Hi,
Normally a query like that is related to the elements set with tagDiv Composer. For example, if you set a block, the limit of articles, offset, filter that will be applied to that block is set…all these are included in a query of that kind.
Thank you!
Hi,
I believe that you can do something like that using this structure for products categories -> https://i.imgur.com/HxNIBsw.png then use a cloud template for category shop (you can get it from the cloud), in those make sure that you have the Woo Attribute Filters and Woo Loop -> https://i.imgur.com/YdMpnHf.jpg
I hope this will help you!
Hello dkeller, please check the answer from -this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wpml-translate-templages/#post-448647
Thank you!
Hi,
This can be done like this: edit the single post template then use this option -> https://i.imgur.com/kPQwMBR.png -> https://i.imgur.com/kUJDzdc.png
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Hi,
Ok, I understand, the best choice remains the slider element.
I hope that the developers will implement the suggestions that I sent for this element.
Thank you!
Hi,
Now I understand what you mean.
This code is working with the Newsmag too, all you need to do is to add an extra class.
Please try this css:
.td-post-content blockquote {
max-width: 600px;
text-align: center;
margin: 20px;
padding: 20px;
font-family: Arial,Helvetica Neue,Helvetica,sans-serif;
font-size: 20px;
color: #428bca;
border-left: 4px solid #428bca;
border-top-left-radius: 30px;
border-bottom-left-radius: 30px;
border-right: 4px solid #428bca;
border-top-right-radius: 30px;
border-bottom-right-radius: 30px;
}
I hope this will help you!
Hello,
The blockquote style can be set from the Gutenberg editor -> https://i.imgur.com/cDNfmXu.png
If this is not what you mean, please let me know!
Thank you!
Hi,
I notified developers about your suggestion, but for the moment I have not received any feedback.
As a suggestion, if you want you can try another slider -> https://i.imgur.com/yfqliiu.png, our theme provides 2 sliders from the theme and the revolution slider plugin.
Thank you!
Hi,
I believe that section use the white color, maybe this css will help
.td-review-score{
color: #333;
}
Let me know the results!
Hi,
If I understand correctly, this problem happens only when the acf shortcode is set in the single external shortcode.
Can you please ty to set the shortcode in column text or text with title to see if the problem persist?
If the problem persists, and you can provide temporary access we can investigate this problem. For this please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, also include the link of this topic to identify you.
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked the problem and indeed when the title is not garbed the url is not longer changed -> https://i.imgur.com/4oF1xUw.png
Now this problem can be related to those errors -> https://i.imgur.com/yVDxEX0.png
What I can suggest is to do a test using only the theme plugin to check to see if this is plugin conflict or not.
Also, if you use cloudflare please be sure that this is set like in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Let me know the results!
Hello,
I’m sorry for the waiting time.
You wrote outside of support hours -> https://i.imgur.com/oRqGBq1.png
I just checked your website with my mobile and for me both (mobile menu and search) are working without any problem -> https://i.imgur.com/zNXJ4HW.png-> https://i.imgur.com/TwAdLB8.png
For you the problem is still persisting? Is for a specific page or posts?
The problem persists even after the website has been fill loaded?
Thank you!
Hi,
This system has been implemented to use the license correctly. A license is for one online site and not 2, 3 or more. Our system allows a license to be assigned to a maximum of 2 sites at the same time (we considered that most sites will need a test site), once this number is reached, it is locked for a period of time to be able to unassign the license from the website. In this way, users who used to create sites on the treadmill can no longer do so and are forced to use the theme according to the envato terms.
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
In cases like yours, what you need to do is to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide the license key and let us know the domain that you need to assign the license. Our team from email will let you know what need to be done further. Also, please include this link in email to be quickly identify.
Thank you!
Hi Cop Humor,
Do you have a featured image set for the post? Because the single post template that you have is configurate to display the post title and breadcrumbs over the featured image and if that one is not set, then the row holding all those elements is hidden.
Also, what you can do is to edit the single post template (Drag the elements from the featured image) or replace the singe post template with another one.
Thank you!
Hi,
The team from support, understand the situation best and we try to convince the developers team that this need to be fix as soon as possible, only that sometimes it is not so easy, but in the end gender problems are solved by developers, we hope that this time, it will be fixed in the coming theme update or if is not possible in the coming one.
Thank yo for your understnding!
Hi,
Please do a test.
Please disable and delete the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library plugins, then reinstall those plugins from Newspaper > Plugins and check to see if the problem persist.
In case that the problem is not resolved, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide wp-admin access. We’ll check the problem as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hi,
It is possible to be something that is blocking the wp-editor request. Usually this can be seen in the console.
If I understand correctly, you reedy tried the steps from our guide, if you didn’t see the code like in our example, then the problem is caused by a different setting or plugin
-> https://i.imgur.com/k67xKez.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ (using the console like in our guide you can identify from where the problem is coming from)
If you test it only with tagDiv plugins, the problem persist?
Please show me where it says that a license key can be used for as many sites as you want, I’m really curious where you saw this.
Since we started selling themes on themeforest, they are sold under envato terms and licenses are given by envato, not by us:
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
Now maybe you didn’t read terms related to the use of the license when you purchased the theme and used it quietly on as many sites as you wanted, and because our theme didn’t have a license verification system implemented on how many sites it is used, using it on multiple sites was possible, but not legal according to envato terms. As a result of many requests from envato that several unique licenses are used on several live sites, we were forced to implement a license monitoring system that would be in accordance with the terms imposed by envato.
If there are still concerns and wishes, you can also ask the envato support on how many sites a license issued for Newsmag or Newspaper can be used and if changes have been made to the terms related to the license since we started selling the themes on this platform and until now, but please don’t accuse us unfairly!
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Normally, if you use a de post style 1 the featured image will be set in a small format, but if you use default, style 2,3,4,5,6,8 the the full width image should be used.
Now in some situations if you are using optimization plugins those can interfere to set a smaller thumbnail for the featured image, for example -> https://i.imgur.com/zzxKnia.png
I recommend to do some tests using only the theme plugins and see if the small thumb is still used for the featured image.

Hi,
Unfortunately for that section you need to use a custom css:
.td-review-summary-content{
color: #123fed;
}
This code need to be set in the theme panel > custom code > custom css.
Also, you can change the color with the one you need.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, our theme do not have an option for this, but to display RSS feed you can use the WordPress widget or you can choose to use a dedicate RSS plugin.
For more details about how to use RSS feed you can check this article -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-display-any-rss-feed-on-your-wordpress-blog/
Thank you!
Hi jrosas33,
This -> https://i.imgur.com/ZoEEutW.png is the amp version, not the mobile version. I believe that you have the redirect option from mobile to amp enabled -> https://i.imgur.com/Gtlhzdp.pngIf you want to use ads on amp version, then you can use the mobile theme plugins, set it for amp and add amp ads and mobile ads -> https://i.imgur.com/1KuyZLu.png -> https://i.imgur.com/9SPwRAi.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi Sebastian,
The “More Article Box” can be edited using the theme panel settings -> https://i.imgur.com/in0kBIF.png
Another alternative is to use a custom css like this one:
body .td-more-articles-box {
top: 100px;
bottom: auto;
}
To adjust the box higher or lower just change the 100px in 200, 50 or how much you need.
The code need to be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
I hope this will help you!
Hi vmertinos,
This question is a bit more complex, if css @media Rule is used for the responsive version, for the mobile theme plugin, our developers have implemented in the plugin a code to detect mobile devices, this code can be inspected on this path wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/Mobile_Detect.php
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
