Unfortunately, no. You can’t add a shortcode in that field.

Thank you!

Hello @juler1 !

It seems that you use default templates with default elements that’s why you can not edit/customize them with the TagDiv Composer.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/

Hello!

Then the issue is on your server. Make sure you have no object cache set. You can ask your host provider to check for you.

Hello!

Then the issue is coming from that plugin. Please contact the support team for the additional information plugin. Maybe it has no support for the YouTube videos embedded. Please read carefully the documentation if they provided it.

Hello!

Ofcourse. You can build a module template and use it in any page you need: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-builder-flex-loop-builder/

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

That effect is produced by a custom CSS code which you will find in the Momentum pro demo.
Every page should have the Live CSS box: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/ in order to adjust the way it looks.

Thank you!

Hello!

However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website. A good choice for the page speed, it could be the mobile layout which contains less elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
There is all about the DOM. Which means you need to have less elements into that container or row, as such on that page. I can suggest you only to take care of how many elements you use on that page. You can try to use a cache plugin or a plugin which can minify the page or combine some elements in order to reduce its size.
To increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:

https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/to-high-cumulative-layout-shift-in-mobile-theme/
Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.
Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/

Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.

Thank you for understanding!

Hello @artsetsu !

At the moment, we do not have any archive templates for CPT, ACF or custom taxonomies.
Check this: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/creating-wp-archive-custom-field-filter/ and this: https://www.acf-extended.com/features/field-groups/locations/post-type-archive

I hope that helps you!

Hello!

A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. For example, in the step3 here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
Or you can use the shortcode called Video Embed.

Hello @akisloukas !

I can see that you get a 403 error, that’s why the image is not opening at the first click. It’s possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Examine some other potential interfering factors: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Let me know the results!

Hello @bromaru!

Unfortunately, we have not tested “the event calendar” plugin, so we can’t say if it will work or not. You will have to test and see. Also please note that we don’t offer support for untested plugins. For the moment, we do not have an event plugin tested with our theme, but you can try one of those: https://bloggingwizard.com/best-wordpress-event-calendar-plugins/
I recommend you to build CPTs.
Full documentation here:

Hello!

You can not display any other images than the featured images from posts. Unfortunately, in our theme, there is no option for that. We have only slides and galleries in which you can add the images manually.
I suggest you to use this element: https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-tabbed-content-shortcode/ in order to display the whole page.

Hello @alternativeleon !

You can build it like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/ or https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gallery-in-gutenberg/
Also, you can use a plugin for this if these features do not satisfy your needs.
