Please notice that our theme was fully tested in this regard before to be released and you should not have these type of errors. As you can see, the problems appear on your side and probably is caused by your settings.
So, first of all, please try to do a full backup to your data, according to this documentation here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups to rule out the way can loose all your data from your database and then try to do a fresh install only VIA FTP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ because this is the surest method in this case. In the next step, you will have to disable ALL your plugins and leave just Visual Composer to active -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ (for Newspaper 7 -> Visual Composer 4.11.2), clear all your caches, purge all CDN files if you are using CDN and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins and if you are using the Child theme, please try to switch to the main theme. So, please try to bring the website to the default settings to rule out all the potential errors which could appear when you customize your side.

The plugins need to be switched off period. Then site checked without them as a plugin conflict could still be there if you simply switched the conflicting plugin off and on again. You need to find the plugin that causes this issue so that is why I suggest disabling all of them at once except visual composer and checking the thumbs. If they display the same it means that it;s not a plugin but in most cases it is.
ANyway, if you still have rpoblems with this, please sen us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can inspect the issue. Please also provide wp-admin so we can identify you.

Unfortunately, we do not have a list with theme shortcode. So, if you want to use the do_shortcode() method, all of your desired shortcode you will have to take from your Visual Composer, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/Xqf5mOWElRH and the shortcode for this element you can get it in this way, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/YmiFx4k6Pyr This type of method are used then you want to add your ads (in this example) in a certain place of your site. For example, the snippet of the code for this Ad box will be the following ->>
<?php echo do_shortcode('[td_block_ad_box]');?> and then this it would have to be added in the core files corresponding to your desired place from your website. (for example, if you add the ad in your posts, you have to edit the loop-single corresponding to single template used by you and so on).

I suppose that you want to change the pagination for your Blocks. If you want to do that, please try to check the Block settings from your Visual Composer, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/YH07RKXwz and there you can see all the pagination styles for your blocks.

Please also try this without any plugins. Disable all of them except visual composer and clear all caches. That means the caching plugin , a cdn server if you use it, or the hosting cache if this is the case.
This will rule out a plugin conflict.

The latest version of WordPress (4.5.x) ‘broke’ the Visual Composer and now it is necessary to update the plugin to the latest version of it, namely 4.11.2. Also, please notice that you cannot use a newer version of WordPress with an older version of Newspaper and Visual Composer because it will appear a lot of issues through it. So, please try to update your theme to the latest version (Newspaper 7.0.1), update your Visual Composer to the latest version 4.11.2, Social Counter to 4.0, clear all your caches and test it again.

It adds another mce editor for the pages and ALL the pages except the homepage need to be created in this editor to display on the mobile theme.Basically there will be 2 versions of each page. The desktop one you already have and you have to create another one for mobile without using VC. The mobile theme does not use visual composer in order to provide better loading speed.

Please try to disable all the plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all caches, purge CDN files and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It could be a plugin issue that causes this.

The other problems seem to not be problems at all, but the mobile theme edtior now introduced with the mobile theme plugin. You cannot add visual composer on the mobile theme as it was created to not use it. There are 2 editors in page edit now. Your pages will not display as before on mobile phones with the mobile theme. It was designed to get the most speed for mobile users and this could not be done with visual composer. If you plan on using the mobile theme you need to create your mobile version of the pages. If you do not want to use this plugin you can simply deactivate it from the plugins section.

1) The issues you are facing are not issues at all. It’s just the way the mobile theme displays content. The mobile theme will not show content created for the desktop version. It will however display the latest articles if you have them set on that particular page. If you plan on using the mobile theme plugin, you will have to create a mobile version of your pages without the use of visual composer, just by using the mobile editor (the second mce editor now available in the page edit)

2)The subscription can be made through the theme login option in the mobile menu. Unfortunately the theme has no alternative subscription method. You can try to add the widget from the sidebar inside the page content in the mobile editor. I see you use the mailchimp subscription for the newsletter, so maybe mailchimp allows you to add a subscription form inside the mce editor.

Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. A plugin could be the cause of this. Or if you have any custom css code or custom modification to the files, please remove them in order to see if it does not affect the padding. (I see some modification to the module 18 from the css in the theme panel. Please remove the custom css in your panel and check the images again)

It seems you need the TAB element of visual composer. The use of visual composer is not tested on posts, but you could give it a try. Test this out on a page first and add the tab element and create your content: http://screencast.com/t/CBZyuvTwwXw and then add a text block element in each tab to add content.
After you have your result, try to add it to your post in text mode simply access the classic mode and text mode on the page and copy all of the shortcodes (all the long text) and paste it in the post in text mode. You should get this result: http://screencast.com/t/uprImPL2j

I assume you want to show a page with content from contributors. As for the image lightbox, this will work for your images if theyu are set to link to the media file. If you add another link to the image, the lightbox will no be able to display the post. Featured images work by default as they are set o link to the media file.

There is no other way to install a demo besides the theme panel. Please try to install a different demo and then install the classic blog. If this fails, maybe the customization you made broke some parts of the theme so please also do a clean install via ftp and start fresh. Your content will not be lost as it is kept in the database.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It might be one untested plugin which interferes with the theme and cause this type of issue.

I suppose that you are referring to the fact that when you are installing the mobile theme you will get 2 different editors -> the mobile editor, like this-> http://screencast.com/t/msRGBBqQx5cV and then if you scroll down you will see the Visual Composer editor, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/LQCXgMrJw Please notice that in the mobile editor you can edit the mobile page (only with text) because others Visual Composer elements will not be displayed on your mobile theme because the mobile plugin will not render the Visual Composer shortcodes. The structure of the page with our mobile theme installed is -> Big Grid will display the posts which are placed in Featured category, your desired text which you enter in the mobile editor and the related articles.

Please keep in mind that the mobile theme uses a predefined homepage you cannot change from the theme panel as it does not use visual composer at all. Your other pages besides the homepage (if they are created in visual composer) will not display anymore as you need to create a mobile version for theme as well using the second mce editor in page settings.
