I’ve checked your website and I saw that you are using header style_1. You have to insert a custom class and then you have to control with a bit of CSS to insert an image. Below, I gave you an example for header style 1. Please try to implement using the same code into your back end and achieve as you wish.

The code is:

You can achieve this if you use a bit of CSS to hide the block. Below I gave you an example for block_2. If you are using another type of block you can target it like an example.

.td_block_2 {
display:none;
}

If you want to open a certain post type in a new tab/window you can add the target”_blank” attribute to the functions that creates the link for the title. For example for modules the code can be found here: http://screencast.com/t/Ht0RcY57
You can alter this function and add the attribute at the end of the a link and if you want to target just the specific post type you can add a condition to the function: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference

For your second request, our theme has not been designed to add some fonts into the editor from the panel. It is not a simple task and if you want to have these options are required to change the whole functionality of the editor.
To display more levels, you need custom modifications and I suggest to hire a freelancer to do this for you as we cannot provide custom work at this time, sorry! Also, you can use a plugin with this functionality but I have not idea wich is this plugin, sorry!
