How do you create a hyperlink for a text in the TD Composer using the module it provides in Newspaper Theme?
Example such a “Terms Of Condition”, Privacy Policy, etc. I want it to link to another page pertaining to its headline.
I use Newspaper – Theme version: 10.3.6.1
For some day now, the TD Composer has been frozen.
I can no longer work.
When I click to modify an element or a block, it takes 5 minutes before I can work.
Often everything is planted.
Note: I can browse the articles on the website without any problem. In the back office, I can modify the other elements without problem.
The problem is with TD Composer.
Solution:
As stated by tagDiv team on previous post, the cause is most likely from plugin incompatibility. Most common plugins to cause this issue are in relation to SSL, and SEO plugins. To troubleshoot disable all plugins aside from tagDiv > enable your plugins one at a time > clear cache after each activation > refresh TD Composer and see if the error persists.
First, when I try to import the footer tag in the composer, I get this error: Footer – Magazine PRO – by tagDiv
One of the images failed to upload.
The reason why I’m trying to import this demo footer again is because I can only directly edit and not “edit template” It’s the only one where I cannot edit through the tagdiv composer. When I click edit in the cloud templates, it’s just a bunch of code

Hi,
If you are using the header style 3 from Newsmag, then the file that you need to edit is on this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/header/header-style-3.php if you want you can set these changes in a child theme, for this you need to use our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hi,
If you have hidden it on all devices then it won’t appear anywhere. Open the CSS section in the composer and enter this code in it – https://prnt.sc/pqi1z7 the row should then be visible so you can interact with it. Then you can remove the code, after you make it visible on at least one viewport
.td-pb-row.vc_row {
display:block!important;
}
Thanks
Hello, part of the very numerous problems encountered on td composer with update is that i don’t have anymore possibility to delete row, columns,… just eleemnt get the delete icon on them. What happen and what to do?
it’s still big mess. Your td composer is very unstable. I only have problems with it. once i disable plugins to fix something, something else appear, with other messages. I regret the use of TD composer by now, for sure. I see that image block is there agaain and i can use it. But when creating new page loading page template from cloud library, when working on it, deleting to replace or whatever, i have once again error messages, a nightmare for now. When trying to add a section to a new page, nothing whappen when clicking on import section… so do i have to spend my futur with wprocket and backery plugin disabled for td composer having a chance to work quiet correct enough not to regret my buy???
µ
I used this workaround and it works… however, my thought was that the editor must enter the homepage tdcomposer and not the custom css code (which could have scared him too much). The TD Composer is more friendly for him than the custom css code…
Well, it was perfect in my mind that he could write and delete a specific class (“nascondi”, means “hide” in italian) in the extra class fields… BUT… when he put the extra class “nascondi”, the block is hidden in the backend too, and he can’t show it no more because he doesn’t see it.
So, can you suggest to me a contextual selector or class that I could use to hide this block ONLY in the frontend but not in the backend?
Thank you!!!
Hi,
The theme demo is not being installed properly, please help me.

Note: Can’t find header and footer (including menu) after installation. Also, headers and footers (including menus) cannot be edited with TD Composer.

Activating the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” just showed there is an error with your TD COMPOSER plugin.
hi
1- how can I show the post view count in blocks and modules . because I don’t found an option for that in theme panel but only to view the counter in single post page.
2- is there a method to create a child of the main plugins files like td-composer and td-standard-pack .
3- I have made a copy of style.css theme file for rtl language . also the td_legacy_main.css in td-composer plugin and td_standard_pack_main.css in td-standard-pack plugin , and now the theme is fully rtl.
my question is how to call the rtl copy of those files only when the site’s language is rtl.
Hi Team,
Can I override below file to child theme?
wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\common\wp_booster\td_background.php
Basically I need to remove the background image and set featured image withing singl post section.
Ref. Image: https://i.imgur.com/rWDCBLG.jpg
Please advise.
Sorry the problem is solved. I didn’t know how to delete the post.
However, the real problem is still not solved.
I can not edit anything via TD composer.
The system status is all green after I followed your requirements.
Please check this screenshot.

FYI: Cloud says Invalid reply from server endpoint.
Hi harkani, there is no option in theme to change that parameter, but it can be done from theme files, if you are using a cloud template -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/category/tdb_category_description.php -> https://i.imgur.com/fha99Zu.png if you are using a standard template -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_category_template.php -> https://i.imgur.com/znf0bqH.png
Hope this will help you!
Hello, for every error with td composer is same answer about plugin conflict. But since theme update, i had no plugin changes (even i disabled a very usefull cache plugin to match with td composer (i had error with text block that was just solved few days ago). So what do i do? I ‘m afraid to have these problems with tagdiv composer in any update, so i’m thinking about moving to other them. Till now, poor experience
Hi,
You can do this be comment some code in theme files -> https://i.imgur.com/Meh6WBg.png the file path is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/wp-admin/content-metaboxes/td_templates_settings.php
But I’m not sure that this will improve or not the situation.
Let me know the results!
Hello,
When we try to edit pages using TagDiv Composer, the following error messages are given:
Notice: register_rest_route was called incorrectly. Namespace must not start or end with a slash. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 5.4.2.) in /home/y92bdeeh2o77/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5225
Notice: register_rest_route was called incorrectly. The REST API route definition for td-cloud-library/new_template is missing the required permission_callback argument. For REST API routes that are intended to be public, use __return_true as the permission callback. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 5.5.0.) in /home/y92bdeeh2o77/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5225
Any idea what this means to help troubleshoot this error? The page hangs on this error screen.

Joseph
Hello,
everything was working just fine but i tried to save an element (a row) on a page to use it later as a shortcode and ever since my tagDiv composer gets stuck on the spinning wheel. Is there a way to reverse it ? I can’t edit any of my pages. Thank you for your help.
Here is what i get in the console :

Hope this will help you!
– It’s completely removed from both In Tagdiv Composer and in frontend.
– However, when I open it in WordPress editor now it shows like this:
[tdc_zone type=”tdc_content”][vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row][/tdc_zone]
– TinyMCE Advanced is a popular editor plugin for WordPress. Now there’re more than 2 million active installations. Here is the link to the plugin https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/tinymce-advanced/. It’s hard to believe that your theme and this plugin are not compatible by default and just clicking save has to remove the table element.
Hi turma99, that is because on posts you are using a standard post style, and this can not be edited using tagDiv Composer, only if you make changes in theme files.
Now you have tow options, you start to use a single post template from tagDiv Composer, this is recommended.
Or you can edit the theme files wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\common\wp_booster\td_module_single_base.php -> https://i.imgur.com/HE07ZlE.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you 🙂
One last question:
How can we add a filter on the Infinite Loading for Single Posts so that it does not show posts older than 2 months (or any other period we decide on).
As you can see its not an option within TD Composer now:
Hi there,
After installing Yoast SEO plugin the TD Composer plugin is not working anymore.
I have tried to uninstall Yoast, TD Composer and re-install it but the problem persists.

The strange thing that I get a blank page error. I thought it was a PHP error but is not. When I see the HTML source everything seems to be OK but in the chrome console I get a 500 error.
When I uninstall TD Composer everything works fine.

The mobile theme plugin is too inflexible for my content because it is – at its core – date based but my site is not.
So, I was talking about the switch in TD composer, where I can set different content for various screen sizes.
