My site is Andreian.com I’m wondering if some of the block elements for posts can EXCLUDE certain categories. For example, Having a block element for random posts, with a “news” category excluded because news posts from two years ago are no longer relevant.

I was wondering if you can randomly rotate posts in a block? For example in my first block (http://uhs.cd5.myftpupload.com/) I have picked 7 specific posts and I wondered if they could reorder themselves when the page is refreshed or someone clicks the HOME page again. Please let me know if this is possible and how.

The new Google AMP Paired/Native Updates Require 50KB or less CSS Or Site Breaks. I tried both versions that will help AMP pages have better navigation and incorporate your site’s theme, but Newspaper breaks in both. After talking to Google AMP developers and developers of the AMP plugin, they say it’s the theme that will have to change CSS so that users can get on board with AMP. Sadly, big G is the boss and we have to follow.
That’ll be hard to say as WordPress 5 has got some conflicts with plugins, and now Google AMP has been updated which conflicts heavily with the Newspaper theme. Google now wants only 50KB or less of CSS code so many themes are going to conflict.
It’ll be a time will tell type thing for now.

1- Solution 1 with cloud library messed up all the formatting of my article ( i used smart list template 4) + the 2 ads disappeared. So I’m considering the solution 2
2- Deactivating the AMP plugin (I will redirect the ancient AMP pages with an Htaccess for google seo) , and NOT using the Mobile Theme. Does that configuration force the back/next buton to appear on both Desktop and Mobile and tablette? (using the smartlist number6)
3- How can I remove the sign “>” and “<” from the back/next button? … to show only “Next” or “Back” without the signs?
4- last question: Is there a way to remove the “back button” completely?
Sure we can hide it with css color White on White, but can we remove it all togheter?

In order to display ads inside the post loop (I believe that is what you wanted) you will have to modify the loop.php file from the theme

In that example the code will output the ad inserted in the custom ad 1 ad spot of the theme panel, in category pages.

Thanks for the speedy reply, However when I open up the theme (most recent download) the plugin is not there (you can not follow the instructions as they are out of date, but I tried my best). So i went the file entitled plugins and looked and it was not there (amp, cloud library, composer etc were present).It is strange, but had i not downloaded the theme several times to find it I would do it again LOL.

So something like random images that will slide automatically? There would be no element for this specifically.
Most image elements will display all the images you select in them, not slide them. The revolution slider is able to slide images and I believe links can be set for them, if you should consider using it.

It has no font settings where this could be changed, so this could only be modified in the mobile stylesheet directly or with CSS.
There would be a solution to this, it will require a cloud template and deactivated mobile theme plugin. Using cloud post templates font sizes for the post title can be set per device, so for example

For theme version 9.1 you need TagDiv AMP 1.2v the version of AMP 1.3 is for Newspaper 9.2
If you want you can make update to the last version of theme.

I’m getting the error “Plugin not activated. A higher version of tagDiv AMP is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”
I just installed 9.1 on my website though and am noticing there’s no longer a mobile site layout, and I can’t seem to get AMP to work.
I have 3 different instances where the Related Articles are not appearing as expected. I’m guessing them all may be related.
1. On an Author archive page, the posts by the author used to appear as expected. Now they appear on only one Author page, not any other authors. 2. The “Related Article” feature is not appearing at the bottom of posts as expected. It used to appear, and now appears on no posts. In the Theme Panel at Post Settings > Related Article, the option is turned on. 3. More posts by Author are not appearing in a sidebar widget as expected. This is happening on all 8 instances of this widget. I am using TagDiv Block 11. You are referring to the zoom effect when the big grid modules are hovered. That effect is specific to grids only, it is not available for other elements like single images for example.
There is a solution in this topic where the same effect is adapted to work on a single image elements, you could give it a try

Hello, i just bought a WP Rocket licence and it increased my website speed !
I still have one issue with the lazy load. According to Google Page Speed Insights, i could increase by 5sec the loading time with the lazy load, witch is enable in mm WP Rocket, but it seems not working on auto resizing by the theme
