You will need custom modification for that, unfortunately we cannot provide any custom work as we work hard on development, updates, fixes and support so the time and resources don’t allow us to provide custom work. Hi,

After you updated the theme did you updated also Social Counter plugin to the latest version? Please make sure that your ID’s are added properly in the Social counter section from Widgets: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-manage-the-social-counter/ I also checked your site but I did not find Social Counter active.
Also please make sure that you check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer and Social Counter active and clear cache.

Unfortunately it seems that the theme’s new lazy load feature is causing this but we can’t be sure of that. In the next update we will ad an option to disable that feature for those who don’t want it/need it and we will test the theme from this perspective also and hopefully we can find solution for any eventual problems concerning this.
Until then, if you’re not satisfied and need the previous theme version please make a request for it at contact@tagdiv.com

Hi,

Unfortunately this file cannot be overwriten by child theme so you have to make this change in the main theme. We have changed the child theme system for which we will have a documentation available soon. I cannot tell you exactly if you will be able to edit this file with the new system, but we will try to add this in future updates.

Hi,

We had a similar report when using MegaMenu from Pages feature and we are still working on finding a solution for this. It seems that the VC plugin somehow isn’t loaded on bbpress forum templates. The sidebars widgets work fine however the menu shortcodes aren’t interpreted by the VC plugin.
We will try to find a solution as soon as possible for this and include the fix in the next theme update.

All those you don’t use.
Are you sure because far as I know the minimum version required by WordPress is php 5.2.8.
I use 5.4.7 version locally and haven’t encountered any issues. You could try to update your php version to a newer version and test again.

Yes, we the php version could cause this as newer php features don’t work on older versions. The latest update had a php version 5.4 feature in the code and we’ve omitted to test the theme using others versions of php.
The issue comes from line breaking – end of line special characters interpretation in the td_panel_categories.php file.

The Visual Composer plugin that comes with the theme is licensed to the theme, the license specifies that only we can provide the updates and you don’t have to buy it or register it. We provide updates on a regular basis, after we test the plugin for theme compatibility.
Also about your issue please disable all plugins, leave just Visual Composer active and also try without any js/css minification and clear cache as I checked your site and you have some errors in console: http://screencast.com/t/qGIswamxmD

Please update also the plugins that come with the theme’s files from the /plugins folder: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
You can try this without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer plugin active, clear cache and check if you still have this issue.
