Regarding on More Articles Box functionality from Posts, please try to update the theme to the latest version of it and also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, as you can see in our demo preview here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/geLX1k0Er seems to work as properly and therefore,
on your website should function properly if it used correctly.
If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and check the result. Clear all your caches, purge CDEN files and check the results.

Is it possible to show last updated date instead of creation date
It seems in a recent update that when a user Pins using the built in social media buttons, it automatically chooses the featured image instead of letting the user choose which image they’d like to pin– is there a way to change it back?
Also has anyone had any luck getting the theme compatible with JQuery pin it plugin? That used to be my go-to until it started f’ing up my smart lists posts.

We are using several category templates and set the sidebar according to the category. When I edit the widget for the sidebar, it gets updated ok, then I close the browser and come back to the widget editor and the content of the widget is blank. The sidebar still shows ok. However, if I want to edit the sidebar, I need to recreate it from scratch. This is definitely a bug, can you advise how to resolve it?

I installed 7.6 manually through wordpress… Theme is Active Everything is Great.
I downloaded the Toolkit and wanted to update to the latest newspaper them.
Only Option is to install through the Plugin NO UPDATE. I cant Install because its already exist.
Searching through some forums i found out that the themes names have changed or something.
This is likely because the theme author or file name has changed and does not match anymore so the plugin only thinks you can install. But when it tries to install it fails since it does already exist. I would need to know if there is an obvious reason that it’s not matching and account for that in the matching check. I just need more info on what’s changed.

The smart sidebar was not working and the theme was updated as well as the visual composer plugin and the smart sidebar still is not working on the home page. It appears to be working on the category pages. Please advise as this is also causing a large blank whitespace on the home page as well.

Unfortunately we have not been able to identify the issues yet as no one provided access to their sites for us to inspect for the moment. If you share any of these issues, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can investigate. I suspect there is a popular plugin that used to run fine with our theme and got updated and is no longer compatible. Since lots of users have automatic updates, it is very easy to determine.
As for the collection of passwords, we are currently investigating the matter.

You can ignore the license and update messages. Visual composer is activated with a license bundled within the theme. Updates of visual composer come bundled with updates of the theme. You can use all of visual composers features.
The support you see in themeforest is about support for problems. Yes, tagdiv continues to give support for problems after 6 months. All support is handled here in the forum. You continue to get updates for the theme for years and the theme keeps working after one time payment.

Well since we are not seeing any of these issue on our end, what are we to test? The image issue is most likely a plugin update that made a certain plugin not work with the theme anymore and broke the theme js. We are not seeing any bounce rate issues and no disappearing images. People have automatic updates set. Plugins get updated. The code gets changed. This will happen with all themes out there. Not all plugins are compatible with premium themes.
If you are not satisfied with our theme we will be able to provide a refund so you can choose another theme that best fits your project.

You should update the theme to the latest version of it. This type of issue was resolved int previous versions of the theme, sorry! The theme installing should have been done via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Also, you have to update the WordPress to the latest version of it if you want to bring best results. If the future, you should keep up the steps with our updates because the theme will be in constant development and you should update it if you want to bring best results.

q5: Please check the theme colors section in the theme panel. If you use the mobile theme plugin you will find it in the mobile theme section of the theme panel under colors.
q6. It is possible with a bit of css. For example:

This code will remove the mobile featured imege from all posts in the “video category”
q8: The mobile theme will not render visual composer shortcodes. It does not matter if it’s a post or page. They will not work.

As I told you above, the problem happens due to your old version of Android. Try to update it to a newer version of it or also, try use another device and check the results. On my side, this problem does not appear, sorry!

I am trying to get some help from you guys and I’m finding even more issues and the old requests have been shoved of as if they don’t exist
I’m not sure what to do to get help as we are now stuck and may just have to switch to old theme before we find a solution with a new theme.
We like the theme but these issues reported by others too are really of concern and I hope we can get some information if they will be looked into or not
PS; please dont’t say to deactivate plugins etc as it has already been done and doesnt solve the issue
1: Images do not load when lazy load is on, you said its javascript error, we have dozens of people experiencing the same thing and only solution we found was to turn off lazyload which only fixes images issues, and only solutuion that was better was to downgrade visual composer.
I believe you say its compaitble with visual composer, so are you looking into this or not?
2: Speed has always been an issue with the theme compared to others. We have switched to 3 others before, its just that we like your menu more than anything. We have followed your suggestions aboyut speed and even use https and cdn but we see significant bounce rate and google analytics is really not cool. Other themes have worked way better with minimum issues… Is there something you can look at or you still leave it up to our guess work?

The mobile theme is not actually any faster either? so what’s holding it back… I know this is a vague question, but what I want to know is if you will look at our site to see as we are loosing traffic and so much bounce rate right from day one. I pasted all my stats to see and even you said it will stabilize it’s been almost a month and things are getting worse
I do hope to get a reply with solutions more than disable plugins and see speed test solution all that has been done, and nothing really works. I just feel I am trying to hold on to hoe that this is the best theme but am I wasting my time?

I still have the problem. I have the ajax post views option, like in the screencast screenshot you send.
I have just updated the theme to the lastest version. Like you said I have disabled all the plugins except visual composer, cleared the cache. (I don’t use a CDN so I can’t reset them). I have also updated wordpress to the latest version.
Still not solution for it. Any more ideas how I can solve this?

As per the tagdiv team, you can ignore the warning messages.
The visual composer is pre-activated with a license bundled with the theme. Updates of visual composer will release along with updates to the theme when the new version of the visual composer plugin has been tested with the theme.
