Here’s an example

Is there a way I can try to fix the issue? Thanks
Hi Vlad,
Thanks for your prompt response.
Here is the link – https://dashofturmeric.in/
This is working on desktop browser as well as in device mode.
But home page design is not loading on actual mobile device.Other Post and pages are loading properly.

Hi there, so the problem persists. When we activated the mobile plugin, the translation is not following on the mobile version. What are other people doing to resolve this conflict?
Please also find the images for mobile theme, this is affecting us badly , Please help as I am unable to solve it
Thank you, Vlad. I always do that, using hispanicla.com/?nocache=1
Still, the big white space appears not in the desktop but in mobile.
Best, G
I’ve got this resolved too 😉 (with the mobile viewport https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB)
Hi Calin:
Thanks…… Please advise the pros & cons of the two options – “with your mobile theme plugin” vs. “without your mobile theme plugin”
Best Regards….. Renu Bakshi
Hello!
Have you installed the Mobile theme plugin for this? If you want to have the same layout you can either use a mobile template or responsive version. Find out more about each option in our video guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY&t
Thank you!
Hi Team,
Website Post, category, Homepage all are working fine on Computer Browser and on browser’s device mode as well.
All Post Pages and Categories are also working on Mobile device as well but Home page design is not loading.
Regards,
Hello!
That you should be able to do using tagDiv Composer as you can see here in the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/5TlIeuQZ Using tagDiv Composer you can drag and arrange everything on your page.
Thank you!
I could not install any mobile theme, another problem is that the menu created in the mobile theme does not work and I could not run it at all. And so I was deprived of using the mobile feature of the theme. But using mobile theme is very important for speed performance, desktop can work perfectly but mobile theme
may not work as well.
Hi SocietyN, our theme has a responsive version, and the mobile plugin and page are only suggestion to have better performance or a different content, so using our theme you can choose between three options for mobile:
1. Responsive version, this is by default when you install the theme and you do not use mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
2. Mobile page/template this allows you to create with tagDiv Composer and cloud a different layout and set different elements for mobile and iPad/tablet and it will overwrite the responsive version.
3. Mobile theme plugin, this is a light theme version for mobile that will overwrite the mobile page and responsive version if enabled.
So when you have a mobile page/template this will be used instead of a responsive version, but if you also have the mobile theme enabled, this one will override both of them.
How to combine them? Yes, this can be possible, for example the mobile page/template will apply only on that page or cloud template that is assigned. But what to do if you want to use a mobile theme plugin too? If you use mobile theme, in Gutenberg editor it is an option to disable the mobile theme in current post/page, if you use the option, then it will be use the mobile page/template (if is assigned) or the responsive version.
So in your case you can disable the mobile theme on the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/NX57q4t.png or if you do not want it at all, disable the plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/Grlz5Ee.png.
Here is also a video that explains all those -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Hope this will help you!
Hi Umut, if you are using the mobile theme and amp, then it will be use the mobile theme version of mobile, or for mobile + amp or only for amp.
Now about ads, if those are amp ads -> https://i.imgur.com/iFxAfYW.png, then yes, those will be display only when you set the mobile theme + amp or amp option, if is on mobile then is not display the amp version, therefore, the amp ads will not be display. If you use standard ads set in mobile ads -> https://i.imgur.com/NtQS9Mz.png, then those should be display for both mobile and amp version.
If there are still some problems, please provide some screenshots with your settings for mobile ads.
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
thank you for your precious help. With the background color (second link) set, it works now. As for the mobile menu on desktop, that’s the only button available in the tag div composer for a hamburger menu, which I’ve seen on almost all the websites around.
Many thanks,
Edo
Hi,
I see that for mobile you are using the mobile theme plugin, for this this mobile plugin, there is no option to add the social counter, it will display only the socials in menu -> https://i.imgur.com/3PBNjWG.png, to have the social counter, you need to use the responsive version or the mobile page.
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
First, I want to make sure that I was able to inform you of all info about the mobile versions that our theme can have.
1. Responsive version, this is by default when you install the theme and you do not use mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
2. Mobile page/template this allows you to create with tagDiv Composer and cloud a different layout and set different elements for mobile and iPad/tablet and it will overwrite the responsive version.
Also if you deleted the mobile page, please make sure that you first un-unsigned from your homepage, if you didn’t do it, make a new mobile page, then just select no mobile page, after that you can delete the new mobile page.

Hi,
I am using a newspaper pro theme for my website, everything was fine until I made a mobile home page, for some reason I had to reverse the changes and deleted the mobile home page. now the regular home page is not showing any changes on mobile but works great on desktop. I want it to look the same on desktop and mobile. I don’t want to have a different home page for mobile and desktop.
Any help will be appreciated.
For HispanicLA.com , using Newspaper 11.
In the Theme Panel -> Mobile theme settings -> I chose to activate Front Page Grid (6 posts, Latest posts)
Problem: After the 6 posts and before the start of the column of (20) posts, there is a huge white space.
I don’t know how to cancel it.
Also, the head for the column of (20) posts says “LATEST NEWS” (in Spanish, Ultimas noticias). Again, how do I cancel
it or change it? Thank you!
Hi ghoangit, I think that you want to remove the padding from mobile version, if is so and you are using the responsive version, select the column and in css tab add margin left and right “-20” after that for width add calc(100% + 40px) and this will look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/O0w1QpF.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
I. Indeed on desktop the best place is in sidebar, but for mobile version most of the time this is set at the bottom of article.
II. For the moment tagDiv Newsletter is the only one that our theme has, we hope to add more in the coming updates.
III. Yes, using a popup subscriber form is an idea, and normally, those should be optimized to not affect your SEO, but this depends on plugin that it is used.
Thank you!
Hi Renu Bakshi,
If you want to use AMP you can do it with our theme, with mobile theme plugin, using one of those options https://i.imgur.com/GySyD9Z.png or without the mobile theme plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/IgvN84t.png
Thank you!
Hello!
That is because you have Mobile theme.
For mobile you have the following:
Mobile Theme Plugin
Mobile Templates ( Which you are using )
Responsive version.
If you are using Mobile Templates, you have to remove Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hi,
Here is an IP 95.76.171.141 you need to specific in mail that it is for Alex or Calin.
If I understand correctly, you are using a mobile page template and this is changes from time to time? Is this problem only for unlogged users or for all users?
Thank you!
Hi batuhanonair,
Please make a test and use only tagDiv plugin to see if the mobile menu is working. If there is still a problem and this is not working only with theme plugins (you have checked the plugin conflict), please provide a link to your website to can inspect the problem.
Thank you!
I also wanted the posts on the homepage, in categories and tags in theme mobile, to also be shown in the order they are modified.
Thank you for your help.
