So, if your problem will reappear, please provide more details about your issue and also, you can provide some useful screenshots so we can identify the origin of the problem. Also, please try to use the theme without any untested plugins because these might cause a lot of unknown issues.

The mobile menu is the same either you use the mobile theme or not. Please try it without any plugins. Dosable all of them except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then check the menu again.

That means you have a plugin that is not compatible with the mobile theme. Plugins are not all compatible with premium themes. please disable all of them and then reactivate them one by one testing your site after each one and see which one causes the site to break. Then remove/replace the plugin in question.

This issue happens when in incompatible plugin is active and the mobile theme cannot tie into the necessary code as the other plugin already uses it. Please deactivate all plugins and activate the mobile theme first. Then activate your other plugins afterwards.

1) This is caused by the mobile theme. The smartlists get converted to a standard smartlist that has no swipe function. Lots of things get converted on the mobile theme to reduce as much of the load as possible and provide faster response. I have checked your source page again and I saw that your untested plugins are still there. Please try to DISABLE all the active plugins and leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme to rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, please try to bring the theme to have the default state, without any additional customization to avoid these cases. Please notice that our theme has been tested and does not have this behaviour on mobile version, as you can see in our demo here -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ Please notice that our theme is very complex and has a lot of lines of code and if you are using some plugins which are not tested with our theme might appear a lot of unknown issues, like this case. So, if your problem is still there after these tips, please try to make a new install only via FTP with the latest version of the theme and check the results in the default mode.

Hi,
None of your pages will work if you do not recreate them in the mobile editor. This is how the mobile theme works. Every page has to be created again in the mobile editor without the use of visual composer otherwise they will not show up. If you use the mobile theme then the code will not work. Please use this one instead:

Add the code in the standard custom css box, not the advanced one.

1) Daca folosesti tema mobila, orice pagina va trebui create din nou in al doilea editor care apare in page edit. Doar acel continut creat cu acel editor va aparea pe mobil. (https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/)

Please notice that our mobile theme plugin does not influent the correct working for Visual Composer for the rest of your site. So, please notice that the mobile theme was intent to display a very simple version of the page and at the moment you can add only text, images because the Visual Composer is not supported by the mobile theme plugin. For more information about this new future, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ Also, please ensure that you have fully updated your theme to the latest version of it and also, please ensure that you have updated your required plugins to the latest version of theme (Social Counter 4.0 and Visual Composer 4.11.2), clear all your caches and check again the results. Also, please try the theme without any untested plugins which could interact with the theme and might create a lot of unknown issues.
Also, if your problem is still there after these tips, please try to make a new install with the latest version of the theme and check how it works the default state of the theme on your side.
