Unfortunately, I cannot access your website. I guess that your website is under construction. Notice that the Visual Composer comes bundled with the theme packet. Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. – fix: We modified the login modal window code to only appear on the page when front page login is enabled. The hidden window was causing some Chrome browsers to mark a page as not secure (We have done extensive tests and it appears that the latest version of Chrome works as expected). Please note that chrome will mark all HTTP pages that request a password or credit card as not secure. The only way to get around this warning and still use a login window is to use SSL. If the login window is not important for you, please disable it.

I edited and removed your password from the first post. Of course you can use a child theme, just make sure you update it to the latest version along with the theme updates and also you can disable it if something goes wrong. I look at Visual Composer settings and it say: “In order to receive all benefits of Visual Composer, you need to activate your copy of the plugin. By activating Visual Composer license you will unlock premium options – direct plugin updates, access to template library and official support.”

I am having problem with the mega menu on this website. The second menu on the website which is “Destinations” is not working properly.
If you navigate trough the menu, you won’t able to click the item “Singapore”.
Can your team please have a look and advice me on how can i fix this.

Unfortunately we did not test these tags with our theme so I cannot say for sure exactly why this happens. You can try to change the permalink structure to see if the issue is only for a specific structure or overall. They can simply be incompatible with our theme code. I can;t say for sure since they are not tested. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will add this to our list for future updates and if this request grows in popularity we will investigate and make the proper adjustments.

The theme installing should have to be done via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Also, if you want to modify the .htaccess you should only contact your hosting provider if you do not have access to it. 1. We are not aware of any compatibility issues between the visual composer plugin and our theme. The js errors originate from an external source. That is why I suggested disabling plugins as they are the number one reason for js errors. This is not always the case though as js optimization and minification can also affect the theme js. A custom code as well or the child theme also if it’s not been updated properly. We assure you that visual composer is fully compatible with our theme as we are the ones providing it. It goes through rigorous tests before release. If you still cannot identify the source of the issue Please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.

3. Please make sure you turn on the author and date for posts. Google structure data requires an author and date to be present on each post. That is why you see the errors.
4. If the mobile theme is not working well for you, you can simply disable it and use the standard responsive version of the theme.
