1. When the mobile theme plugin is active, content for pages has to be entered through the mobile editor. Please see this guide for more information about the mobile theme

If you want to display the same content from desktop, deactivate the mobile theme plugin. The theme is fully responsive and will adapt for each device.
2. The footer will be displayed when the mobile theme plugin is active, regardless of the settings from desktop. There is no setting to remove the footer in this case. Only through custom code or theme modifications.
3. The hamburger menu icon should be displayed at all times. Maybe there is a combination of colors and background that could make it seem that it is not present. Please check the settings here

4. The mobile theme does not have an option to display the social icons displayed in the mobile menu. That can only be done with custom code or theme modifications.
5. Please provide a link to a post with this problem, so we can inspect it.
The mobile theme plugin is optional, the settings and options are kept to a minimum for better performance on mobile devices.

Well, I am not really very good with technical stuff and hence didn’t understand what you mean by creating a plugin for function.php but I have successfully created a child theme with proper implementation of styles.css and function.php but still, couldn’t find any way to keep mobile style.css and function.php update proof.
May be someday, you will create a detailed blog post on this and then I will be able to actually implement it on my site. 🙂

Sorry but please notice that the mobile mode has not been designed to display the Top Bar at the top of the page on mobile devices, sorry! The top bar menu has been added to the hamburger menu when this will be open, sorry! This is the theme’s behaviour and if you want to change it you should do it through the code and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take, in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

My site installed tagDiv Mobile Theme and WP Fastest Cache plugins.
After Edit homepage and update.
If the first open homepage by PC Chrome Brower, the second time open homepage by iPhone, iPhone Safari display PC home page.

I tried updating the theme fom 6.7.2 to 8.1… (I have it purchased and download from envato-themeforest site) and got the same issue:
The post pages are too wide for the screen, the text goes out of the screen in desktop and also in tablet, mobile…
The pages are displaying ok, but the posts are not readable…. so I had to go back to my old version with a backup.
I tried importing the settings from the newspaper panel, but didn´t help.
With this version I have some problems, so I would need to update the theme version…

I’m also having issues with the mobile version of my website. The settings I used for the desktop do not appear to be translating to my mobile site.
1. On the mobile version, none of the pages are displayed except the Home Page which only displays some of the content that is on the desktop version.
2. The footer is displayed on the mobile version even though I disabled it on the desktop version.
3. The three bars on the upper left of the mobile version where you should be able to tap to view the menu are missing.
4. The top bar with the social media icons which I disabled on the desktop version is showing on the mobile version.
5. Some of the videos on my posts aren’t automatically resizing for mobile.

Thanks. If I edit the css on my child theme to decrease the theme width, then is changing td-container enough or more is necessary? Will this not impact size in mobile screens?
I found a nice way which isn’t the best solution from seo point of view, but it’s the best solution for UX – just add a custom link section to the menu with any url inside, then remove the url and drag sub-categories under the tab. This way the main category is not clickable within the menu on dekstop, but it’s clickable on mobile and the best thing – it opens the sub-menu, no need to tap exactly on the “>” sign!

Please notice that our theme has two ways of using the theme in mobile mode. The first one is the normal responsive mobile theme which has the same functionality as on desktop version and the second one is with using the Mobile Plugin which gives another mobile status more ground, much faster. I believe for the moment there are no plans to implement this in the theme. This might change in future updates, but I could not say for sure when this will happen.

Please note that every theme update is meant to add more functionality and features to the theme, and it is hard for the developer team to decide what gets implemented as soon as possible, and what gets delayed.

I have inspected your website and the loading time for opening the hamburger menu on mobile is so short and it seems to work as expected. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these and use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.

I got it wrong
I was thinking it will show up in the mobile menu not in the header.
Separate menu for header like many themes do is something you should consider for future updates.
It really deosn’t make sense the way it is now.
Great theme with so many features but the menu spoils the whole thing
we want to display top-header-menu tabs in mobile menu so it is not possible to set it responsive design rather than confusing CSS. I can see this type of top-header-menu in mobile with above given code https://screenshot.net/kqqn7tk. Hope you understand my query.

Sorry for this but please notice that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this, sorry! The mobile search mode has been designed to fit exactly the mobile devices and it’s so hard to change this functionality, sorry! You should edit the theme core files and make some adjustments in order to achieve as you wish but please notice that is not so easy and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

The menu is opened as soon as the hamburger icon is clicked. There are no errors present on the page as well. It could have been a plugin that caused it. If you deactivated all the plugins except theme provided plugins, please try to enable them one at a time and hopefully identify the one responsible.
