for the message!
Hello paologalli,
Sorry but the Mobile Theme plugin is not included in Newsmag theme and it’s not tested with it, unfortunately!
Thanks for your understanding!
Sorry i found it:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Page builder elements – The “Mobile theme” is designed for users who want to optimize the page content for mobile devices or they want to display fewer / different elements on mobiles. For optimal performance we removed the page builder dependency; this means you cannot use the page builder elements for the “Mobile theme” pages. If you want to display the same elements on both mobile and desktop, don’t use the mobile theme, the main theme is already capable of this with it’s responsive design for mobiles.
I use the Visual Composer tags not only in pages, i use it on Posts…
[vc_row][vc_column].......
Since the update i got an error on mobile devices: Wp Boost Error…..
i deaktivated the mobile theme plugin. Now it works.
But i am worried about the Mobile Theme plugin. Any solution for my error?
Marcel
Hi,
Only through Google search will the AMP pages be served. That is how users will end up seeing the AMP page.
If the user accesses the homepage for example, or after finishing with the AMP page and navigating way, then the mobile theme or default responsive theme version will be displayed.
Hi,
Seems to work now – https://www.screencast.com/t/RKWrsXf2Dn
It was probably a caching delay, that is usually the case.
The multi-purpose plugin was indeed included in the 8.7.5 package, it should have not been so. We are aware of this oversight.
Please note that the multi-purpose plugin is not needed anymore and it will not be provided separately. All the multi-purpose elements and settings are now included in the tagDiv composer
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VkfdKMZLl
So as of version 8.7.5 the multi-purpose plugin is combined with the tagDiv composer plugin. You can and remove the multi-purpose plugin, all is needed now is the tagDiv composer. Sorry for the unintended confusion.
Regarding the app you are trying to make, unfortunately we did not make any tests with the theme and making it an app. Maybe try different methods suggested online

Hi
This morning I pulled up a link on my phone to look at our website. The site was a default blue, with the menu option, but all code blocks, eg. [tagdiv]. I scrolled to the bottom of the page and clicked, “View full site” and everything was fine. I then shut down and restarted my phone to retest, and everything looked fine.
This happens intermittently. I was reading through the theme documentation to decide if I should use the mobile theme feature, but I’ve designed the home page entirely with the Page Content Builder. If I understand correctly, the mobile theme will not work in this case.
How do I trouble shoot or rectify this issue?
Hello there !
I contact you after many months of searches…
I have a problem from newspaper 7 , that is still there in newspaper 8.
At page loading, there is a entire blue page that slides from left to right… it’s very annoying.
It seems to be the « search block » that take all the screen before disappearing.
You can see it here (mobile and desktop) https://actu17.fr
I already changed the theme (7 to 8), deactivated all plugins, empty the cache etc…. no solution
Please help me ! 🙂
Hi
is The Mobile Theme plugin included in newspaper working also on newsmag?
if not do you think I can use the wp-touch with newsmag?
thanks

Hey,
I have updated to the latest version, then I have found Mobile theme does not work for me. It does not open on mobiles, but it shows the mobile theme (post) page on desktop “sometimes”. (www.ytechb.com) my site url
please help me to solve out this issue.
Hello @klein_stephanklein
You can create two different menus 1 with 5 categories and another with 8
refer: http://prntscr.com/jmuwre
Manage location: http://prntscr.com/jmux9x
This will work only if you are using the Mobile theme.
Thank you for your understanding.
hello @Gerald
AMP and mobile theme both are different.
The mobile theme is designed especially for mobile. It shows simplified site for the mobile users. That loads a bit faster than a website without Mobile theme.
AMP is Google’s project that optimizes pages on SERP only.
You can use both AMP and mobile theme at the same time. If you have a news website, I recommend using AMP.
Thank you for your understanding.
