While my desktop display is (almost) fine, my iphone absolutely is wrong and displays only text until I click on another page, which then shows the site correctly. I know it’s probably something that I’m missing, but I’m completely stumped. Help!

1) In the footer, the word “popular categories” are not translated, and those words are not included in the translation part from the theme. Where should I go to be able to change it ?
2) Dealing with the SEO, when I write an article, there are some headings (h3 and h4) already filled (such as “stay connected”, “popular categories”, …) ; how can I choose all the headings (so how to remove the automatic filled ones ?)
3) I choosed my footer style, but I wonder if it is possible to change the categories included in it (for example, put popular posts instead of popular categories) ? I had a look to the theme but I did not find something like that.

Hi,
Please check this without any plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and re-save your permalinks. Maybe the permalinks are affected by a plugin that you use.
Also please check if you have added a custom code to your page, that may add the numbers to the links. For example it could be an ad code, if you use different then adsense.

I tried updating from Newspaper 4 to the new one automatically via the web rootkit, it worked then website was messed up with errors like “boost” & “tagdiv counter”
I downloaded the backup theme and installed and activated as new theme, now website is blank.
Please help me this is my source of livelihood. 🙁

We had contacted you about a month ago concerning a problem with block elements not displaying the articles of certain category filters (please see our previous conversation below).
Even though we tried your suggestions and fixed the console errors, the problem still persists. The problem doesnt have to do with a specific block element nor with a particular category filter, but it occurs randomly. Let me give you an example of that:
I have the category named “Εκδηλώσεις” (category id 131) which contains four articles. I created a block element with category filter–Εκδηλώσεις, but when loading the page the block element appears empty. When switching the category filter to different category, then the related articles load normaly.
When afterwards i created a new category and transferred there all “Εκδηλωσεις” articles , and used the new category as a new filter, nothing appeared once again.
Do you have any explanation why this is happening?

I modified a profile and they received an auto-email.
Where do you go to modify the text for that email? For example, we updated their password and it kicked off an auto email.

It happens randomly and is an issue with FB, outside anybody’s control.
Only way to fix, is to
a) share it,
b) click the timestamp on the share on FB timeline, then
c) click right top drop down arrow and do “refresh share attachment”
d) it should then grab the photo properly

When I write a very long article I prefer to divide it into more pages, but when I share an article in more pages ADSs inserted through the template are no longer visible.

Did you update from version 4? Please check this guide how to update from version 4 to the latest version(6.X) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
If you update from version 6 to 6.1 for example you don’t have to run the script.

Try to recreate the home menu item and if you want to place an image, add it using a custom link and inserting the image path like in this example:

If you want to target a specific post, you need to use the post ID.

Woudl be great and very usefull to have this option. Our example – we have big grid at top position on frontpage with featured posts. Then it happens an article with breaking news we want to be fixed as first at featured big grid, so new featured articles can be added but will not move breaking news from top first position, till we sticky uncheck it. Think all news editors would like to have this option, we included 🙂

The camel image, as other images on the theme demo, are not included in the package. You will have other sample images as we can only sell WP themes, not images. If you want to add an image on a page like the travel demo, you can by adding an image to a row in visual composer. How do we modify the ‘our latest posts’ under the 404 message? They are NOT pulling the latest posts for some reason.
2. Sometimes when people click on an old URL, the 404 page doesn’t come up, but rather, another page comes up in it’s place (a redirect or something). How do we make sure it goes to a 404 page and not a random page?

I’m having a problem with putting up a logo. Header styles 9, 10, 11 are not allowing to upload a logo wider than 272 pixels. Actually no matter what header style I choose in Logo&Favicon section I see a note “Upload your logo (272 x 90px) .png or .jpg”.
I’ve tried adding

in Custom CSS, and it didn’t work.
What else can I do?

I’m trying to put some posts and events in my homepage. I filtered the Categories and Custom Post Types that I want to show on the Big Grid and blocks, but events does´t appear on it.
The details about what I want to show:
– Custom Posts from categories 74 (post category) and 1874 (event category). I put these categories in Multiple categories filter box).
– Post & events (events are taken from Events Manager plugin) from these categories. I put it in Post type box.
Can you give some help in order to do it?
