Hello!
You can set any row as sticky: https://prnt.sc/sR1ppwW85x9M
There’s another way as well. Please follow the video to see where you can find and build your sticky header on mobile and desktop too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt

Hello!
We would like to investigate this issue.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello!
You can disable the thumbs you are not using. Set up your thumbs from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Block settings -> Thumbs on modules/blocks. If you deactivate a dimension from there, next time when you will upload an image, it will not be resized to that dimension.
After changing the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/
NOTE: If the thumb specific for that block is not enabled, then the image won’t be displayed.
Thank you!
Hello @tommyteo !
I’ve checked your website and it seems to work well.
Did you solve the issue? Please clear your cache and check again.

Hello!
Remove and re-add them. Save the settings and view the results. Make sure you’ve deleted the cache as well.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor.
Thank you!
Hello @luciatoto !
Sure. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/ -> Check the sizes here: https://prnt.sc/LoKV2sbLdqgw and https://prnt.sc/-P26wBnPNr0X

Hello!
If you use cloud templates, then you can try to adjust the element’s paddings/margins from the CSS tab or by writing some CSS code in the Live CSS box: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Thank you!
Hello @jonasbrazil !
Maybe it takes some more time, or it could be a cache problem. Please make sure you disable all the cache and delete the cache from your browser as well.
Thank you!
Hello @consumerista!
Check here: https://prnt.sc/LoKV2sbLdqgw and https://prnt.sc/-P26wBnPNr0X

Hello @Kdh8503 !
Yes. We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
Please note that the images in the content are recommended to be added by using Gutenberg or the Classic Editor.
Thank you!
Hello Ken!
I can see that your mobile version is the same as desktop one: https://app.screencast.com/1b0R6SaSOM3t1
So, it could be a plugin conflict or a custom CSS code which interfere there.
First of all, please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello @mhariush !
Every page should have the Live CSS box: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/ in order to adjust the way it looks.
Thank you!
Hello @secureblitz !
Is the link still working or not? Please disable all the cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello @boutiqueocland !
You should paste it here: https://prnt.sc/gvyDQ9zNB-FP near your category name from your menu.

Hello @danieleprimavera !
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor.
Make sure you select the mobile theme and amp for those single templates.
Documentation here:

Hello @boutiqueocland !
I just tested now and it is working as it should.
You need to copy this full code, for example: https://fontawesome.com/icons/pen-to-square?f=classic&s=solid -> https://prnt.sc/ZRcGkkW7gZbg
Please follow the guide step by step in order to be able to do that.
Thank you!
Hello @mhariush !
No, because you can not customize a default template with the TagDiv Composer.
You should use cloud templates. Make the changes by Woocommerce plugins or CSS code.
Thank you!
Hello @Ifri !
If they are default, then it should display in the mobile theme layout automatically when you activate the Mobile theme plugin.
Thank you!

A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
