From what I can see the thumbnails are not created properly. Please try and regenerate the thumbnails

The process will recreate all the necessary thumbnails from the featured images set for posts. Clear caching and CDN if used, after the regeneration is complete.
If there is still a problem after trying this, please provide a link to your website so we can inspect the issue further.

The category tag will always link to the respective category page. They can be disabled if needed for each module

But they cannot be redirected to the post page, there is no setting for that. It would require modifications in the them files to achieve this.

Please keep in mind that our theme works only with certain thumbnails which are used only for Blocks from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ If you want to create your own thumbnail for the homepage, you should do it yourself through the code or you should find such a plugin which allows you to create something like this. If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we can’t provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Basically if the stats are enabled in Jetpack there should be no problem with the filtering

Everything is handled through the plugin, I don’t believe any settings of the block will work, including the limit. You could use theme sorting options, there is popularity sorting available. Either all time popular, or 7 days popular

A feature of the theme is the primary category, posts will inherit the sidebar set for the primary category

Please contact the hosting provider and present them with the screenshot. The 403 status means the server is blocking the admin ajax request. They should be able to fix the situation.

That code excludes the trending now block from the unique articles function. You can exclude others if you want to but you will need coding skills. Anything can be done with the proper coding skills. Unfortunately we will not be able to help as this represents customization and we cannot offer any custom work at the moment.

If you want to have related post functionality to your Sidebar you should add a block you want in that area in Widgets section and that block you have to be sorted by latest articles.

That means that something else you are entering in the page is causing the issue. Maybe HTML code entered in text elements, or specific characters that may be interfering with the composer.

The jetpack sorting option is a bit “special”. It will not work with any other options on that block. All other settings and filters need to stay on default for the filtering to work properly.

4. Regardless of image size used for featured images, the theme will create thumbnails from them. These thumbnails will be loaded, not the full image. Still there are methods to optimize the thumbnails, see point 3 in this guide for example

That does not seem to be coming from the theme, from little I can see in the screenshot. The theme will display the date and author name on modules and blocks, in pages. Those can be disabled in the theme panel

But that does not seem like an element added by the theme. It could be added there wither by a plugin or maybe modifications to the theme files (page templates maybe).
If you could provide a link to your website where this displayed, we will inspect it and try to identify where exactly it originates.

I am using the Visual composer version provided in the latest theme package (which I believe is the latest version of the plugin) and latest theme version.
I would suggest to check the theme system status parameters

Insufficient resources could cause the issue. Additionally you could try deactivating all plugins, leave only theme plugins active. See if this has any effect on the problem. Let us know the results.
