Please make sure that you have all theme plugins update and activate, also please try to import a new template to see if the problem persist.
Also the sidebar widget element i not longer in tagDiv Composer, sorry!

We updated newspaper to 9.7.3 today and everything is broken. Tagdiv composer seems not to work correctly. Menus don’t work correctly, sidebars are broken, shortcodes appear everywhere. We followed your update instructions with detail, with updated the newspaper plugins and activated them. The site needs to be up again as soon as possible, please provide a solution.

Regarding the issue, note that the old API plugin will not work anymore. You can use the new creative plugin for this purpose – https://forum.tagdiv.com/developer-info/
After the 9.7 update many of the theme files were moved in the tagDiv composer, due to the new Envato requirements

As a consequence the child theme is quite limited now, only a few theme files can still be used in it.
Also please make sure that you do not overwrite the theme when you make the update, please delete the current theme and only after that install the new version of theme.

after last update, also td_page_views.php under folder WP-BOOSTER is missing. So all my post_views are missing too. Because I modified that file with static $post_view_counter_key = ‘tie_views‘;
But now all my articles are showing hte views from post_views_count
I tried to put the .php file back in WP-BOOSTER but nothing has changed. Can you help me? Thanks!
@simion thanks for the reply. No, I firstly updated the theme and then the plugins. If I turn of the tagDiv Composer, than I see only the codes as on your pritscreen.
I already tried to delete all cache plugins I had on the page, but without any success of an impact to the visual. I can’t say anything to the unusual CSS as I don’t know anything about coding. It seams, that only the main page, that was made with the TD Composer, is “infected”

These theme update are made to accomplish the envato requirements and the patch between v9.7.2 and v9.7.3 was not include in theme package this time because there are a lots of changes that can break the theme.
If you still need it the package you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and we’ll provide you that Folder patch 9.7.2 and 9.7.3

As the title says, I installed the new version 9.7.3 (also updated all plugins – tagdiv), but noticed that my child theme doesn’t work properly anymore. I just edited functions.php and style.css and added some of my own functions to functions.php that I already removed and tested – no improvement. So my question is, what can I do in this case to make the child theme work properly again, like in version 9.7.2. Before 9.7.3 everything was fine. Funnily enough, the content is interpreted correctly when I use the main theme.
The code from the Page Builder is interpreted, but the arrangement and display is completely distorted or elements are not displayed or positioned correctly.

Well, I update theme to V9.7.3 and all(?) likes quite fine!!
My MegaMenus doesn’t display thumbails properly.
When we first access the menu all thumbnails appear perfectly, but when we navigate down and over again the thumbnails cease to appear.
How can I fix this problem?

It is mandatory to delete all what was left from the older version before intalling this update. Overwriting the files would cause a lot of problems and maybe you’ve missed something while deleting the old files. Have you checked the plugins to be deleted too ? If you are certain that you have installed the updates correctly by deleting all of the older versions and made a clean install from scratch please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please set a default theme from WordPress, and delete the newspaper theme, only after that update the new version of theme

@Patres10 I suggest that you update the theme plugins as a first step, from what I can see there are shortcodes in pages – http://prntscr.com/nud8lt
Then clear all caching installed, especially the autoptimize cache. I see some unusual CSS being loaded which should not be there, for example – http://prntscr.com/nud9sw

The best way will be to rebuild in the plugin; unfortunately, each way you chose, if you make any updates to the theme, all those customization will be lost, also now our developers team are trying to make possible to do all customization you need using tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud library.

after the update from 9.7.2 to 9.7.3, the visual of the page totally changed. The homepage has shrink to maybe 800 px wide a didn’t show the whole contend of the page (even the menu). And also the title of the page refers to an error (chyba in slovak) as seen in the preview image.
