If you want only Mobile and not Mobile + AMP, please set it in the theme panel this option.

If you make a mobile page and assign it on a desktop page, then this should be displayed in a mobile version and not a desktop version. If you have a responsive version, then it is possible that some elements or design should change also from the desktop version.

Hi, I just updated the newspaper site and my website has been disfigured, pages are not displaying correctly and the pages show an error page when you try to open them.

The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor.
If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin. Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
AMP is faster and works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. The design is looking pretty similar as our plugin.

Yes Ive checked everything. My theme and all plugins are updated. This is again tagdiv composer that is causing the issue. The error goes away when I deactivate the plugin or use other themes. When you guys will fix this Plugin. It has been a pain for so long!!!
Hi burkert heiko, if the theme is activated, then it can be updated using our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ there are more methods, so if you are using an old version it will be better to update via FTP/File manager.

Our latest version available is 11.2. There is no sense to update only 8.7.2. I think you can do this by ftp, documentation below.

I think the problem is with the Printify plugin, to update the product list.
Also, please try to use the elements from tagDiv Composer for products https://i.imgur.com/8xQuKdG.png to displaying them.
You can use the woo shortcodes, but you have more options with woo product block.
Also, please try to deactivate the Printify plugin, and see if the problem persists.
Please note we offer support only for the WooCommerce plugin, not for other plugins that are created for different options.

If you are referring to the changes related to the header template, these are a long time ago-> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-8-8-update-what-s-new/, because the new prebuilt websites are made with cloud templates, and these offer you more design possibilities than if you used a standard template from the theme panel. I also forgot to mention that if you want to use the settings in the theme panel, you must have the tagDiv Standard pack activated.
2. If you have activated the thumbs in the Theme Panel, then there is no need to regenerate the thumbs.

Can you please provide a little more details, for example since when do you have this problem? After you updated the theme or the WordPress?
Do you have the latest theme version, Newsmag 5.1 and WordPress v5.8.2? Also this problem is happen if you are using only the theme plugins?
Another thing is to make sure that you are using at least php v 7.3

Going straight to the point.
I (we) need additional “Sort order:” for option available from Block >> Filter >> Sort order.
The additional sort order needed is “Random posts from last 24 hours” option so that we can display some random posts created in the last 24 hours for our readers.
The Random posts Today option will not work if the time is between 00:00 hours to 06:00 hours when no posts have been created yet, so the “Random posts from last 24 hours” make much sense.
I have edited td-composer plugin to achieve the needed result, but is there a way to get a custom code I can use so that the next update will not overwrite my customization and break the site.
Note 1: the customization was affected by lscache plugin, so it doesn’t randomize on page reload until the next cache purge, which is understandable

Hello,
I have a pdf embeded in a post: https://www.awemainta.com/2021/09/27/210927/
I want to show this post in a page, so the page will update with the most recent post everyday. And have adsense ads placed around it.
How can I do this? I tried different blocks to place the post in the page but nothing is working.
ps. I want to do it via a post so I can later place all the pdf’s in an archive showing in another page.

Unfortunately, there is no setting in our theme in order to change that alphabetical order in the way you want.
You can implement this in the file: td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_data_source.php 217 line.
But, please note that any change you make in the files after update will be overwritten and you have to make the changes again. Better save the code somewhere and then apply it again after update.

I did several recent tests and everything remains the same regarding the bug.
– Important! I found that the function was no longer working on the site before it was migrated (it did not work on the subdomain where I made the new website).
– I reset the registration number to take the main domain (previously it was associated with a subdomain).
– I reinstalled all the plugs that Newspaper brings.
– I deactivated all the plugs and activated them one by one.
– I put a default htaccess.
– I manually updated the theme to its latest version.
– Updated PHP from 7.2 to 7.4
Nothing works. Page template settings and Homepage Latest Articles do nothing when I click on them.
Please, there must be some reason, the other screen options related to wordpress display perfectly.
