Hello mdgstudio,
I suppose that you have a js error which is caused by your untested plugins. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches and check the results.

Hello svharishtech,
Please notice that the speed booster is an optional plugin which can be activated in the same way as you install a new plugin.
The Speed Booster works only with the tested plugins. If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/
Unfortunately, the time doesn’t allow us tot provide any custom and optimization services. We provide support only for the theme related issues based on Envato support policy – https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy I suggest to get someone to help you if you want to optimize your site.

If you want to remove all of this feature, you simply disable from Theme panel. Also, if you want to allows your users to login without typing the Password, you should edit the login widget and change their functionality. If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Hello podlodki,
Notice that the theme has for each paragraph a margin-bottom value and that’s why you bring that space between paragraphs. If you want to remove all of these, you should use a bit of CSS code to do that. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS box.
The code is ->
.td-post-content p{
margin-bottom:0!important;
}
If is not what you mean, please provide more details about what you want to do so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for the message!
Hello aderayendra,

Otherwise, all of your data is loaded in your database and you do not lose the data/settings.
