All the changes that you need to do are using the tagdiv Composer.
1. Please install and activate the tagdiv Opt-in Builder plugin to have the section with subscribe. You can use the lead element that is in the page, but with this you can only collect emails; If you use the lead element, this will be added in Opt-In Builder -> Emails.

So, when performing an update, it’s recommended to deactivate extra plugins during the update process. After the update, in the theme panel, there is an import/export option, and in case issues arise, you can restore if the settings from the theme panel are lost. https://i.imgur.com/ybXK3uW.png Also, activate the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin
Also, it is recommended to make a backup before the update, whether it’s for the theme, plugins, or WordPress.

What I can suggest first is to clear all cache and disable the cache plugin and after that check if the theme plugins are enabled, you need to have tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library (I’m sure that now you have them) and fir standard blocks like block 14 you need to install the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin.

Please note that you should use cloud templates in order to edit them with the tagdiv Composer. If you use default templates, then make sure the Standard Pack plugin is installed and active. For default templates, the settings are in the theme panel settings.

Hi Kevin, usually this situation can appear only if the theme plugins have not been installed, so what you need to do after you update the theme is to make sure that the theme plugins are also updated and installed. Hello kevinstolz, as long the settings you made were not made in the theme files or plugin files, then the update of the theme should not interfere, just make sure that not only the theme is updated, update the theme plugins too (I see that you are using the Newspaper theme, not Newsmag, s you need to have tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, also make sure that all cache is cleared).

Make sure you have all the plugins installed and active in the Newspaper -> Plugins. Activate also the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates. Although I recommend you to use cloud templates and also cloud header templates and change the logo in the tagdiv Composer.
