Hi,
Please make sure that all theme requirements were set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Here is an article about how to fix this problem:
There has been a critical error on your website. => https://www.wpfixit.com/wordpress-error-there-has-been-a-critical-error-on-your-website/
Hope it will help you!
Thank you!
As Google is going into full mobile mode in May, website owners will be required to pay attention mainly to their mobile number. Desktop numbers usually show good for most sites, but with Google making bigger requirements for mobile page speed (especially with the dreaded Largest Content Paint) we have to do research on what to make these numbers go lower to keep the big G happy.
Hello,
Usually, this message appears, when the theme isn’t activated.
Also, this a video which can help you -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fme_957UQtg and please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Wow – pulling teeth much?
Which “cloud/PRO” templates look just like #7 but with wider margins? Meeting all the requirements I laid out above – where I won’t have to add anything, change the font (because it will pull from the default), keep the H1 where it is, the categories, etc etc, etc. The only change I want to make is wider margins.
Please specify the templates you recommend to start with.
Hello,
As far as I know, the command is not from the theme files.
please check if the host settings for the theme match the one in our guide => https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Check if the VPS host plan includes extra plugins (security, modules, CDN, etc) that you don’t have before.
Are there differences in settings from the old host to the new one?
Thank you!
Hello,
I tried to update the Newspaper theme from 10.39.1 to 10.4 on a staging environment but WordPress responded with a critical error on the frontend. I deactivated all plugins except the composer and cloud gallery and the issue is still there. The staging is not public so I can’t post a URL.
No cache plugin active and the system status is alright. All requirements are good.
I tried only deactivating the composer and the issue was gone. Of course, the whole website wasn’t looking nice without it. According to the debugger the issue lies with the new CSS analyzer:

Hello,
You are probably uploading the whole theme package. You have to upload only the theme zip file, not the whole package which contains other items
