Hello,
Unfortunately there is no sidebar option in the mobile theme. Sidebars were not meant to be displayed on mobile devices as the screen is too narrow for a sidebar to fit. On the responsive version the sidebar falls beneath the main content but this was removed on the mobile theme.
Thank you!

Hello,
Visual composer and revolution slider have implemented this activation message but disregarded free versions such as the one we provide. These versions do not come with any activation code nor can they be activated. Please ignore these messages as you cannot activate these plugins, but you have access to their full features and we will provide updates for theme along with the theme updates.

Hello,
The speedbooster plugin can be added by pressing the add new plugin button and selecting the speedbooster archive from the main theme package you downloaded.
As for the font awesome, that does not come with the theme. You have to search for it using the wp plugins area and use the search option to find it.
Thank you!

Hello,
Please update your theme to the latest version by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and also update visual composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
The test the theme panel again. If the problem is still there, disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. You can also try to re-save the permalinks. Then test the panel again.
If the problem is still then, it could mean the process of moving to ssl was not done properly.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hello,
The theme does not handle the ‘archive’ title. It is added automatically by wordpress. It can be removed however with the seo yoast plugin under the titles and meta settings.
Thank you!

Hi,
That block is translated through the translations section of the theme panel as it is predefined content that comes with the footer style and it cannot be changed from the theme settings. Please search for BÀI XEM NHIỀU in the translations section of the theme panel.
If you want to change it;s settings, this cannot be done as it is a predefined block. If you want to have a standard block and access to the block settings in the footer, you must chose one of the empty footer styles and add content in the footer 1 2 and 3 section of the WP widgets area: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
Thank you!

Hi,
Why do you say we do not provide any solutions? I provided the guide on how to update the visual composer plugin on 2 different occasions: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/urgent-2/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/visual-composer-25/
Please read the guide and install the plugin from the main the e archive you download from envato: http://screencast.com/t/APJSZ5fSrPFb
If you have problems installing the plugin please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin (user and password) so we can login and see if there are any problems with it. Please also include a link to this topic so we can identify you.
Thank you!

Hi,

If you are referring to the post title, you can hide it with css on specific posts using css and the post ID.
Every post has a unique id you can use together with css and hide the title:
.postid-7450 .entry-title{
display:none!important;
}

You can add multiple posts to the code by finding their id’s:http://screencast.com/t/ZnQde99s8w1 and then adding a new code with a “,” like so:
.postid-7450 .entry-title, .postid-7451 .entry-title, .postid-7452 .entry-title, .postid-7453 .entry-title {
display:none!important;
}

I hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hello Todd,
There is no way of customizing the theme for that look. If you like the demo, you need to install it by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ Every demo has it’s own look and style and that cannot be replicated on another demo as it’s made custom. All you have to do is install the demo with our without dummy content.
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately this seems to be a hosting issue, not a theme related issue. I;m sure it’s not just the theme you have problems uploading. Please contact the host and let theme know of your problem with their hosting service.
As an alternative, you could try to install the theme via wordpress: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/ or if this is the method you try then try ftp: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Thank you!

Hi,
That’s the thing, you can’t. If there is no visual composer, there are no blocks. You cannot use blocks on the mobile theme. If you want to use blocks, please remove the mobile theme plugin and use the standard responsive version of the theme. The mobile theme does not use visual composer, blocks or other resource consuming elements in order to have top loading speeds. It;s a bit of a design vs speed choice. If you want to have complex design using blocks, sliders, etc., go with the responsive version. If you want to have speed, go with the mobile theme.
Thank you!

Hi,
The browser cache is not the cause of this. You need to clear the cache from your cache plugin (depending on what you use)For that please check the plugin settings. As for the cdn if you are not aware of what that is, you are probably not using it (if you are the one that set-up the domain, hosting and other settings fr your site)
For the caching we recommend wp super cache. If you use any other plugin, please first clear the cache from the plugin settings and then remove the plugin and install wp super cache and use this guide to set it up: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!

Hello,

The breadcrumbs can be customized from these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/breadcrumbs/
The element will only show the last 2 levels of sub-categories. It will not show all levels of the structure.

Hello,
Unfortunately we have not tested formidable forms so I can;t say for sure why the styling does not apply. Maybe the theme css overrides the plugin css. I will try to help out with a bit of css if it can apply to your form. Please provide a link to your site pointing at such a form and provide details to what you want changed and I will try to provide a solution if one is possible.
Thank you!

Hi,
Thank you for your suggestion. We have not tested and we had no such reports until now. I will add this suggestion to our list for future updates and hopefully we can implement a fix in a future version of the theme.
Thank you!

Hi,
This depends on the header style that you use. Some header styles you use. Some header styles position the mobile header ad above and some ads below the main navigation. What ad are you referring to? The header ad or the article top ad? Are you using the mobile theme plugin or not? As I need specific information so i can provide the proper answer. A link to your site will also be helpful.
Thank you!

Hi,

I’m not quite sure how you want it exactly. As I understand it you want to place 3 block 7 elements inline (on a 3 column layout I assume) on all posts. For this you have to use a do_shortcode function and place the visual composer shortcodes in side it. The place the code in each post template you want to use the blocks on. If this is what you are looking for: http://screencast.com/t/EYW900UWqW then you can create the layout you want inside a page and then access classic mode and text mode and copy the shortcodes. Thne use them inside the do_shoprtcode function like so:

and place the code above the breadcrumb on each single-template.php file: http://screencast.com/t/zi1HZRMS

I hope this helps.

Hello,
Unfortunately the category filter cannot work with custom post types as a custom post type does not use the ‘category’ taxonomy. Every CPT has it’s own taxonomy so if you filter a specific Category, the custom post type is not part of that category so it will not show up.
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately the mobile theme does not use visual composer so you have to re-create your pages in the mobile editor using the standard mce editor, not simply copy and paste the code from the desktop editor. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
The mobile theme will not render visual composer shortcodes. Do not use visual composer shortcodes in the mobile editor as they will simply show up on the front-end.
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately the plugins do not update along with the theme. They are 2 separate things. Plugin need to be updated separately. Please follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
