From what I can see you are using an older theme version (7.4) the latest being 9.1. This may create problems when using the latest WordPress or newer PHP versions. You should strongly consider to update, that may fix the issue.

There were quite a lot of changes and new additions since that version. It is good practice to keep both theme and WordPress updated when updates are available and when possible.

The most reliable and most used method to update is by FTP. Remember to make a backup of the website before updating, just to be safe.

There is no need to create a new child theme ( the child theme is use for do not lose the changes make on theme file if you make the update the theme ), you can use the old one with out problems.

The social counter plugin must have been disabled. It will be deactivated automatically after an update, if it cannot update itself.
There should be an update button for it in the theme plugins panel

In order to make some changes in cloud single post template , you need to go in wp-content>plugins>td-cloud-library>shortcode>single>tdb_single_date.php

But be notice that if you make theme update you’ll need to make the change again, because the update will override the changes.

So you mean an automated update process? Currently only the tagDiv composer and the social counter plugin will update automatically. Sometimes this process fails however, in that case there will be an updated button for them in the theme plugins panel

That may be a server issue, or caused by a plugin maybe, can’t say for sure.

From what I can see the website uses theme version 7.4, this is quite an old theme version (over 2 years old). Using such an old theme version with the latest WordPress might cause problems. It is highly recommended to keep both WordPress and theme updated when possible.

I can’t say I could help you with this unfortunately. If the problem is only when using cloud templates, then the cloud plugin would be the problem.
We haven’t made any testing in this matter with the plugin and cloud templates, I don’t know what could be the problem.

Maybe consider not using a cloud template for that category and have a working podcast feed. Our plugin is still in beta so it’s functionality will be improved in various aspects, over future updates. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

@Alastair Dixon Currently in a smart list there is no setting to choose the thumbnail or image size that it uses.
Smart list 4 uses the thumbnail size created by WordPress as mentioned above.

I could add a request on our list so that the respective smart list style uses a thumbnail created by the theme instead. That is all I can do. It will be considered for a future update. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The result will be the same for codes you want to be loaded in the header, between the head tags. Either enter the code directly in the theme (or child theme if used) header file, or in the theme panel

If you enter it directly in the main theme header file it will be lost after a theme update, since all the theme files will be replaced. Entering it in a child theme header file, or theme panel, it will not be lost.

If I understand correctly you refer at sidebar for posts and pages, if is so, then yes you can have it set on some/all posts( individual or global ) and on pages ( you can chose if you want or not the sidebar, which sidebar, or create one if you are using tagDiv Composer )

Each post have Sidebar position, if you let it on default will be applay the sidebar from the theme panel, to have no sidebar you need to select it like in the screenshots https://www.screencast.com/t/emtTPWMtVst1 , do not forget to update the post.

For page in order to have sidebar or to be able to chose the position for it you need to set the page template to Pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination https://www.screencast.com/t/ZdaNxmZxHQ1I

That would be a common WordPress error, there are various suggestions and solutions online to try and see why this is happening. Even the hosting provider may have an idea what the problem is.
But the easier solution would be to install the plugin a different way.By FTP for example
