2) The theme has a custom excerpt system but unfortunately it does not control the excerpts in visual composer. The excerpts on a post grid for example come from visual composer but there is no option for length.https://wpbakery.atlassian.net/wiki/display/VC/Grid+Builder You can however add custom excerpts on the post itself in which case both the theme and visual composer will use that particular excerpt you set.
3)In our theme you can only add a featured image on posts. There is no option for pages. You can do it however by altering the theme files. To add this functionality you have to insert this code in functions.php file: http://screencast.com/t/E9FpfjvDm9On

4)Please provide more details as to what gaps and margins do not work properly.

And then use this custom css in the theme panel -> custom css box:

I have checked your website and below I gave you an example on how you can make to align your p content. Please try the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

Please notice that this method works if you do not have any elements into your paragraph, besides text.

I have tested this a bit and it seems that the standard behavior of the theme is to point to the specific comment. If you are trying to access for example comment 712564 it will take you to that comment in particular.

If you want to achieve this, suggest doing a new category page, as the example “Specific” and this category will display in your blocks on the page as you want by category ID filter -> http://screencast.com/t/er2bkafk1jzh and in this way the displaying will be automatically. If is not what you want, you should find a plugin with this functionality and test it on your side and see how it works.

If you want to prevent the Featured image for the Youtube Video, you have to edit manually from Post Editor for each post where you have Youtube video, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/T6MPKWMs and also if you want to disappear the video button -> http://screencast.com/t/ec0oAsbh8wWb, please try the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area. Please notice you have to target the specific class where you want to disappear the button. Below I gave you only an example.

Another possibility would be to find a plugin with this functionality and try how it works for you.

2) I suspect this issues it might be caused by conflicting plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the plugins in conflict.

3),4) Unfortunately, our theme does not have such option. Please try to search some plugins with these functionalities and test it on your side and see how it works for you or you can hire a freelancer/developer to implement these functionalities in our theme because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

5) Please make sure you have these requirements before further investigation is required:

a) Please make sure you have the latest theme version: 6.6.4. If not, you need to follow this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

b) Having the latest version of the theme is not enough if you do not update the social counter as well. You need to remove the current version you use: http://screencast.com/t/4jvRwNzK and then install the version of the plugin that comes with the 6.6.4 theme: http://screencast.com/t/9AKKURjTjX
You can recognize if you have the correct version of the plugin when you see the new app key settings: http://screencast.com/t/CIXxklBanNl If you do not have these settings in your social counter it means you do not have the correct version.

c)You need to follow this guide to get the requirements from facebook:

Please keep in mind that the social counter is not a live count. It will update once every few hours. Please try with other Facebook Id, as example cocacola or envato and see how it works.

Once you followed all the above steps properly and made sure you have not missed anything, (and the social counter still does not work), then you can send an email to contact@tagdiv.com with your login information so we can further inspect the issue.
