Hello!
This issue has been discussed already here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/hide-the-scroll-to-top-button-on-desktop-and-mobile/
Thank you!
Hi chunsamPARK, the tagDiv Cloud Library is a plugin that is coming only with Newspaper theme, the Newsmag theme do not have it.
Also the mobile menu I see in your screens that you are using the mobile theme plugin, then the mobile elements can be edited from Newsmag > Mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/r1qoWQh.png
I hope this will help you!

When we open same in mobile banner top showing left and right padding how to remove that
I can’t find the mobile edit menu and tagDiv Composer has only 3 viewponts
I can’t find tagdiv cloud library plugin..

Hello,
I’ve just tried to disable all plugins except AMP and tagDiv ones. The result is the same. As soon as both plugins (AMP and tagDiv Mobile Theme) are active, AMP configuration is not visible (and thus not accessible) in the wordpress admin menu. As soon as the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is deactivated, AMP plugin configuration suddenly appears in the WordPress admin menu.
Only tagDiv plugins are enabled, no caching plugin active, tried in anonymous mode.
Thanks for any advice,
Jan
Okay, this is weird. But when on mobile, pages are not showing up properly when you click on them in the navigational menu.
When you go to a page, it says, “No mobile content! – Edit mobile content”
Homepage works fine. Article posts work fine. Only pages that are not the homepage are having this issue. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

I really can’t understand.
It works in the same browser and connected to the account.
Just update to version 11.3 or higher, and the Like button no longer works. I downgrade to 11.2 or earlier, and everything is back to normal.
This happens in the mobile version only.
Hi there,
I’m trying to improve the performance of my website ’cause at the moment is very slow on mobile so I was going through the css analyzer to see if I could get rid of some useless css.
Now, since I’m not sure about all the css he’s selecting and raking as “not needed”, can I go back once I remove the unused css if I see that something is not working as it was supposed to?
Thanks
Hello!
Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ ; https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
It seems that you use Mobile Theme plugin, so if you do not need that, please uninstall it.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
hi, I have a problem in safari and in the mobile version the slider of the articles shows an error, you can see the overlaid texts also it tells me that it is impossible to load some .js files especially I see that the performance has significantly decreased after the update

How can I disable totop button on mobile theme? I don’t see this information in docs (https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/).
Hello,
I verified and seems you use a plugin to optimize the CSS => https://i.imgur.com/rDlCmVE.png and I think it affected CSS for the mobile menu.
Please try to remove the optimization and check after this, normally the background color should work the same for pages and posts.
Thank you!
Hello,
Depends, if you have block 1-24 in your website, or if you use style header/footer/post from the theme panel, then if you deactivate the tagDiv Standard Pack you will only have shortcodes, but you can disable it, you make the changes for the mobile theme, after which you can activate it again.
Thank you!
HI,
I think that this is because your amp version was cache for desktop -> https://i.imgur.com/lgWWDc1.png
What I can suggest is to make sure that the cache plugin that you are using is set to use mobile support and please ask google to re-index your website.
Thank you!
hi,
I am trying to use the mobile theme on homepage, first it looks normal
but whenever I refresh the site in mobile view, it rollback to the default style
steps to reproduce:
1. access page in desktop browser (normal)
2. use developer mode to view the page as mobile (normal)
3. refresh the page in mobile, page rollback to default style (fail)
anything I did wrong?

Hello Jan!
The issue can be from another plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones and AMP, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
AMP is faster and works better only with Mobile Theme plugin.

You have some settings in the AMP plugin in order to achieve that: https://www.screencast.com/t/md7EjXXD
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m glad you solved the issue.
Also, if you use a mobile responsive version, then please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on the phone => https://i.imgur.com/NxyCTfw.png and delete the social counter.
Thank you!

Hello,
Yes, if you set the same menu for mobile and desktop, this will be loaded.
Thank you!
Hi arvind9725,
To disable the amp on a specific post or page when you are using the mobile theme plugin is a little nasty, because to can do this you need to first disable the mobile theme plugin, then go on that post/page and disable the amp on it -> https://i.imgur.com/FWOuLpj.jpg and after that you need to enable the mobile theme plugin.
In this way the amp will be disable on that post/page.
I hope this will help you!
Hello Giri,
To have the Post Settings for the mobile theme, then you need to deactivate the tagDiv Standard pack plugin, this plugin is not required from version 10.4, because the new demos are using cloud templates.
Thank you!
Hello,
If you have a mobile page or mobile responsive version, then the playlist should be displayed.
The playlist will not display if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please provide more information about the issue, screenshots or a video and your website link in order to help you efficiently.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.
If you need AMP, you should have amp and mobile theme plugin installed and active.
We have 3 options here:
a. Mobile – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on small screen devices (no AMP)
b. Mobile + Amp – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on both mobiles and AMP
c. AMP – Uses the responsive version of the theme on small screen devices and Mobile Theme only on AMP.
For more information about those plugins, you can find in our documentation:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
– https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit from AMP.
Thank you!
Hello,
As I said above, please let me know what you use for ads.
Also, if you installed all the plugins, then you activate also, the mobile theme plugin which comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple) and you need to set the code for ads in Theme Panel -> Mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/1APpYeL.png
Also, please send screenshots to understand better the issues and to help you efficiently.
Thank you!
