Hi,

1. That is an author box element, placed in the sidebar. Please go to Appearance->Widgets and customize the sidebar elements the way you want.
The author box will display the profile information of the corresponding user Id entered

The footer template can be changed in the Footer settings

Some footer templates come with predefined content. This cannot be edited, you can only add content along the existing one. Other templates are blank, and depend on the content you enter in the footer sections.

If you activated the mobile theme (which is an optional plugin) then a predefined layout will be displayed for the homepage, post page etc. If you would like to display the same content from desktop on mobile devices, simply deactivate the mobile theme plugin. The theme is fully responsive and will adapt for best results.

Menus on mobile are limited to drop-down menu style, there cannot be mega-menus on mobile.

The site cannot be reached so I cannot inspect it.
The scroll to top button has been hidden on mobile devices by default.
If you want to enable it you must use this custom css in the theme panel-> custom css box:

Please note that if you have activated the mobile theme plugin, this will not display the same content from desktop. Content for the mobile pages must be entered through the mobile page editor. Elements from the composer or other complex elements will not be displayed.

This happens because you use the mobile theme plugin. You set a background image for the responsive version, but you also have to set it to the mobile theme plugin settings:

The mobile theme plugin is optional. You can choose not to use it, the theme is already responsive and will adapt to every device for best results.

The gradient color background or image for the menu on mobile , should not prevent the use of the menu.
