Hi, this helped me, I had the same problem, more than 1000 posts with “standard post templates type” when I switched to “cloud templates”. But be careful, make a backup first, I don’t know if it will help you in your case. You have to execute this statement in your database:
update wp_postmeta
set meta_value = ”
where meta_key = ‘td_post_theme_settings
(You must replace wp_ with the prefix of your table, or it will not work)
I repeat: I don’t know if this will work for your case, maybe Vlad S can clarify if this would work to reset all types of post templates.

If the issue still persists please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi BlakeForm, the update for Newsmag is in progress! There are few more elements that need to be adjusted by our developers, unfortunately this takes so long, because the implementations were made for Newspaper and after the update, all the problems that were discovered needed to be fixed and only after that our developers started to implement the code for Newsmag theme, but this is smaller then Newsmag and will take less time to make all the implementations.

Hello! The right click doesn’t open the drop-down menu on TagDiv (to copy and paste elements, etc.).
Theme: Newspaper X 10.3.5
Wordpress version: 5.7
Furthermore, it’s impossible for me to complete the update process of the theme because the theme isn’t activated, but clicking on “Activate theme” the page give me this error code: “Non hai il permesso di accedere a questa pagina”.

I am not sure what caused it specifically but everything was working fine until I decided to update my theme to 10.4
This recent 10.4 update is not working as it should work.
Everything is changed to default, every page, post, and every customization we made has been LOST just because of your fucking update.
Kindly fix it ASAP.

Hi I’m trying to customize this section:

to change the link url’s and other stuff, but haven’t found the location yet.
Also if I make the changes in a child theme (I’m a noob to that), would that be via the function.php file, and these changes will stay the same even after Newspaper future updates right?

Hi. When I update 10.4 My “dental studio template” website. header & top bar is not working correctly. But my friend using “default template” it is working correctly.
And I try downgrade 10.3.9
It is working perfectly.

Since, I updated to 10.4 my different things within the site are not working properly, I even downgraded to 10.3.9.1 and the problems still persist, especially Adsense is not working.
After updating to 10.4 tagcomposer is leading to no pages found and i cant edit any page or post. I downgraded to 10.3.9.1 which resolved the issue. Kindly fix this issue with latest update.

after the update, we seem to have lost all our settings and its reverted back to old default headers and footer and themes? Please help us fix and recover this. Our logo is not even showing up anymore after the latest install.

But I still have issues with the theme caching my web-responsive page instead of my mobile page on mobile devices. I have to manually clear the cache every 90 minutes. Could you please send me the cookie for the mobile page so that my web host can exclude the mobile pages from the cache? (theseoulite.com)
