There was a major skin update, but the newsletter still cannot be integrated with another sending system?
Hi guys, there’s a bug in the latest update.
All the tabs in Search Appearence from Yoast SEO are not accessible anymore. They appear only if we turn off Tag Div Composer.
Any quick fix for this?

I ve just updated my newspaper and my theme just broken. When I update my theme, a sign in part appeared at header of my all pages. When i try to turn it off from theme panel, nothing happens. I turn on or off the Sign in button from panel and anything doesnt happen. I reallt need help about this error.

If you are not satisfy with our theme, you can request a refund here – https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and we will approve it as soon as possible and envato will refund your money.
However, if you agree, we’ll like at least to check and see what can be the problem, so in case that it is from our theme, at least we can see from where is coming and to make a fix for in the next updates.

The mobile theme plugin is loading all the css once and that it is way appears css that is loaded but is not used.
If you want to load only the css that is used, then you can try the mobile page , just make mobile pages and mobile templates and those will load only the css that will be used.

For first time after good work for 5 years:
after update menu has off-center spaces.
Tring “edit” clikking near live CSS it open “page not found” in editing ,
but anyway you cannot edit anything because it appear error message like attached.

Those styles/templates/blocks are from tagDiv Standard Pack, and this plugin is not required from version 10.4, because the new demos are using cloud templates.

after the update to 11.4 (coming from 11.3.2) our Newspaper start page is “Broken” (see image). Even a revert to the previous version did not fix the problem.
Hello, the site with the problem is goriziaoggi.news. We suddenly have an issue with tagDiv Composer. Composer was working fine, also after update to latest version (we successfully edited and saved the modified pages), but now, without apparent reason and without any error message, it doesn’t save any changes anymore. We tested also creating new pages, with different browser version, and also completely cleared our caches – no success, if we add any element or try to modify an existing one, it loops forever without saving the change. We already tried to disable all other plugins. We have other sites, with the identical Newspaper version, and they are working fine. Could you please help? (we can provide full access).

tag Div Composer and tagDiv Social Counter Outdated / Inactive and the Envato tech I paid to installed said its not updating and author need to send updates.

There are a lot of updates and I think it might be a “waste of time” to update the website with each version of the theme. what I can recommend is to back up all files and databases. you can also try to update on a subdomain or staging website and try to update the theme to the latest version and see what problems may arise.

The plugin version can be used only for the theme package that is installed, an old version will not work.
Also, I made a few test, I downgrade to Newspaper v11.3.2 then I updated the theme using the option from the theme panel and I also made a test using manual theme update and for me both methods worked without problems -> https://i.imgur.com/xPb7f6g.png -> https://i.imgur.com/icnaigw.jpg so maybe there this is not a general problem, and it maybe a plugin conflict or maybe something from host is prevent the theme plugins to be installed. If you want we can take a look at this. For this make sure that you have a full backup and provide wp-admin and cPanel via email at contact@tagdiv.com, also include this topic to can identify you.

1. The mobile theme plugin is just an alternative to make the mobile version faster, you can also use the responsive version or the mobile page, both of theme can be edited with tagDiv Composer. Now the header ad and the background header are different because the mobile header is not the same as the one from desktop, but you can edit it by selecting the view port -> https://i.imgur.com/fjRJrRe.png also you need to add an ad box in mobile menu zone.

3 days ago we have updated to the latest release from Newspaper theme and from that day onwards we can’t access the TD composer editor. The error is “ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR” Please provide with a solution as soon as possible.

The theme panel options are for the tagDiv Standard Pack this is adding the standard templates (those can not be edited using the theme builder). The cloud templates are full editable with tagDiv Composer.
So, now you have a website with cloud templates, so you’ll need to use the theme builder to edit them.

After the theme is updated to the latest version 11.4, the tagDiv Composer Plugin stops working, all you see on the site are codes and codes.
The plugin cannot be updated, nor activated.
I tried by deleting it from the file manager in Cpanel and then replacing it with one of my old backups, the problem still persists.
I had no option but to revert back to the previous version 11.3.2 of the theme.
This is really a bad experience when your own plugin doesn’t work after the theme update. Please clean up the bug and give a new update where such problems don’t rise.
Thank you for your response, customizing the Social Share element worked like a charm, I found some of the features I need in some of the recommended plug-ins it would be great to use your element for my needs though. Is there any bypass or do you have any intention to add toe feature in your future updates?

Also, since it is an older version of the theme, there is a possibility that it may not work properly. I saw that you also use WP Bakery and it is in conflict with tagDiv Composer/tagDiv Cloud Library.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery conflicts with our page builder. Many changes have been made over the years, and the latest version of the theme is 11.4.
Also, if you want to update the theme I recommend that you update the theme on a staging website and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the look of the website.
