Which options are best for ease of use?
It seems that the tagdiv mobile page templates would be much more time consuming because the website has to be rebuilt everytime there is a change on the desktop version. Is that correct?
Is the “responsive version” simply Newspaper theme without Mobile Theme or Mobile Pages?

Make sure you assigned correctly the mobile page to your desktop page: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
You need to take into account:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update, so the latest version of the theme is 11.4.3. Make sure that all the plugins are up to date too.

Issue resolved, I delete the single post template on mobile and download it again, now it works fine.

Another issue is we already create the mobile page using mobile page composer by copy the content from homepage. Its seem the mobile template that we create didn’t appear when we try view homepage on mobile, means its still follow the style from desktop version. How to fix this?

We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there or adjust them to look better.

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Hi there, we are using newspaper theme version 11.5 and we having a issue to improve our mobile page speed that analyze by Google PageSpeed Insight. We only get 33% performance score in the analyze result. How can we improve and solve this issue?

I see AMP is used on the website, and all mobile visitors are redirected to the AMP version.
In this case, in the AMP version, the sharing buttons don’t work in the same way as in the responsive version or when using the mobile theme alone. Using the share buttons in the AMP version will indeed not open a new window/tab, they will open in the same one, or with the social applications if they are installed on the mobile.
I can’t provide a solution for this unfortunately. I could add this on our list, maybe it can be done, but I can’t promise anything unfortunately.

You have Open Sans Condensed in desktop and mobile. In safari, I think you can restart the standard fonts. Also, for Chrome you can adjust the font from settings and search for Fonts. Check also the font you applied and make sure it is the correct one.

I can’t seem to find a comparison of the two. I’m not sure which one to choose. I noticed this link (https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/) was provided by tagdiv staff to offer a comparison, but the link is not working. Which option requires less work? Which option runs faster? What are the positives and negatives for each? Thank you.

But my site already shows a BURGER menu, but there is no specific choise of this in MENUS (handling).
SO where should I add this mobile item? And will the existing burger menu then dissapear?
I tested this, on another TagDiv site, and then I got 2 burger menus.

Hello, so I’ve installed WP Rocket with the Newspaper theme.
I’ve noticed that if I activate “Delay Javascript Execution” many bugs appear. The main is that I have to tap twice on the hamburger mobile menu icon, or even any link on the page.
To avoid this, I have to scroll the page, or some activity which then allows a mobile user to tap the icon just upon one tap.
I’ve this in the JS Exclusion box of Wp Rocket but it’s not working.

Our hamburger menu has started to not wotk correctly and as such the live website is not functioning for mobile views.
Issue: hamburger menu not loading or does do after some time or will work on some pages

I use Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Reddit share buttons, and none of them opens in new tab when clicked on mobile, they work just fine on desktop

That depends, which social sharing button are you referring to? Pressing the sharing buttons on mobile may open the mobile apps, to share the post. For example pressing the WhatsApp sharing button will open the WhatsApp app.
